Drinking age should be Lowered.

Alcohol consumption in the state of California is legal when you become 21. By the time you are 21, you have already graduated high school (hopefully), have your driver's license, maybe you are even living on your own.  By then, and if you are one of the brave ones, you enlisted in the military. When in Rome

The November Criminals
