Super-sized surprise on a stressful day! LOVE to the NYBF. I am grateful and deeply humbled. -Kind of makes all those nights of insomnia, thinking about Jewels and Henry, loving and hating him, all worth it in the end!

I have the best parents in the world.
My amazing parents spent the afternoon pressure washing my back deck, cleaning the outdoor furniture, and filling my planters with flowers. This single mom knows just how lucky she is to have them! I am so blessed. Thanks mom and dad for the perfect gift! I love you.

A busy day at the hospital was made special by my son’s heartfelt message. He also surprised me with a beautiful Jackson Pollock inspired birdhouse, compliments of shop class. You can keep your diamonds, mansions, and fancy cars because the gift of someone’s time and talent is absolutely irreplaceable.

Curious, I googled the book title and found an article with ten excerpts. Was I reading a piece of literary genius or a Hustler magazine?
The book appears to be an erotic escape akin to the disconnect of watching porn. I prefer literature that challe...

The best guy I’ve ever known…
He’s an infection of the best kind- this guy.
Oh, how we laugh loudly- usually at me, but never mind that because he laughs.
His joy is often dampened by worries that are out of his control, but he finds peace in his quiet.
He shines his internal compass brightly so that others can see him. Invisible to many, he longs to be seen. Why can’t they see him?
Rarely wrong, he thirsts for justice and validation. When not readily given, he implodes.
Disappointment is as expected to him as the sun rising,...
