Evening Meditation Time
Evening meditation time. I think the Sutton compilation is nearly in final shape and ready to publish. Also, I set aside time to work on my email, as I am each day, and I finally have my inbox under 3,000 messages! Hurrah! It shows if you keep chipping away at a task it gets done. #namaste

Writing a Vision Statement and Setting Goals
I just put together a 20-page ebook – Writing a Vision Statement and Setting Goals – which steps through the process we follow in the BellaOnline forums for developing a workable to-do list. Let me know if you’d be interested in beta-reading it for me, to help me finalize it! I have PDF, EPUB, and MOBI.

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. Today I am enormously grateful for all the self-publishing and writing opportunities available. Think of how much the world has changed in such a short time. The opportunity for voices to be heard who were previously silenced. #Namaste

Santa Fat Shames a Child
Please share – fat shaming lectures should NEVER come from Santa’s mouth. It’s hard enough being an overweight kid.

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. I finally created new bank accounts – my old bank was deluging me with fees. I had to overcome that inertia. Yes, it’ll be work to change all the auto-pays and such, but it’ll be worth it. #Namaste

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. At my doctor’s office today my blood pressure was 90/68 even though I raced there late. Yoga does wonders for health. I highly recommend adding even five minutes into your life! #Namaste

number of smokers is declini
Fantastic news – even as our population keeps growing, the number of smokers is declining. We’re down to only 40 million left in the US. Given the huge health care costs incurred by smokers as a group, this should be a campaign we all care about. Support those who are seeking to quit in any way you can.

Elm Espionages
Finished chapter two in my chapter-a-day book Elm Espionages. Or should it be Elm Exposes? Still playing with titles. Book 5 in any case. So far my heroine seems quite sad about the loss of her cat. But she is still of course focusing on the case before her.

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. I hung an art show at the Millbury Library, then enjoyed dinner with my son. Deep breathing helps bring focus for every task. Next up, chapter 2 in book 5 of my Sutton Massachusetts Mysteries series. What have you been up to today? #Namaste
