full hour of yoga

I hadn’t done yoga the past few days due to a hectic schedule of art shows and book signings. I finally was able to enjoy my full hour of yoga today. My body feels SO SO much better. I highly recommend making time for even five minutes a day. Every bit helps. #Namaste

yoga session

I adored my yoga session. The stretching makes my body feel so good and healthy. However, I have still have not developed powers of mind-control or ESP that a Facebook contact warns me will happen. Can anyone help? Because if someone can really develop mind-control or ESP just by stretching, there are literally millions of dollars we can claim. I vow right now to donate 100% of my share to battered women’s shelters.

Evening meditation time

Evening meditation time. So many innocent people go to bed hungry each night. I am grateful I have food to eat. I also stay aware that I need to strive to help those without. Donating money to food banks and speaking out about legislation are two ways to begin. Any other ideas? #namaste

I am grateful

I am grateful that, when my car is caked in ice, I can choose to stay home and work on writing and my websites. I am fortunate. Many others would have to invest time & energy in chipping away at their car and then the danger of driving on the treacherous roads. #mindfulness
