Reader Mail Mondays... well...

that_guy_media will be in Salem this weekend, so can't really shoot the episode and get it edited in time unless we do it tonight, which isn't really doable, so it looks like episode 4 will be delayed another week.

In other news, it looks like Fred didn't make the cut for the Rainbow Awards, but still... I was on the list! People voted for it! That is AWESOME !!!! Huge thanks going out to everyon...

Auditory Coffee

No Reader Mail Monday this week, mostly because I took last week off, but I'm hoping to do one for next Monday, so get those questions in. :)

Hardly slept at all last night because of a pretty bad storm, so when I woke up at 6am to stand vigil by the phone in case I got called in to sub, I was pretty much a zombie. I'm trying to cut down my caffeine intake, so I chose to rely on an old method for waking up: auditory coffee.

Something I've Been Pondering...

Ever have a "friend"? You know the type, the kind that you're buddy-buddy with on the surface, but deep down you really just want to see each other fail?

I had a "friend" like that, his particular weapon of choice was playing devil's advocate. No matter what I talked about, he'd take the opposite position "just to promote a lively debate" when in fact it was just an opportunity for him to talk out his ass about things he knew practically nothing about.

Communique From The Breach

I'll have a post tomorrow, 'cause right now all I want to do is crawl into bed. I'll only say this for now: I want to find every substitute I ever had in high school and send them an apology for more than likely being a dipshit.

So I just got off the phone with the local school district, and I'll be subbing my first class tomorrow! High school English. I'll be given a lesson plan, but I'm still reviewing all the little rules and tips the teachers I know gave me. (The most given one for being a sub is "Know how to say no")

So, while there won't be FFF tomorrow, I'll let you guys know how it all went. :)

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I need a week off from writing, even Free Fiction Friday.

I've been reading through my stuff for the last few days, and it all has a bit of a forced quality to it. Not that the plot was forced, but that I was forcing myself to write. Update-ish Post

1. Netflix Instant will be the bane of my existence. Every time I try to write, suddenly... "I remember this movie! *goes to make popcorn*" Even worse is when it's a new TV show. This is exactly how I got hooked on Leverage, Dexter, Weeds, and Californication.
