Appreciate Life
Meditation time coming up. Still feeling shock from friend John passing away. He was so full of life and kindness. Meditating on appreciating life and friends each day that we have them.
Treasure Life
Wow, I’m in shock. An awesome guy, John Fratus, has passed away. He was the lead singer / sax / flute player for Bob’s band The GTs. Just two days ago I was seeing photos of him and his wife having a blast on water tubes. Life is too short.
