IN WHICH I PARTAKE IN EXTREME HOUSEWARMING

I have a big brand new poemy thing up over at HOUSEFIRE, complete with recommended listening instructions. HOUSEFIRE consistently brings out of me some of my favorite writing, & then they publish it. How great is that? Thanks, HF crew, for always keeping it gangster.

THREE POEMS AT METAZEN

I have three poems up at Metazen that I’d like to share with you. Many thanks to Janey Smith for facilitating that, and for the kind words he introduced them with:

“David Tomaloff is a writer. He does something that I really like a lot: he writes in different voices and styles. No David Tomaloff poem is the same, which is kind of nice. A lot writers work hard to create a brand, a kind of signature that enables consumers and readers to recognize and to feel familiar with their stuff. David doesn’t do that. If you like variety, read David’s three poems on Metazen.”

You can also hear Michael Andrew O’Brien read my poem LET’S RESET AND BE AWESOME HERE.

I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DON’T LET YOU MAKE SNOWFLAKES.

The YouTube issue of the Northville Review is out, & it’s full of great names and word-things. I’m lucky to count my name & word-thing among them with a piece titled DOES ANYONE HAVE THE TABS FOR THIS. Check it out & pass it around—seriously, with names like Neal Kitterlin, J. Bradley, Alex M. Pruteanu, and Daniel Romo, you will find word-things to suit your tastes, I’m sure.

I WISH YOU SUNSHINE CAKE

New World Poetry has published the second of a couple of poems translated from French, originally written by the (apparently) French poet, F. Folamot Divad. The world needs more sunshine cake.

HERE BE DRAGONS

A short time ago, the Origami Poems Project released my tiny novella, SEAFARER. Swoon has once again scoured the margins of my words to bring forth the monsters that call the subliminal world home. This one may not be for the easily offended, but then—what is?
