Book Review: Shifty Business by Olivia Hardin

My overall rating for this book is a four. I thought it had great potential, and it was intriguing and interesting, but not enough to classify it as one of my favorite books ever. However, I don’t often give out higher ratings, so you definitely shouldn’t feel put off that this is a four instead of a five. It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? (21)

itsmondayIt’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme hosted by Sheila of Book Journey. It’s where book bloggers gather to talk about what books they read and reviewed last week, what books they’re currently reading and what books they’re planning to read. This is a great way for me to plan my reading week, and to take a sneak peek at what others are reading.

Book Review: A Game of Cat and Mouse by Astrid Cielo

I’m not the biggest fan of shapeshifters. I can’t really explain why. I’ve always preferred vampires, witches, demons and even fallen angels above shifters. Maybe because I prefer the slick type of predators, the ones that are sophisticated and mysterious and you wouldn’t expect they’re a heartless monster in disguise. But for werewolves and other types of shapeshifters, I always thought they were a bit more…crude powers. Less brains. I know that’s a bit of a discriminatory viewpoint toward o...

Book Review: Not Another Wish (Wishes #2) by

Not Another Wish is the sequel to Wishful Thinking, and takes off where the previous book left off. Sydney and Grant are struggling with their relationship and trying to make it work, even though there’s thousands of miles seperating them. Unfortunately, with their futures on the line, staying together through the good and the bad isn’t as easy as they thought.

Book Review: Wishful Thinking (Wishes #1) by S.P. Wilcox

Wishful Thinking is an adult contemporary novel written by debut author S.P. Wilcox. It starts with introducing us to Sydney, the main character. But then Sydney and Kendall finds out their ‘loving’ boyfriends have been cheating on them for months. Heartbroken, both girls leave for college, trying to turn their lives around.

Whereas Kendall...
