Dingoes, Australia���s native wild dogs, were the subject of a recent genetic study comparing ���ancient��� DNA with the modern genome of the species. What the study found was that these dogs ���arrived in two waves of migration between 3000 and 8000 years ago��� (according to evolutionary dating).
