Release Day - Keir's Fall #scifi #romance #spaceopera #giveaway
Oh my gosh, it's finally release day for Keir's Fall! Woo hoo! This book has been so long coming even I got tired of waiting for it (six years since the first words and nearly four years since book one first released). I have to say a huge, huge thank you to my editor Danielle Fine who has held my hand throughout, encouraged me, and kicked my butt when I didn't do my best. She's seen Keir's Fall right from its messy start to the final polished version.

#ScienceFiction #Fantasy Saturday #87 - 1,2,3... #scifi #romance #spaceopera

Hello! Welcome to another #sffsat snippet. I've been dark for a few weeks as I battled with edits (oh, boy), but they're finally done and the book releases this Monday. Woo hoo! It's the long overdue sequel to my time travel novel Keir (only about six years in progress and about four years since book one released. Eish). But it's done and soon to be out at long last. In this exclusive excerpt, Keir has been cornered...in the munitions room on Lyagnius. Not a bad place to get trapped, right? S...

Nameless and uncertain, he waited in the bedroom of the empress. He was conscious of pressure around his neck where Jakhani had fastened a tight collar of some fle...

Read Only Wednesday - Girl from Above: Trapped by Pippa DaCosta #scifi #spaceopera
Read Only Wednesday is when I highlight a book I've just read, about to read, or added to my TBR pile (which is becoming ever bigger. Roll on Christmas and my planned reading binge!). This one has gone on my wishlist as I've already read the previous two books but my book budget is all spent out. Oh, alright, I spent it on geek t-shirts last month. You can't wear a book in winter! But I'll definitely be picking it up. My attraction to this series frustrates me because I loathe the hero. Yup,...

Tuesday #Teaser - Strange Awakenings #scifi #romance #spaceopera

With Keir's Fall finally up for pre-order, I've decided to share a few exclusive snippets on my blog through December. Come back on Friday for the SFRB Showcase to see another one! For this excerpt, Quin and Keir are visiting her son on the tranquil world of Loganum. But the tranquility doesn't last long...
Keir woke in the night to find the bed empty and the doors to the balcony wide open, a strong, chill wind gusting into the room. Concerned, he rose and saw Quin standing outside in little m...

Black Friday Sale @ARe #scifi #paranormal #romance

It's Black Friday, which means 25% off at All Romance eBooks. Yay! Go grab one of my three titles there (Keir is already reduced to $1 so the discount won't apply to that one). Still, that's four books for just over $6 (and I'm in an anthology that's totally free too!). You can find all of my works by clicking HERE. Enjoy!

Read Only Wednesday - Future Visions: Original Science Fiction inspired by Microsoft #scifi
Read only Wednesday is when I highlight a book I've just read, am about to read, or (as in most cases lately) something I've just added to my TBR pile. This week's book is a slight oddity. Having spotted it on Twitter my curiosity was piqued. Now, I have a love/hate relationship with Microsoft that I'm not about to go into, but an ebook inspired by Microsoft? Interesting enough (and free at time of posting) that I decided to pick it up.

Update - #Goodreads #giveaway and sale #scifi #romance #superheroes
If you've noticed I've been quiet online for the past week, my apologies. Edits on Keir's Fall were not going well, and the further I went past on my original planned release date of the 7th November, the harder it got, so I went totally dark for a while. I'm still working on it and likely to remain mostly offline. Sorry!
But in the meantime, I wanted to remind you that the Goodreads giveaway for a print edition of When Dark Falls (my superhero romance) ends on the 30th November. Entry is easy...

Read Only Wednesday - Scarred by Erica Hayes #superhero #urbanfantasy
Read Only Wednesday is when I highlight a book I've just read, am about to read, or added to my TBR pile. This week I was excited to see Erica Hayes is finally releasing a sequel to her superhero book Scorched (see my 5* review for that HERE, and it's just $0.99 right now). At the moment Scarred has gone on my wishlist as Goodreads is stating a November release date, while Amazon is quoting it as February 2016. Confused much? Nevertheless, it'll definitely be going on my TBR pile as soon...
