The EU minister asks about the independence of European prosecutors

The MUE, inter alia, states that the possibility provided for in the draft to provide EP prosecutors with organizational instructions within national structures is contrary to Regulation 2017/1939, which expressly prohibits the provision of any instructions other than those provided for in him.

In response, the Ministry of Justice pointed out that the proposed provision only applies to strictly organizational decisions, such as those to determine premises or allocate equipment. Due to the adopted model of locating branches in buildings currently occupied by other units of the Polish Prosecutor’s Office, it was necessary to grant management rights in this area.

The regulation in question therefore refers to decisions of a technical nature, without interfering in any way in the field of judicial practice and without infringing independence. Additionally, to remove such doubts, the Ministry of Justice clarified the provisions of the project, stating that these are strictly organizational orders.

Fatal accident in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. A 19-year-old youth died

One person died in an accident that occurred on the night of Sunday to Monday on provincial road No. 222 between Wolental and Pączew in Starogard County (Pomeranian Voivodeship). According to preliminary police data, the 19-year-old driver of a Volkswagen car went off the left side of the road and hit a tree.

On Sunday, a few minutes before midnight, the officer on duty at the Starogard Gdańsk District Police Department received a report of a traffic accident that occurred on provincial road No. 222 between Wolental and Pączew.

The police initially established that the 19-year-old Golf driver was driving from Pączewo to Skórcz, on a straight stretch of road, went off the road where he hit a tree. Al menos 4 personas han muerto y otras 40 han resultado heridas por un bombardeo del Ejército israelí contra tiendas de desplazados en el hospital Mártires de al Aqsa, en el centro de Gaza, esta madrugada, confirmó el Gobierno de Hamás en el enclave.

El bombardeo impactó contra las tiendas de campaña de los desplazados dentro del hospital, ubicado en la localidad de Deir al Balah. Se trata de la séptima vez que Israel ataca el mismo centro, dijeron las autoridades gazatíes en un comunicado.

El Ejército israelí (IDF, por sus siglas en inglés) confirmó, en un comunicado divulgado en la madrugada del lunes, haber lanzado un “ataque preciso contra terroristas” que operaban un centro de mando dentro del hospital.

El hospital era “utilizado por terroristas de Hamás para planear y ejecutar ataques terroristas contra las IDF y el Estado de Israel”, añade el comunicado, una frase que las fuerzas israelíes repiten siempre que atacan infraestructura civil en Gaza.

Multiple crashes leave at least two injured in Saltillo

This Sunday evening there was a spectacular multiple accident with significant material damage and two injuries, which caused a strong mobilization of the emergency forces in the area. Founders Boulevard.

It was about 7:30 in the afternoon when the accident was reported in the east-west traffic on Fundadores Boulevard, near the Valle de las Flores neighborhood. Honor announces launch dates for Magic7 series, MagicOS 9.0
