2 [dt] poems published in Psychic Meatloaf, Issue 3
FACT: Psychic Meatloaf is brilliant. FACT: Issue 3 is even more brilliant because its cover boasts a multi-colored, melancholic bear. FACT: Editor, George McKim is a visionary. FACT: My poems BLUES SONG, and THIRTY FIVE DOLLAR HOLLYWOOD are included among such fantastic poets as SJ Fowler, Peter Schwartz, Ray Succre, and Raymond Farr. There isn't a questionable one in the bunch.

Interview & Reading on WUWM's Lake Effect
I am very happy to be part of Jennifer Tomaloff's Bending Light into Verse project. Jennifer was recently interviewed about the book and its process by Stephanie Lecci on WUWM's Lake Effect show. I was on hand to offer both a reading of one of my poems from the book as well to answer questions about the process from a writer's point of view. The interview is now archived and ready to be streamed/downloaded on Lake Effect's website. Please give it a listen, and do check out Bending Light into Verse if you haven't had the chance.

BENDING LIGHT INTO VERSE v.2 Release/Celebration
I will be here reading my poems from Jennifer Tomaloff's excellent book. I will also be playing the part of world renowned werewolf hunter and heavy metal fashion icon, JD Nelson. You should come. Bring your mad face and heckle some poets–you'll feel better about yourself, I swear.

Today is a banner day; Mud Luscious, HOUSEFIRE, & Thunderclap!
Lots of stuff to read!
Issue 15 of the always superb MUD LUSCIOUS includes my piece, COMPLEX MACHINERY, as well as work by many other fantastic writers such as Helen Vitoria. Read it! My thanks to editors, J. A. Tyler and Andrew Borgstrom (whose works you should be reading as well)!
The wildly insane HOUSEFIRE has published my piece, WE SLEEP INSIDE IF WE SLEEP AT ALL. Don't miss my bio there, written by Riley Michael Parker. As usual, it's a great piece of writing all by itself. Thanks, Riley!
Don't miss the stellar fifth issue of THUNDERCLAP, which includes my two poems, WORDS, and STIPULATION CLAUSE, RAPUNZEL_MOREOVER, as well as incredible works by many others such as Len Kuntz, Parker Tettleton, Sheldon Lee Compton, Bill Yarrow, and Scott Alexander Jones. There are just so many, I can't list them all! Thanks Amanda, and thank you, Robert Vaughan!

Three more 3-line [dt] poems at Three Line Poetry
These three-line poems are getting addicting. Three Line Poetry, Issue 2, is in full swing. It's truly fantastic to read so many of my favorite poets' takes on short form poetry. Three Line Poetry is off to strong start!

Three 3-line [dt] poems at Three Line Poetry
Short form poetry is an interesting challenge. Trying to evoke the spirit of the short story within a three line poem is even more challenging. Three Line Poetry kindly published three of my three-line poems in Three Line Poetry, Issue 1. You thought I was going to say Issue 3, didn't you?
