Getting Older Can Be Funny

Regular readers of this blog (and on Facebook) know that Jerry and I enjoy watching the birds that populate our backyard and the common area between us and our neighbors. Because of the open plan for our little subdivision, we have clear views of a number of our neighbors’ back yards too.

So the other day, Jerry is looking out the dining room window and he says, “Look how that gray cat is sitting on the rolled up hose at ***’s house.”
