Just an idea...
So I was on my Goodreads page (http://www.goodreads.com/vaughndemont) when I saw a little thing at the bottom called "Videos about Vaughn R. Demont". And I thought, videos?
So I figured I'd test the waters and ask this: Would any of you watch video of me answering reader mail? I figure at the very it should dissuade any rumors that I'm not actually a guy. ;) All e-mailed questions would be as anonymous as you want, and can be about anything you want, whether it's about me, or my work...

Free Fiction Friday: Dead In The Water - Part 8 - SFW
Welcome to week number lucky thirteen of Free Fiction Friday!
I'm honestly starting to wonder if I'll ever finish this. It'll be over 20k for sure.
Not all that much to say tonight, just really drained from this week and the job hunt (largely unsuccessful).

Progress Updates
"Dead In The Water": This week's entry is DONE. It will be posted on Friday at 12:01am EST
House of Stone: Made some good progress this week, and I got Richard past 20,000 words yesterday. I'll probably do some more work on him today, trying to get him to 22k if possible.
The Vampire Fred: Wayward Son: Got a lot of notes down, so hopefully as soon as I finish Richard's story, I'll be able to jump right into it.
Sometimes I wish there was a view counter for FFF, I'd love to know how many "every-we

Already hard at work on next week's FFF, but also working on other projects as well.
Untitled Richard Stone Story: Progress has stalled here, but I'm hoping to break through my mini-block today and hopefully push past 15k. I really want to finish this one, because I have a lot of ideas for the plot. I don't know if Richard's getting a series yet, but I want to finish him before I get to work on the next big project....

Free Fiction Friday: Dead In The Water - Part 7 - SFW
Welcome to the 12th week of Free Fiction Friday!
This week's entry is about 550 words over the usual length, which I'm hoping no one will mind. A little bit of info for those of you who HAVE read Lightning Rod, you'll see something in this part that might confuse you a little, regarding James saying there can be one Ra'Keth at a time. I pretty much corrected the novel itself to line up with that before I sent it out to for submissions, but I forgot to update the main copy I gave to my friends. So

A Year and a Day
This morning? There were waffles. Blueberry waffles, in fact, and ye gods it was good.
So what's the occasion? Those of you who've been following me from the beginning might remember in my very first post that I mentioned that I was celibate (which was rather odd considered I profess to follow Pan). I pretty much swore a vow to be celibate for a year and a day, because I'd gotten out of a bad relationship, I didn't want to rush into anything, I needed to be single for a while, and let's face it,
