ONE MOMENT IN TIME - WHITNEY HOUSTON

This has always been my favorite Whitney Houston song. It's such a testament to the human spirit's ability to overcome obstacles and make themselves the very best. Although Whitney was not able to overcome all of her obstacles, hearing her sing this song still gives me chills. RIP Whitney.

WHITNEY HOUSTON'S AUTOPSY

Although an autopsy has been performed on Whitney Houston, the coroner is not releasing the details as of now. The singer is said to have been found in the bathtub under water in her Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel. Prescription drugs were found in her room. She died just hours before her scheduled performance at a Pre-Grammy party. Meanwhile, her daughter, Bobbi Kristina was just released from the hospital. DON CORNELIUS DEAD

This week, we lost the Soul Train pioneer Don Cornelius. 75 years old Cornelius suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. According to Huffington Post, he'd had health issues dating back to the 1980s, when he underwent brain surgery.

His family has my condolences. This isn't the first time I've heard of someone around his age committing suicide due to health issues. Be grateful for your health, everyone.

X-FACTOR FIRINGS

I guess most should have seen this coming. Whenever something is not working, there has to be a fall guy or girl. Or two. For Ex-Factor, Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and Steve Jones took the fall. Various sources have sited issues with the judges, particularly the female judges. Now, they have to look for two more.

BOW WOW OWES TAXES

According to TMZ, Bow Wow owes the IRS back taxes from 2006, 2008, 2010. In 2006, he owed $91,106.61. With all three years added, he owes $126, 086. 14. He joins the extremely long list of celebrities that owe taxes, which includes Chris Tucker, R. Kelly and Wesley Snipes.

These celebrities need to do a better job of watching their money. How is it all of them seem to miss paying their taxes?

NEYO VICE PRESIDENT

I didn't see this one coming. Neyo will be the new senior vice president of A&R for Motown Records. He will release his 5th album this summer on Motown but, for now, he looks forward to integrating today's music.

DEMI HOSPITALIZED

This week, Demi Moore was hospitalized after a 911 call from her home. She's now participating in a rehab program. Various reports suggest that the actress is struggling with substance abuse. She kicked alcohol and drug problems several years ago. While Demi was hospitalized, soon-to-be ex-husband, Ashton Kutcher, was in another country partying.

According to TMZ.com, Seal and his model wife Heidi Klum are headed for divorce. The two married in 2005 and have 4 kids (one from her previous relationship). They renew their vows every year but this year they seem to be having some problems. Conflicting reports from different sources are saying that although the couple has been arguing more lately, they don't have any plans to divorce.

KENNY G DIVORCE

According to various sources, Kenny G's wife has filed for legal separation from the saxophonist after 20 years of marriage. The couple have two sons. They have already obtained lawyers. Kenny has sold over 75 million albums.

What can I say? Another marriage bites the dust.
