LOVE AND HIP HOP STAR PREGNANT

In case you missed it, there’s a pregnant “stars” on the Love and Hip Hop New York show. It is Winter Ramos. Winter’s baby daddy is not famous, although she has published a book titled Game Over where she talks about her affairs with celebrities. Rapper The Game was included in the book. She also claims to have slept with 250+ men.

Why a woman would tell people she’s slept with that many men is beyond my comprehension? There is no positive way to spend that. Nonetheless, congrats on baby.

CHRIS BROWN AND RIHANNA WEDDING

I hate to say it but I’m not totally surprised.

There are rumors that Chris Brown and Rihanna are planning to marry this year. According to various sources, they want to marry in a Barbados wedding with tattoo artists, fire breathers and near-naked wait staff. Supposedly, they also want to have pre-rolled joints.

JANET JACKSON MARRIED

It’s wedding season! Janet Jackson married her billionaire beau Wissam Al Mana last year. They released a statement after rumors insisted they were planning a big wedding. They said they tied the knot in a “quiet, private and beautiful ceremony.”

Who is surprised that Janet is already married? Why would we expect anything else from her? To be honest with you, I would probably do the same thing if I was in her position. You have to give it to Janet, though. She can always find someone to marry...

OSCAR TIME

Yes, the Oscars are today. Tuxedos, gowns, red carpets and awards. Sounds nice but, like the last few years, I won’t be watching much of it. I’d rather watch the tribute to Bernie Mac on Comedy Central. I will make one very obvious prediction though. Adele will win an Oscar for Best Song. She’s running it right now.

CLIVE DAVIS BISEXUAL

This goes in the need to know category. I don’t know who Clive Davis thought needed to know this but in the music legend’s memoir “The Soundtrack of My Life” he reveals that he had sex with a man in the 1970s. He also says he dated a man from 1990 to 2004. Davis, the man who discovered Carlos Santana and the late Whitney Houston, has been married to women twice.

I personally feel this is something he could have kept to himself. I don’t know too many people who care about the sexual orientation...

CHRIS AND RHIANNA TROUBLE IN PARADISE

Mainstream media claim (hope) that Chris Brown and Rhianna are on the outs. Just a few days after cozying up at the Grammy's, the on again and off again couple were spotted at the club avoiding each other. They stayed on opposite sides of the room, which is weird because supposedly they live together in Rhianna's new house.

I don't think this relationship is over that quick, even though the media would like for it to be. We need to let their union play itself out.

CHAD HEAD BUTTS BASKETBALL WIVES STAR

According to TMZ, Miami Dolphin Chad Johnson was arrested yesterday for head butting his wife of a month, Basketball Wives reality star, Evelyn Lozada. The altercation stemmed from Lozada discovering a receipt for condoms and confronting him about it. The couple argued and Lozada told police that he head butted her. Chad claims that she head butted him. The police report cites a 3 inch laceration on Lozada's head. Chad has been released from jail and ordered not to contact his wife.

GABBY HAIR CONTROVERSY

This is an issue that should never have been…well, an issue. 16 year old Olympic Gold Metalist Gabby Douglas received a lot of deserved applause for her stellar performance in London this week but it was overshadowed by some negative comments made about her on Twitter and Facebook. Some African American women have problems with her hair, feeling like it wasn’t kempt enough for them. Since then, radio shows, newspapers and TV media have jumped in to give their perspective on it.
