"Covet" by J. R. Ward

Covet (Fallen Angels, #1) Covet by J.R. Ward

My rating: 1 of 5 stars

God! What a disappointment!!!

If was possible to give a "negative star" I would give many to this one.

I bought this book because I loved so much the "Black Dagger Brotherhood", and was hopping to find another good series.

But that was not what happened!!!

I start reading, and right in the first ten pages or so, I noticed that things would not go so well... but... as I've said, I really loved "Black Dagger Brotherhood" and my stubbornness keep me...

"Dream Warrior" by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Dream Warrior (Dark-Hunter/Dream-Hunter, #17) Dream Warrior by Sherrilyn Kenyon

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This is the fourth number from "Dream Hunters" series, the second book I read.

Contrary on what happened when I read "The Dream-Hunter" (Dark-Hunter/Dream-Hunter, #11); in this book I felt some difficulties in one or other moment, when lots of characters from different backgrounds get together and their stories from the past mix up.

I'm sure that if I had read the previous books the story events would be much easier to follow.

But...

"Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen

Water for Elephants Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

What a great book!!!!

Just finish him yesterday but I'm still day dreaming about the stor

It was my first "circus book" and all the scenario attracted me in a way I was not expecting... I think most because everyone one in life imagined how it would be to run away with the circus :)

Jacob was a great 1st character. He had personality, passion, suffering and hope in the right dose to enchant us and make us want to know what happens...

"Dead To The World" by Charlaine Harris

Dead to the World (Sookie Stackhouse, #4) Dead to the World by Charlaine Harris

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Ok! I know this book probably don't deserve a 4 stars... it's not faire for all others 4 stars, great books, and on and on... but I have to give 4 stars to "Dead to the World" because FINALLY Eric turns to be all that I expected him to be since book 1 "Dead Until Dark".

I confess, I'm on Eric's team! I don't like Bill!

 That's it!

As in the previous book in the series, "Club Dead", Bill it's once again away almost the entire...

"Goddess of Spring"

Goddess of Spring (Goddess Summoning, #2) Goddess of Spring by P.C. Cast

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was my first book by P.C.Cast and I really enjoy it!

It was one of the books I choose to take in my back pack for this holidays.

The story seemed to be a light one and the Greek mythology scenario one I would lik

In no way I was disappointed.

The love story between a mortal and Hades, the Dark Lord of Death, was very lovely and touching.

One of the things that captured my attention was the beautiful scenario descriptions of the...

"Dewey" Vicki Myron

Dewey: o gato que comoveu o mundo Dewey: o gato que comoveu o mundo by Vicki Myron

My rating: 2 of 5 stars

"Tipping the Velvet" by Sarah Waters

Tipping the Velvet Tipping the Velvet by Sarah Waters

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was my first gay novel, and I'm very happy to say that I really enjoy reading this book.

It was a present from a friend... I confess that when I star it the expectations were none to very few :) but he said that was a good book and that I should read it... so, after some months... I began!

In the firsts pages I was instantly caught. The descriptions were so vivid, so realist, and all the environments so well written that I...

De volta!

Hellooooo!!!!

Finalmente estou de volta! :D
