Wow! That is all I can say! I am really enjoying and appreciating everyone’s comments and tips about this lifestyle. I’ve gone back and forth with it, but after the birth of my child (1 year ago) I really started feeling bad, both emotionally and physically and I’ve been looking for a way “back to myself.” I am feeling grateful this morning as I type this because I think I’ve been guided back to THM as a real focus and mender for things in my life! I need to get serious about it, and this class is bringing alot to the forefront for me already. Thanks so much, everyone!

LOOKING AHEAD…Fresh Start !
Monday is always a good time to make a fresh start. Next Monday we’ll be starting a new class in the members area following the premier of CELEBRITY APPRENTICE !
