Boiling Point out!

Denny's friend Drake is a hard core top in the BDSM world, while Cain's friend Jeren is a graphic artist who does horror books and lives on cigarettes and coffee with the occasional whiskey thrown in. They couldn't be more different. Still, Denny and Cain (Cherry Sours, Licorice Whips) think their friends would be great together and they set them up at a dinner party.

Now that they've met, will Drake and Jeren prove Denny and Cain right? And could they burn hotter for each other than even their friends know?

You can buy it here.

There's an excerpt here.

Drake stood and started undoing the buttons on his shirt. Jeren stared, lips parted the barest bit. He moved slowly, letting Jeren look, anticipate. He was built, he knew it, but it was something new to be looked at like he was special. He shrugged the shirt off, let it drop to the floor.

"You're ripped."

"You like what you see?"

Jeren nodded, licked his lips again. "You could be my next hero."

"I could be your hero." He could turn Jeren's world inside out.

"I'm already lost, but I swear to let you win out over evil in a book."

"You're not lost forever."

Jeren's eyes met his, the loss in them rocking him to the core. He went over and cupped Jeren's face.

"I... I was drawing you."

"You can draw me later." He leaned in and pressed their lips together.

Jeren gasped, eyes flashing up to his, the shock evident behind the wire frames. He held Jeren's gaze and pushed his tongue into the man's mouth. Coffee. Cigarettes. Beer. Pain. Need. Hunger. He pushed deeper, eager for more of the true flavor of Jeren. Jeren's fingers wrapped around his waist, those lips opening wider.

He slid his hands back, cupping Jeren's head. Under the messy hair, the man's skull was almost delicate, his hands surrounding it. He moaned softly, played Jeren's tongue with his own. He felt the kiss deep in his balls, heard Jeren's moan in his fucking soul. Oh, fuck yes.

He let one hand slide down along Jeren's back, headed straight for that sweet little ass. His fingers brushed across something odd, stiff, and Jeren backed away, shook his head. "I was drawing you."

"Not yet. What's under the t-shirt?"

"I. Nothing. Nothing." Jeren kept backing away. "You weren't supposed to kiss me."

"But I did." He took a few steps, closing the distance between them again.

"Yeah. I. It was a bad idea." Jeren was breathing faster.

"My kissing you?" He shook his head. "No, it was a very good idea." He got right into Jeren's space and cupped the man's head again, tilted it slightly back.

"Please don't. I can't."

"You can. You did." He leaned in and covered Jeren's lips again.

He tried to bring their bodies together, but Jeren kept a hair's width of space between them. Growling a little, he moved forward, backing Jeren toward the wall. Jeren moved, tried to part their lips, but he wouldn't cooperate. He just kept backing Jeren up, knowing they'd eventually hit wall.

Jeren's ass hit the wall first, which got him a quick armful of boy before Jeren tried to pull away. There was nowhere for Jeren to go, though, and Drake pressed his advantage, pushing up against Jeren. Long and lean -- Jeren was covered by him, the man's midsection oddly hard, the barest bit unnatural.

He slid his hand around Jeren's waist, thumb stroking the bottom of the hard bit.

"Don't."

A corset. That explained the tiny waist, the amazing way that ass was offered to the world.

My God It's Monday

Happy July Fourth!

Both my publishers have discounts on today.

For Changeling Press the code is SummerSizzler2011 and it gives you 10% off your order.

For Torquere Press the code is july42011 and it gives you 15% off your order.

I'm working on my newsletter -- I'm determined to get it out earlier this month than I've managed over the last two.

Started writing a new couple today. A volleyball player and his trainer trying to get ready for the summer Olympics. Yum. The Hammer men continue to go strong. I've got several pairs in progress at the moment and too many on the backburner!

Was up far too early this morning. If the world really was civilized, day wouldn't start until 2 in the afternoon or so. Which must mean that it's time for a beer and some relaxation.

The Candy Series

Cherry Sours was the first of the Denny and Cain stories. They showed up and tapped me on the shoulder and informed me that they had this little shaving fetish they wanted me to write about... Cherry Sours was quickly followed by Lemon Drops, Sweet Tarts and Licorice Whips.

These guys still whisper to me occassionally. In fact, they introduced a pair of their friends to each other one evening and Boiling Point, my take on the Ruby birthstone (coming soon), was born.

Cherry Sours
Cain's had a bad, bad day. All he wants is some candy to sweeten his mood, but what he gets instead is an unexpected dinner invitation from a stranger.

Denny's fond of cherry sours, too, but he thinks Cain needs more than candy to smooth out the rough edges in his life, and he's perfectly happy to give it to him.

As Cain's insecurities vanish along with his inhibitions, the two of them discover that you can go from being strangers to being very close in no time at all.

Lemon Drops
Returning from best-selling Single Shot, Cherry Sours, Denny and Cain are learning all about each other, playing games that make Cain blush and make Denny as happy as he's ever been. They're getting along great, but Cain doesn't want Denny to think he needs financial support.

When Cain gets even deeper into money trouble, he hesitates to tell Denny, even though he wants to. He knows he's in love, but he's just not sure he can trust what he feels. Can Denny convince Cain that what they have is real?

Sweet Tarts
Cain and Denny have been apart a lot for work, and they're missing their time together a lot. Denny knows just what to do for New Year's, though, and it involves getting rid of all of that hair on Cain's face. And possibly everywhere else. Can these two start the New Year off with a clean slate? Featuring the boys from Cherry Sours and Lemon Drops!

Licorice Whips
Cain's comic book career is really starting to take off, and he has to leave his lover Denny long enough to do a book tour. He misses his daily routine while he's on the road, misses the care Denny takes of him. Then there's Will, his tour manager, who's sweet and maybe too fond of Cain for his own good.

When Will starts making advances that Cain can't deal with, it's Denny to the rescue. Will Cain be able to deal with all the stress life throws at him? The boys from Cherry Sours and Sweet Tarts prove they still have it in Licorice Whips!

My God It's Monday

First Gift came out on Saturday. There's a discount coupon for it for my newsletter subscribers.

We had a hell of a thunderstorm here on Friday with a ton of rain. We needed it as it's been a pretty dry June until now but it was unusual to have it pelting down for as long as it did. Usually the heavy rain backs off pretty quickly, but it didn't on Friday. It just kept on pouring. I do love watching a storm from a safe, dry place.

New Hammer men have shown up, distracting me from what I was writing, from what I'm supposed to be writing. Not that I'm really complaining, mind you -- when it comes to men, the more the merrier ;)

I started watching NY Ink the other day -- there were several on in a row. I love the stories of the people getting their tattoos. I also enjoy trying to guess the stories behind the tattoos people have.

I hope everyone's Monday wasn't too, well, Monday.

First Gift is out!

Mike and Tomas are very much in love and committed to each other. Unfortunately, Mike's job takes him out of town for extended periods and after a while, seeing your lover on the computer monitor and having only your own hand for company begins to wear thin, especially when you're a bit of a pain slut, like Tomas is.

With this in mind, Mike gets Tomas a present -- Cage. He's paid up for a week and Cage will do to Tomas the things Mike only wishes he could, all while Mike watches and directs the action.

Will this gift be the first of many? And will it help Mike and Tomas feel closer despite the miles separating them?

There's an excerpt here.

Tomas took a step backward, heart slamming in his chest. He was naked. Naked. With a stranger.

"Mmm. Look at you. You were right, Mike. He's very sexy."

"He's perfect. Tight, hot, and he bruises."

Cage actually groaned, eyes on him, running along his body.

Tomas flushed hot, teeth sinking into his bottom lip as Cage reached out and tweaked his right nipple. He took another step back, hand covering his cock and glancing at the computer screen, at Mike.

"Careful, you want to make sure your man can see every move you make."

"That's part of the deal, baby. I want to see. I want to hear. I want it all."

"All?"

"Every touch. Every word. Every lick of my boots."

Tomas just stared. What else could he do?

Cage stared back at him for a moment and then moved closer, putting the man in the center of the range of the camera. "You can start with the boot licking."

"I." What?

"Hands and knees, T. Lick my boots. I am not going to keep repeating everything, you know."

He stared. Mike was out of his mind. Out of his mind.

"I won't count down every time, either. Five. Four."

He knelt down, shaking, shaken. "This is crazy."

"It's hot, babe. I swear." Mike sounded like he was on fire.

Cage just kept counting. "Three. Two."

He whimpered, mouth on the slick leather of one boot. Oh God. He was in his office.

"Better. Lick them both nice and slowly. There'll be a reward for you when you're done."

"So hot, baby. He's going to make you burn."

Tomas groaned, one hand cupping his cock. This was fucking insane.

"No touching yourself unless you have my permission." Cage's voice was like a whip, hitting him sharply.

Insane. Mike was insane. He was insane. He didn't even know this man.

"Do a good job, T, or you won't get your reward, or even a punishment. And I know you want one or the other -- anything is better than nothing."

"I always do a good job."

"Get to it, then. We're watching you."

The leather was slick, oily -- not dirty, though, not offensive. His ass moved as he licked, cock fucking the air.

"Look at that ass move. You're a little slut, aren't you, T?"

He shook his head.

"He's the sweetest little pain slut on earth, Cage." Mike was an asshole. Still, he looked over at his lover, seeing how hot this was making Mike.

"I've got such plans for you, T. A whole week of nothing to focus on but you."

out today and wayback wednesday

My Chaser series Bruised has been re-released as a compilation today.

Johnson figures it's got to be a sign when cowboy Billy shows up at his garage after hours, just as he's about to go find someone to spend the night with. He's horny enough that a lot of guys would look good, but Billy seems special somehow.

Billy thinks Johnson's the hottest ticket he's seen since he moved to California from Texas, and after a good meal and some good fun, he takes Johnson home. They both find out they're getting more than they bargained for. Can Johnson and Billy figure out why they feel so connected and can they make it last once reality sets back in?

Originally released as the Chaser Series Bruised.

Buy it here.

And for Wayback Wednesday -- the compilation of my other Chaser series Guardian Angel.

Country singer Daniel can't understand why anyone would want him dead, or why anyone would think he's important enough to kidnap. So it comes as a complete surprise when attempts are made on his life and he's appointed Rafe, a G-man guardian angel. Rafe is determined to protect Daniel, even from himself, but it's not an easy job.

Rafe finally takes Daniel off to the middle of nowhere, which gives them time to pursue other things, like each other. Too much R&R might just make them sloppy, though, and sloppy could get them killed. Can they survive fighting for their lives, and falling in love?

Originally released as the Chaser series Guardian Angel.

My God It's Monday

Wow, Monday again. And we're more than halfway through the month. I did get my newsletter out this weekend, attended a chat, held a contest or three, and was generally quite busy.

I also went to see Super 8. I liked it. Very reminicent in feel to ET, which I guess makes sense as it's a Spielberg film. Saw a trailer for Cowboys and Aliens. With a title like that, who can resist?

I have two books coming out this week. On Wednesday there will be Bruised, which is a compilation of my Chaser series of the same name, and on Saturday will be First Gift, which is the first Novella in a new series. The book definitely stands alone and it sets up things for The Second Gift.
