Citizenchip
I just finished implementing the final formatting revisions on my dear friend Wil Howitt’s paperback version of his SciFi story Citizenchip. I’ve been working closely with his family to bring this project to fruition. Wil chose to present this tale in Courier font so there were a number of hurdles to overcome. The polishing pass is now complete and that updated version will be live soon. Here’s the Kindle version –

World Diabetes Day
It is World Diabetes Day – take the risk seriously. Poor diet and lack of exercise are two key factors in diabetes – change your habits! Do you eat sugary and fried foods? That’s a path to change quickly. Do you exercise an hour a day? Get moving!

Evening meditation time
Evening meditation time. Our world is full of myriad people. If you see harassment / discrimination, speak out. We all deserve love and respect. Speak for those who might not have the strength or ability. #namaste
