Amy has just announced her first publishing gig: a three-book contract with NAL/Penguin for her fantasy series. I don’t think she has a name for the series yet, but two of the books are Soldier, Sage, Vagabond, and Spy, and Assassin’s Gambit.
Amy was one of the first people I met online when I joined the Online Writers Workshop for Science Fiction,...

Summer of Indie: Books to Read!
I’m throwing mygauntletin with Summer of Indie – an idea to celebrate indie authors and their books, by Robert Stanek of the Go Indie website. Robert interviewed me back in April, and featured The Time Travel Journals: Shipbuilders on April 15. That was exciting!
If you’re an independent author, or you just like books, check out Summer of Indie blog or Facebook page.
