Video: MassResistance's Camenker stirring up animus in Jamaica

Earlier this month came the news that longtime anti-LGBT activist Peter LaBarbera travelled to Jamaica to press that nation to uphold its laws against homosexuality. Turns out Pete wasn't alone. Brian Camenker, the indefatigable head of the fringe group MassResistance was also there exporting American animus.

Here's a fifteen minute vid of B-Cam warning Jamaica about the decimated bunker that is post-equality Massachusetts. Be sure to catch the end, where Brian quotes Martin Luther King to sup...

Anti-LGBT activist Linda Harvey writes book about not tying your shoe laces together (or something)

Anti-LGBT activist Linda Harvey possesses no sort of formal training that credentials her to tell American parents whether or not their children are, in fact, gay. But she does have one of the most radical quote banks imaginable, routinely denigrating LGBT people and families in the most vicious hyperbole available to her. For a movement that long ago replaced fact for condemnatory opinion, this more than qualifies Ms. Harvey to write a book like this:

Maybe Hes Not Gay Cover"I'm gay." As more and more young people...

AFA senior spokesman equates same-sex marriage with murder, adultery

Responding to the news that a Rose Parade float will feature a legal marriage ceremony between two men, American Family Association senior analyst Bryan Fischer tweeted the following:

There also aren't floats about brute judgements, militant stone-casting, or the kind of rhetoric that, if unchecked and extended into the wrong hands, could spark genocide. What the hell's your point, Bryan?

Host of TV's top rated morning show happens to be gay

We see your basic cable TV duck hunter and we raise you a top rated network star:

'GMA' anchor Robin Roberts publicly acknowledges she's gay [CNN]

Roberts isn't the first openly LGBT person on morning television. Weekend Today's Jenna Wolfe is an out and partnered parent. Also, Robin's former GMA colleague, Sam Champion, has been Screen Shot 2013-12-29 At 9.48.05 Pmout for several years. But it's still pretty big to have one of the two top billed stars of the top-rated morning show out there waking up American with her militant c...

Audio: Another Phil Robertson clip; 'Whether you're a prostitute or a homosexual or a murderer or a rapist, drug addict...'

He's quite fond of lumping gays with all kinds of nastiness, this Duck Dynasty guy. In a recent interview promoting both his book and his A&E show, Phil Robertson advised Christians that they needed to bring the "salt" out of the churches and into the culture so that they target murderers, rapists, prostitutes, addicts—and gays. Here's that:

**FULL INTERVIEW: Exclusive Interview with Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson [Vimeo]

Let me repeat, for those who refuse to listen: I 100% support his right to...

Head of pro-discrimination group: Basically, our cause is like Jesus' birth

Screen Shot 2013-12-27 At 9.37.30 AmWriting at the end of what has been a worse year for his organization than I could have even scripted (Nine marriage states! DOMA falls! Utah!?!), National Organization For Marriage president Brian Brown essentially equates what he sees as the anti-equality movement's coming resurrection to the miracle of Jesus' birth. Here's the pertinent snip:

I was struck by the narrative of Christmas in the Gospel this year by one phrase, in fact one word: "... suddenly there was a great multitude of the h...

NRO's Lopez replies to my GLAAD piece—by sidestepping every word of my GLAAD piece

I was the first person to bring to light the matter of Bob Newhart planning to perform at an anti-LGBT organization's annual summit, so it's safe to say that I know the conversation well. Basically, this is an organization that regularly promotes the idea that gay people are "disordered" and need to be "changed" (or at least rendered celibate, which is the preferred Catholic course of action), and I thought that Mr. Newhart was likely unaware of that fact. I wrote my piece so that he could ma...

Scott Lively: Those gays are all my enemies, even if they vote (R)

6A00D8341C503453Ef019Aff2F148B970B

Having successfully helped shape the policy of Uganda, a man known for stirring up worldwide animus against minority populations continues with his domestic agenda:

We must remember that the “gay” movement is a single, united cult of cultural Marxists, following the Hegelian thesis-antithesis-synthesis dialectic.

Our thesis is the truth of the Bible: homosexuality is condemned by God as an abomination.

Their anti-thesis is that homosexuality is good and normal.

...

Our embrace of people like Tammy...
