Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. Meditation in whatever form you choose helps you quiet the brain-chatter that bounces in your mind. You can focus on a prayer. A phrase. An object. The world. Love. Whatever path you choose, it is all meditation, and it is all about releasing those preoccupations that plague many of us and distract us from our path. #namaste

Ending a Series vs Continuing It

Question for authors & readers on Ending a Series vs Continuing It:

I could force-end my Wyoming series on book 5. I just about finished it over the past few hours. But I could also easily keep going with this plot. Plenty more twists ahead.

Do you prefer series that end? Why or why not?

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. I’m just so proud – my son is publishing his first book. It’s an in-depth look at our world’s cultures. 212 pgs. And quite nicely done, if I say so myself!

yoga and a hula-hoop

I start each day with yoga and a hula-hoop – it brings me energy and focus for the entire day! Have you done your yoga today? And everybody should own a hula hoop :). It can be tricky using it in the living room, though! #Namaste

Wyoming Book 4

Well instead of sleeping I stayed up and wrote book 4 in my Wyoming series. Now I can dream about book 5 :). I’ll get book 4 out to the beta-readers when I wake up again and give it some polishing work. Good morning, everyone! Or good night :).

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. We need to actively support our Endangered Species – if we don’t, they’ll be gone. Make that call. Take whatever action you can. If you can’t write a check, you can still help. Do something. #Namaste

yoga routine

I love my yoga routine – it brings calm energy and focus into everything I do. It makes my spine feel wonderful, too! Here’s a meditation origami lotus I made last night for a friend :). Every day is a fresh opportunity for making a difference! #Namaste

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. I attended a fantastic sculpture art reception, then had dinner with my dad. It was a perfect Friday! This weekend should involve a lot of writing. What are you up to this weekend? #Namaste
