I was born in Brisbane, Australia. My step-dad was in the Army, which caused us to move around a lot. We finally settled in country Victoria, Australia. I am the youngest of four children and I can say that I was spoilt a bit. I drove my mum crazy when I refused to eat meat at a young age. Now I live with my husband and two children, and I find myself regretting all the troubles I put my parents through because my monsters are just as picky as I was.
I started writing in 2013 and self-published the first of the Hawks MC Club series Holding Out. The next to follow was something different, I wrote Senseless Attraction, a YA novel. Soon I was back to the Hawks series with number two Climbing Out. I have more to write in the series, but there will be also be more novels in the humorous erotica genre, like Left to Chance, which is out now.

Do you argue with your characters? If so, who wins most frequently?
Gah! Constantly. I’m a gluten for punishment and my characters continue to win and tend to get their own way. Collectively they gang up on my.
What makes a story interesting to you to write? How about to read?
It all depends of the genre and the mood I’m in. I love letting my characters lead me. They take me down paths I never envisioned taking. I love the unknown journey. To read is pretty much the same. I enjoy authors taking risks and breaking genre rules and make the predictable, unpredictable. However, when I’m need of a hot easy fix, predictable reads are welcomed.
How do you escape writer’s block?
I listen to music to inspire me. I ensure I match the genre of music with the atmosphere I’m aiming to create. My issue isn’t writer’s block though, ever. it’s finding the time to write. Boo for real life!
What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever received?
Write what you know and write what you’d be willing to read. :)
What’s your writing fuel?
Readers who believe in me and my work. They push me to keep going.
The best joke you ever heard:
I went from a time of putting pretty fabulous jokes on my page. Life, as always, has prevented it recently. I’ve uploaded some crackers too.
Here’s one I found:
There once was a “smart guy,” a “not that smart guy,” and an all round “not smart at all guy.” They were going to cross the Sahara Desert. The “smart guy” says, “meet here in an hour with something useful to cross the desert with!” Later on an hour passes. The “smart guy” says I brought some ice packs to keep our heads cool, the “not so smart guy” says I brought a pail of water to keep us hydrated. The “not smart at all guy” says, “I brought a car door so I can roll the window down when it gets hot!”
