The Savannah Book Festival (SBF) is a three day celebration of the written word.
There are 35 -40 bestselling, emerging and local authors participating each year.
In 2012 Publisher’s Weekly, Shelf Awareness, Atlanta Journal Constitution and C-Span/Book TV covered the Festival.
In 2013 the Festival will be expanded to 4 days with standalone events on Thursday (Kick-Off Ceremony) evening, Friday (Keynote Address) evening and Sunday (Closing Ceremony with Guest of Honor) afternoon.

I have the best parents in the world.

My amazing parents spent the afternoon pressure washing my back deck, cleaning the outdoor furniture, and filling my planters with flowers. This single mom knows just how lucky she is to have them! I am so blessed. Thanks mom and dad for the perfect gift! I love you.

A busy day at the hospital was made special by my son’s heartfelt message. He also surprised me with a beautiful Jackson Pollock inspired birdhouse, compliments of shop class. You can keep your diamonds, mansions, and fancy cars because the gift of someone’s time and talent is absolutely irreplaceable.

Perhaps, I’m old school. My appetites lean toward the classics. -Give me a Jane Austen or Alexandre Dumas book any day. However, unless you’re living under a rock, you’ve no doubt heard all the fuss about Fifty Shades of Grey and author E.L. James.
