This phenomenon has given rise to a new challenge known as Digital Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), wherein kids feel compelled to stay constantly connected to their devices for fear of missing out on online experiences. Doesn’t this lead to negative consequences such as reduced attention spans, disrupted sleep patterns, and diminished real-world interactions? Isn’t this a concern to be addressed?
I think one simple thing can help parents, guardians, and educators to deal with the Digital Fear of Missing Out in Kids – Mindful Internet Usage OR call it Mindful Digital Engagement. Let’s see, what is it?
Understanding Digital FOMO:Digital FOMO is the anxiety-inducing feeling that one is missing out on something exciting or important happening online. It’s driven by the constant stream of notifications, updates, and virtual activities that the internet offers. Children, with their developing minds, are particularly susceptible to the lure of digital FOMO, as they are still learning to manage their emotions and impulses. This can lead to overuse of devices, neglect of real-life activities, and potential negative impacts on mental well-being.

Pieces of Her Heart: Book Review
This is the first time that I read a poetry book upon the recommendation of a close friend. And I must say, this recommendation was worth it. So, I decided to recommend this book to my readers further.
Pieces of Her Heart – A heartfelt collection of poemsPieces of Her Heart by Dimple Adwani is a cozy collection of beautifully written poems. These poems are like precious gems that can soothe your soul.
Each poem depicts a different story- that shows the difficult parts of the world we live in today. I think it’s great that the poet talks about things that we all know and can relate to. Her writing has something unique that touched my heart.
The poet has shared her thoughts and ideas in this book. It’s like she’s giving a part of herself to us. This book is really special and deserves a lot of love and support from everyone around the world.
Even though the book is not very long, it’s powerful. I took my time reading it, thinking about the words and how they make me feel. Every word is chosen very carefully, and it helps us feel strong emotions.

My thoughts about Pieces of My Heart
In my opinion, this book is an excellent collection of verses. It shows that Dimple Adwani is really good at expressing her emotions. When I read the poems, they made me think and feel about the painful realities of life. I would recommend everyone to read this book, especially if they like poetry or want to read something that makes them think and feel.
Dimple Adwani’s unique style of writing comes through in every poem. Even if someone doesn’t usually read poems, they might like this book because it helps them think about life and their own emotions.
I look forward to reading more from this thoughtful poet.

Life is a beautiful yet unpredictable journey filled with ups and downs, triumphs, and tribulations. Throughout this expedition, we are bound to encounter pain, heartache, and adversity. However, just as the sun rises after the darkest of nights, healing is an intrinsic part of the human experience. It is an ongoing process that enables us to mend our wounds, find solace within, and ultimately emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient. Healing is a journey and it holds its own significance in everyone’s life. It does present challenges yet holds a transformative power.

Who Moved My Cheese- I read this book way back in 2016. While I was decluttering the shelf of my books, this book appeared in front of me (along with some more amazing books, stay tuned for more reviews of some of the finest books ever). So, here I am with the book review of the short and sweet book by Dr. Spencer Johnson.
Who Moved My Cheese – What is It all about?Who Moved My Cheese is a renowned self-help book written by Dr. Spencer Johnson. Published in 1998, this is a short yet impactful book has gained popularity for its simple and insightful approach to dealing with change and achieving success.
The story revolves around four characters – two mice named Sniff and Scurry and two little people named Hem and Haw – who live in a maze and rely on cheese for sustenance and happiness. The cheese represents what individuals seek in life, such as success, money, love, or any other desired goal.
The central theme of the book is change and how people react to it. When the characters discover that their cheese supply is moved, they each respond differently. Sniff and Scurry, representing a straightforward and adaptive mindset, immediately venture out to find new cheese. 5 Reasons Why I Chose to Be a Homepreneur
Well, to be honest, I didn’t choose to be a homepreneur, life chose it for me. A few years ago, I had to quit my job due to a health condition. Even, after recovering to a certain degree, full-time job wasn’t an option for me. Sitting for long hours, stretching myself to meet deadlines, work pressure, and commuting to distant workplaces was not feasible.
On the other hand, Sitting idle for a person who has worked for many years was another challenge. So, what choices did I had? After much research and discussion with my family, friends and seniors, I decided to start my own home business.
Over the years, I realized that being a homepreneur isn’t a bad idea. It comes with its own set of advantages. Here’s how I got most benefited from working from home
1. Flexibility to Work on my Own ScheduleOne of the main advantages of being a homepreneur is the flexibility to work on your own schedule. You can set your own hours and work from the comfort of your home, which can be especially beneficial if you have other commitments, such as caring for children or elderly family members.
2. Cost EffectivenessRunning a business from home can be more cost-effective than renting office space or a storefront. You can save money on commuting, rent, utilities, and other expenses associated with a traditional brick-and-mortar business.
3. Better Work-life balanceBy working from home, you can often achieve a better work-life balance. You can eliminate the time and stress associated with commuting and have more time to spend with family and friends.
4. Personal fulfillmentI think, this one is most important of all – Personal Fulfilment. Starting a business from home can be an excellent way to pursue your passions and do work that you find personally fulfilling. You have the freedom to choose the type of work you do, and can tailor your business to your interests and skills.
5. Level of AutonomyAs a homepreneur, you are your own boss. You have complete control over your business, from the products or services you offer to how you market and sell them. This level of autonomy can be empowering and rewarding.
