Getting Older Can Be Funny
Regular readers of this blog (and on Facebook) know that Jerry and I enjoy watching the birds that populate our backyard and the common area between us and our neighbors. Because of the open plan for our little subdivision, we have clear views of a number of our neighbors’ back yards too.

Going to Sleep with Your Audiobook
I have gotten into the bad habit of falling to sleep at night with the TV on (Turner Classic Movies). The experts say we shouldn’t even have TVs in our bedrooms, that the light from the TV (and iPads andlaptops) before bed contributes to our insomnia issues.
