Succubus in New York – Nina Harper
This is the second book in the series, the first being Succubus in the City, which I enjoyed very much.
So in book two, Lily and her friends are back. However, Lily's a little melancholy following the departure of her lover, Nathan Coleman. Just as Lily thought everything was going great, he found out she was a succubus and ran off into the night, leaving her devastated. Lily tries to get on with life as normal; delivering more souls to Satan and spending time with her girlfriends.
Trouble is, it turns out the sinister person who was gunning for the group of Satan's Chosen in the first book hasn't stopped their campaign. If anything, they're ramping it up, and poor Lily seems to be the one catching most of the crossfire. So what with juggling her day job on a fashion magazine, her evening job of being a succubus, her friends and the politics of Hell, Lily's having a tough time of it.
And that's before you even factor in the reappearance of her holiday fling, Marten…
Overall, I enjoyed this book, but not as much as the first. It wasn't quite as punchy and seemed to go on for longer, but it wouldn't put me off reading more from this series in the future. Lily is a kick-ass succubus and reading about her and her chums is definitely a worthy way of spending some time!

Lovely Comments About The Great Outdoors Vol 1 & 2
I'm delighted to report that over the weekend, I've had some lovely reviews of BOTH editions of The Great Outdoors!
Lexie Bay had the following to say about Volume 1:
"This lovely book contains two fantastic stories that draw you in from the very start.
Bird's Eye View takes you along with Karla as she witnesses a couple enjoying much more than the view in the woods, while Fun In The Forest describes what happens when Anna gets bored on a team building weekend and gets sidetracked into a hut in the middle of the wilds of Scotland.
Both of these stories are gloriously naughty, and Lucy's brilliant and realistic style draws you completely into the characters heads to experience everything first hand.
A must read for anyone who has ever thought about outdoor loving!" Lexie Bay
Kay Jaybee then said the following about Volume 2:
"The Great Outdoors Volume 2, the most recent episode of Lucy Felthouse's 'fresh air' erotica, gives the reader two short doses of romantic sexual fantasy.
In the first tale 'A Date to Remember' we meet Zoe on an utterly disastrous date. Bored to tears she can't wait to escape from the dull monologue of historical facts that Nick keeps throwing at her. Yet when they are caught in an impromptu storm in the park, things take an unexpected, and far more interesting turn….
'In Pursuit of Anna' dives straight in with a post-coital cuddle between Anna and the charismatic Greg. Away on business in a hotel, Anna is keen for their encounter to continue, but when she hears her friends calling her, she panics. Not wanting her colleagues to realise what she is up to (or she'll never here the last of it), so she flees from the room and hides in her own. Unhindered by pure intentions, Greg tracks his quarry down, and the couple make full steamy use of Anna's open air balcony…
Easy sexy fun, The Great Outdoors Vol 2 carries on from where its predecessor (The Great Outdoors Vol 1), left off; making even the most devoted townie want to take a lungful of fresh air." Kay Jaybee
*****
Lexie Bay also waxed lyrical about Volume 2!
"This wonderful follow up to Lucy's previous book The Great Outdoors contains two more stories based around the theme of sex outside.
I loved this book, not just because the second story continues the story of Anna from the original, but because once again I was drawn totally into the world of each of the characters. Lucy captures the realism of these every day situations and injects a huge dose of naughty, sexy smut into them. You feel as though these things could actually happen to you which for me, makes them even sexier!
The first story A Date to Remember, is not only sexy, romantic and spontaneous but it's also as hot as hell, and there's rain!
In Pursuit of Anna, picks up where we left off in the first book, takes it to the next level and leaves it open for another installment! Excellent – I can't wait for more!! Greg is seriously hot!
If you haven't read either of these, I recommend that you treat yourself to both and enjoy!" Lexie Bay
So a huge thank you to Lexie and Kay – what a lovely start to the week for me!

Six Sentence Sunday – 27/2/11
Here's a snippet from Succubus Comes Home which is to featured in the upcoming Cleis Press anthology, Dream Lover. It's due for release in May.
In fact it wasn't just his eyes that were pretty; the guy was out and out gorgeous. He was tall, six feet and then some, she guessed, with a light brown crop of hair and a smile that would send most mortal females weak at the knees. He wore tight but faded jeans and beat-up leather jacket over a white t-shirt. A sneaky glance in the direction of his feet (come on, what self-respecting girl doesn't check out a guy's footwear?) revealed a sturdy pair of Caterpillar boots. Mmm… sexy. She loved a guy that looked rough and ready for anything.

Product Review: Ann Summers Zoe Necklace Top
This going out/partywear top from Ann Summers is gorgeous, as you can see from the photo. It's a lovely colour, and best of all, it's flattering.
For girls like me, who want to hide their tummy and show off their boobs a little without going overboard, this is perfect. The material hangs loosely, hiding your lumps and bumps, whilst accentuating your cleavage.
I particularly like this top because it's flexible. You can arrange it so you're showing just a tad of cleavage, like the girl in the photo, or you can pull it further up or down, dependent on how brave you are! Naturally, you'll have to make sure you're wearing the right bra, because any lines will show through the material.
It also comes with the clip on necklace, but I wasn't too keen. Despite some serious untangling and straightening out before clipping it to the top, the gems still kept twisting when they were attached, and it just didn't look right. So I wore it without.
If you're looking for something that's not too expensive and is girly, yet smart and flattering, you can't go far wrong with this top. You can wear it with jeans, leggings (or jeggings!), trousers, skirts, etc – it's pretty versatile so as long as the colours don't clash, you'll look (and feel) amazing.
Convinced? Grab one from Ann Summers' site – currently on offer at time of writing!

Totty Tuesday – Joseph Beattie
May I introduce you all to this week's Totty Tuesday, the delightful Joseph Beattie? Now, I know many of you are sitting there going "WHO?!" – but those of you that watched the supernatural programme, Hex, on Sky a few years back will know who I mean. He played a very naughty character called Malachi.
Unfortunately, the show never took off – though I'm sure given how many similar shows are out there just now with massive followings, should they broadcast it again I'm sure it'd get much more interest. Anyhoo – cutting a long story short, the show was all supernatural beings, fallen angels, demon and the like. It was gripping, gory and times and most importantly… it was damn sexy.
Michael Fassbender fans will probably know what I'm going on about, cos he was in it too, playing this delectable young man's father. What a family *swoons* !
Anyway, I'll shut up about Hex now as chances are none of you know what I'm going on about (not sure I do any more) but you may have also seen Joseph in Mansfield Park or Brideshead Revisited… if not, you should definitely check him out, though I think his finest hour was definitely as the devilish Malachi in Hex. That show does him much more justice in his full-colour, animated glory, rather than this photo. Believe me. *nom*

Uniform Behaviour Gets a Price Cut & A New Review!
For those of you that haven't yet got your hands on a copy of Uniform Behaviour, I have good news! Amazon have dropped the price, making it much more affordable to read these deliciously dirty stories about men and women in uniform.
Check out the price reductions on Amazon UK and Amazon US.
Also, whilst I was checking out the product pages, I noticed a new review on Amazon.com from a customer which made me very happy indeed. "Kimmy E" gave it five stars and made the following comments:
"This book sizzles from beginning to end and without a doubt contains something for everyone. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. Just make sure you have a fan handy while reading, or if you live where it's cold like me, a snowbank. Stories like "Circling" by Cassandra Carr had me all hot and bothered and "Guard Mounting" had me wondering what's really going through the heads of the Queen's Guards as they stand guard outside of Buckingham Palace. Men in uniform are my weakness and this collection just proved how true that really is."
Congrats to Cassandra and Justine for the special mentions on your fab stories!

Product Review: Ann Summers Midnight Sky Underwear Set
Those lovely folks over at Ann Summers sent me some more lovely goodies to write about. I have the occasional moan at their poor PR peeps about not being able to get bras in my size – so it's very cool when they send me stuff that not only fits, but is pretty.
The Midnight Sky underwear set is no exception. This style goes up to a G cup, so us ladies who are bigger up top aren't left out! This set doesn't have the option of a thong, it's briefs only, but they're very pretty and sexy, as you can see from the photo.
My thoughts on this set were very favourable. It's very beautiful, and also comfortable. The design means that it's not suitable for wearing beneath tight tops as you'd see the ruches in the fabric. However, it's definitely OK for day or night wear – though I'm sure most ladies' partner's would prefer to see these in the bedroom – or on the floor to be more precise!
This set also comes in at a reasonable price, which you won't begrudge paying for Ann Summers quality. If you're looking for some new undies, you can't go wrong with these.

Six Sentence Sunday – 20/2/11
Here's a snippet from Bite with Height which is to be my first published story with Noble Romance, due around April. I'm very excited!
As the coppery blood filled her mouth, Meg felt like she was in heaven. She felt energy flowing into her, and as Grace bucked and trembled in ecstasy on the stone bench, she felt love. Pure and simple. She knew that Grace might take some further persuading, but Meg believed she'd found her soul mate.
Withdrawing her fangs and licking the tiny wounds to help them heal, Meg looked up at Grace, now spent and slumped against the wall, breathing heavily.
Grace returned her gaze, a lazy grin tugging the corners of her mouth, and said, "That was incredible."
