We Cannot Judge Mayans Who Sacrificed 100 Young Boys

Satan has always attacked childrenhe hates the seed of the woman and has always sought to steal, kill, and destroy the most vulnerable. He hates the family. And yet another example of that was highlighted in a recent study of 64 of the over 100 skeletons of sacrificial victims who were buried in an underground chamber in the Mayan city of Chichn Itz, located on Mexicos Yucatn Peninsula.

These skeletons were of all boys, generally between the ages of three and six years old. Man...

A Taste of Heaven: Review of the Ark Encounter

Every day, thousands of individuals and families pour into the Ark Encounter and Creation Museumthe two leading Christian themed attractions in the world. Many people leave 5-star reviews on our attractions pages, but others will write me to tell about their experience. I thought Id share part of one of those letters with you, and I especially want you to note the wonderful things this guest said about our amazing staff.

Dear Mr. Ham,

Recently I returned from a visit to the Ark Encounter.

Ev...

Pride: Celebrating Sin

We hear the word pride a lot these days, particularly in reference to the LGBTQ worldview. But what is interesting is that pride is used many times in Scripture, but in almost all these instances, it is condemned because it relates to the sin nature of man. For example, Jesus said,

What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, sla...

Baby for Sale: Moms May Be Allowed to Sell Babies for Parentage Equality

Its impossible to stress enough how much the abandoning of biblical authorityand thus the absolute morality of the Christian worldviewhas impacted our society, hurting the most vulnerable (women and children). And a new bill that unanimously (keep that in mindunanimously) passed the Massachusetts house just highlights another layer of the brokenness that comes from leaving behind Gods design for marriage, gender, and sexuality.

Consider this headline: Mass. House unanimously ap...

Why Are Parents the #1 Enemy?

Why do they hate parents so much?

In the past few years, weve seen an increasing number of attacks on parents and parental rights. Weve seen news items about school boards refusing to show parents whats being taught in classrooms, states stripping away the rights of parents who have children identifying as trans, and teachers and others offering to be moms or dads to children who have parents who arent supportive of a gender transition or homosexual identity. ...

Construction Update: Headquarters Building

About two years ago, the Lord enabled Answers in Genesis to acquire the building Toyota used as its national headquarters here in Northern Kentucky (before they moved to Texas). The original part of the building was built for Cincinnati Bell and then expanded by Toyota. This is one of those once in a lifetime type situations.

We have already renovated the left third of the building for our Answers Academy Christian school. We are now renovating the rest of the building to move our offices ...

Are Christians Obsessed with Homosexuality?

Are Christians really obsessed with homosexuality?

This is an objection I will often see on social media when I post biblical teaching that conflicts with the LGBTQ worldview. Instead of engaging with my arguments, the comments section fills with accusations that Christians must be closet gays because of how much they obsess over LGBTQ.

Now, of course, thats not the casewere not obsessed (honestly, there are many, many things wed rather talk about!), but we do speak to thi...

Abortion Discriminates Against the Disabled

A sad irony exists in our culture. During the month of June, we constantly see messaging about being inclusive and tolerant of everyone, no matter their sexual orientation, gender, weight, skin shade, or other claimed identity. And yet, at the same time, many in our culture think that its perfectly acceptable to allow for the abortion (killing) of certain children in the womb simply because they are expected to be born with a disability of some kind. So inclusion...

Finches, Tortoises, and More: Creationists Tour Evolutions Iconic Islands

When most people hear Galpagos Islands, they automatically associate these remote islands with two things: Charles Darwin and his evolutionary beliefs. But AiG recently led a group of creationists to tour, experience, and learn from the Galpagos Islands and their amazing wildlife because, well, those islands belong to the Lordnot to evolution!

Childrens Hunger Fund Says Thank You to Our Answers VBS Churches

Each year we produce a phenomenal new Answers VBS program that thousands of churches use to teach tens of thousands of children about the Bible and the gospel message. And, as part of that program, we include a Missions Moment that encourages children to put their faith into action by giving toward a gospel-centered mercy ministry with our ministry partner Childrens Hunger Fund (CHF).

They also meet childrens and families spiritual needs through a network of local churches around the wo...
