CARE to Win by Alex Draper: Lead with Heart, Inspire with Purpose
Leadership books are everywhere, but CARE to Win: The Four Leadership Habits to Build High-Performing Teams by Alex Draper stands out in the crowd. This isn’t just another guide filled with buzzwords and corporate jargon. Instead, it’s a deeply personal, practical, and transformative manual on how to become the kind of leader people respect, trust, and want to follow. Draper takes a refreshing approach to leadership by placing people at the center of success. His philosophy is simple yet profound: when you CARE for your team, they will care back, and together, you’ll achieve remarkable results.
What makes this book so engaging is Draper’s vulnerability. He openly shares his past struggles and leadership missteps, making his lessons relatable and genuine. This isn’t a book written by someone sitting on a pedestal; it’s written by someone who’s walked the path, made mistakes, and learned from them. From the first chapter, Draper invites readers to join him on a journey of reflection, growth, and change.
What Is CARE to Win All About?
At the heart of the book is the CARE Equation: Clarity, Autonomy, Relationships, and Equity. Draper uses these four pillars to build a framework for leadership that prioritizes psychological safety and fosters high performance. Each component of the CARE Equation is carefully dissected:
Clarity: Draper emphasizes the importance of clear communication and setting expectations. He points out that ambiguity leads to confusion and frustration, while clarity aligns teams and inspires confidence.Autonomy: This is about trusting your team and empowering them to take ownership of their work. Draper critiques the pitfalls of micromanagement, reminding leaders that true creativity and innovation thrive in an environment of trust and freedom.Relationships: Draper stresses the importance of connecting with team members on a human level. A leader who invests in building strong relationships earns loyalty and trust, which are invaluable for team cohesion and success.Equity: Finally, Draper distinguishes between equity and equality, emphasizing the need to allocate resources and attention based on individual needs rather than treating everyone the same. Equity fosters a sense of fairness and inclusion, which is critical for team morale. Each chapter is packed with real-life examples (playfully called “Alexamples”), research-backed insights, and practical tools. Draper doesn’t just tell you what to do—he shows you how to do it. From understanding biases that hinder leadership to creating a culture of psychological safety, CARE to Win is both a playbook and a mindset shift.
My ThoughtsI found CARE to Win incredibly engaging and thought-provoking. Draper’s conversational tone and use of humor make the book a joy to read, even as it tackles serious topics. His transparency about his own leadership journey makes the content relatable, especially for those of us who’ve faced similar struggles in trying to lead effectively.
The section on autonomy resonated with me the most. Draper’s advice to “trust your team” sounds simple but is surprisingly challenging in practice. His examples of leaders who micromanage, often with the best intentions, highlight how this behavior can stifle creativity and lower morale. Reading this, I reflected on times I’ve experienced—or even contributed to—overmanagement and realized the importance of fostering trust in the workplace.
I also appreciated the chapter on relationships, where Draper emphasizes connecting with people on a human level. In a world increasingly focused on metrics and performance, this reminder felt timely and important. Draper’s belief that people work best when they feel valued and safe to speak up aligns with my own experiences and values.
What sets this book apart is how actionable it is. Draper doesn’t just offer theories; he provides tools, questions, and exercises that readers can apply immediately. His focus on psychological safety—creating an environment where people feel secure enough to be authentic and share ideas—is a standout theme that makes this book relevant for leaders at all levels.
I personally recommend this book to everyone- You can find the book on Amazon.

Alex Draper is a seasoned leadership coach and the founder of DX Learning. With over two decades of experience training leaders across the globe, Draper has honed a unique approach to leadership that combines empathy, practicality, and a deep understanding of human behavior. His journey from struggling with his own leadership flaws to building a successful company is inspiring and serves as the foundation for this book.
Draper’s writing reflects his passion for transforming workplaces into environments where people thrive. His CARE Equation isn’t just a framework; it’s a reflection of his core belief that leadership is about serving others. Draper’s blend of humility, humor, and insight makes him not just a teacher but also a relatable guide for anyone on their own leadership journey.

Gratitude: A Bridge Between Pain and Peace
Life has a way of testing us, often pushing us to the edge of our emotional and physical limits. I was in the same situation when practising gratitude (literally practising), appeared to me as a ray of light at the end of the tunnel. I read a powerful book- The Magic by Rhonda Byrne and the Magic actually began. We all say Thank you to someone or the other throughout the day, then what is the meaning of practising gratitude. Does this make sense? Yes! It does.
In moments of overwhelming pain, gratitude can feel like an unattainable concept—a luxury for those who aren’t struggling. But gratitude isn’t about ignoring hardship or pretending life is perfect. It’s a conscious choice to shift our focus, a powerful tool that can transform how we experience even the toughest times.
Gratitude isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s the bridge that carries us from despair to hope, from pain to peace. By practicing gratitude, we don’t diminish the challenges we face—we redefine how we approach them.
Why Gratitude Matters?Gratitude is more than just saying “thank you.” It’s about cultivating a mindset that appreciates life’s blessings, even during hardships. Here’s why gratitude is so important:
It Shifts Your PerspectivePain often narrows your focus, making it hard to see beyond your struggles. Gratitude broadens your perspective, helping you recognize the good that still exists, even in the darkest moments. It Rewires Your Brain
Studies have shown that gratitude activates areas of the brain linked to happiness and reduces stress. Regular gratitude practices release dopamine and serotonin, the neurotransmitters responsible for feelings of joy and contentment. It Builds Emotional Resilience
Gratitude acts as an anchor during tough times. By focusing on what you have rather than what you’ve lost, you cultivate the strength to persevere. It Improves Relationships
Expressing gratitude strengthens your connections with others. Whether it’s a kind word to a partner or a heartfelt “thank you” to a friend, gratitude fosters trust and deepens bonds. How to Practice Gratitude Daily?
Building a gratitude practice doesn’t require significant time—just intentionality. Here are six actionable ways to bring gratitude into your daily life:
1. Keep a Gratitude JournalEach day, write down three things you’re grateful for. They can be as simple as a delicious meal or as profound as a meaningful conversation. This habit helps you focus on positivity and trains your mind to seek out the good in life.
Learn how to start journaling.
2. Practice Gratitude During Hard TimesWhen life feels overwhelming, pause and ask:
What lesson can I learn from this? What do I still have to appreciate?Reframing your struggles with gratitude can provide clarity and strength.
3. Create a Daily Gratitude RitualIncorporate gratitude into your morning or evening routine. Whether it’s during your morning coffee or right before bed, reflecting on your blessings helps anchor your day in positivity.
4. Share Gratitude with OthersExpressing gratitude deepens your connections. Write a letter to someone who has positively impacted your life or simply tell someone why you appreciate them. Gratitude is contagious, and spreading it can create a ripple effect.
5. Embrace Mindful GratitudePause to savor life’s little moments, like the warmth of the sun, the laughter of a child, or the taste of your favorite meal. Mindful gratitude amplifies your awareness of life’s beauty.
6. Reflect Before BedBefore falling asleep, mentally list three things that went well that day. This practice helps you end the day with a positive mindset and sets the tone for tomorrow.
Overcoming Barriers to GratitudePracticing gratitude isn’t always easy, especially during difficult times. Here’s how to overcome common challenges:
When Gratitude Feels ForcedStart small. Focus on one tiny thing—a smile, a good meal, or even the ability to breathe deeply. When Negativity Creeps In
Counter negative thoughts with gratitude affirmations. For example, replace “I’m overwhelmed by work” with “I’m grateful for opportunities to grow.”When Life Feels Overwhelming
Acknowledge your feelings, but also remind yourself that gratitude can coexist with grief and struggle. It’s not about ignoring the pain but finding light amidst the darkness.Gratitude: The Bridge Between Pain and Peace
Gratitude doesn’t erase hardship, but it transforms how we carry it. It helps us find meaning in our struggles and strength in our challenges. By practicing gratitude, we build a bridge to peace, hope, and emotional resilience.
Take the first step today. Pause, reflect, and find one thing—just one—to be grateful for. That small act of gratitude can start a ripple effect, transforming your perspective and, ultimately, your life.

Aii Methodology Book Review: A Practical Guide to Mastering AI Integration
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate, but integrating it effectively can be a daunting challenge. I recently read a book – Aii Methodology: Artificial Intelligence Integration and Deployment Methodology by J.B. Richard and Genevieve Billette. In this book, the authors provide a clear, step-by-step guide to navigating this complex process. From understanding AI fundamentals to building ethical and successful strategies, this book equips readers with the tools they need to harness the power of AI confidently and responsibly.
What Does This Book Offer to the Readers? The book is structured into three clear sections, making it easy to follow even if you’re not an AI expert. The first section lays the groundwork by explaining AI fundamentals. It introduces key concepts and terms while discussing how AI is transforming businesses and industries. I appreciated how the authors simplified complex ideas like generative AI and deep learning, making them accessible even to someone with a basic understanding of technology.
The second section, which focuses on the Aii Methodology itself, is the heart of the book. It walks readers through every step of integrating AI, from assessing opportunities to continuous improvement. What stood out to me was the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. The book compares the process to the discipline and unity of sailors following the command “aye, aye,” symbolizing dedication and cohesion. This analogy made the methodology feel grounded and relatable.

The authors also highlight the importance of planning and governance in AI projects. They detail how to choose the right technology, create a roadmap, and ensure ethical deployment. These practical insights are invaluable for anyone managing AI projects or leading a team.
The third section dives into considerations for organizations adopting AI. Topics like organizational culture, ethics, and long-term strategies are explored in depth. The inclusion of frameworks like ISO 42001 and discussions about global regulations show the authors’ commitment to responsible AI deployment.
My Thoughts About the BookOne thing I particularly liked was the focus on people. The authors stress the value of human talent, soft skills, and user-centric design in the age of AI. This reminded me that successful AI integration is as much about humans as it is about technology.
However, the book can feel dense at times, especially when discussing technical details. While the information is comprehensive, a bit more visual content or real-world case studies could have made the concepts even more engaging.
Aii Methodology is an enlightening and practical read for professionals, business leaders, and AI enthusiasts. Whether you’re starting your AI journey or looking to refine your strategies, this book offers a roadmap that’s both inspiring and actionable. Its message of unity, responsibility, and innovation resonates well in today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape. This resourceful book is available on Amazon for purchase.

J.B. Richard and Genevieve Billette bring their deep AI and business strategy expertise to this work. Their passion for innovation and collaboration is evident on every page. Through clear guidance and thoughtful analogies, they empower readers to embrace the challenges of AI integration with confidence and foresight. Find out more about them on their website Mirabilis.ai.
This year I got the chance to read several books from different genres. Check out my thoughts about those books in Book Review section. Maybe you’ll find your next read.

How to Spell AI- A Simple Guide to Mastering AI
When I first heard about AI, it sounded complicated and reserved for tech experts. I’ve used tools like ChatGPT or Siri, but I never fully understood how they worked or how they could help me in my daily life. But Steve Lockeland’s How to Spell AI changed that for me. The book is an easy-to-read guide that breaks down the basics of artificial intelligence and shows how it’s becoming a part of our daily lives. From tools like ChatGPT to AI assistants like Microsoft Copilot, Lockeland explains how these technologies work and how we can use them to make life simpler and more productive. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just curious about AI, this book is a perfect place to start.
What is Inside the Book?
The book begins by showing how AI is shaping the world, comparing it to life-changing inventions like the internet and smartphones. Lockeland introduces tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, explaining how they help with everyday tasks like writing emails, managing schedules, or analyzing data.
He simplifies technical terms like “large language models” and “natural language processing” so that anyone can understand them. Each chapter dives into practical uses of AI, from improving healthcare with personalized treatments to making businesses more efficient. The book also discusses the ethical side of AI, addressing concerns like job automation and biased data. Lockeland frames AI as a tool that, when used responsibly, can benefit everyone.
My ThoughtsI found How to Spell AI incredibly approachable and encouraging. Lockeland has a way of making you feel excited about the possibilities of AI instead of being intimidated. The examples he gives, like AI helping with repetitive tasks or even aiding in drug discovery, are inspiring and practical. I also appreciated his focus on empowering readers to embrace AI as a way to grow, both personally and professionally.
What stood out most was how the book emphasizes that AI isn’t here to replace us—it’s here to help us. Lockeland shows that understanding AI can make you a more valuable employee and help you work smarter, not harder. By the end, I felt confident about using tools like ChatGPT and even excited to explore new AI technologies in my daily life.
In the era, when everything is taken over by AI, I personally think, everyone needs to understand how it works and can make our lives better and easier. If you want to make yourself comfortable with using AI then this book is for you. You can get your copy on Amazon.

Steve Lockeland is a seasoned technologist with over three decades of experience in AI, data management, and analytics. His insights come from witnessing the rise of transformational technologies firsthand. Lockeland’s passion for making complex ideas simple shines through in this book. He acts like a mentor, guiding readers through the basics of AI while sharing practical advice for leveraging it in everyday life.
How to Spell AI is a reflection of his mission: to make AI accessible to everyone and empower readers to embrace the future with confidence.

Sell More With Webinars – A Game-Changing Guide to Connecting, Engaging, and Growing Your Audience
When I first picked up Sell More With Webinars by Stefan Ciancio and Philip Schaffer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Webinars always seemed like something reserved for tech gurus or big businesses with massive marketing budgets. But this book completely changed my perspective. It’s not just a guide—it’s a game plan for anyone looking to share their message, build an engaged audience, and even scale a business, regardless of the niche.
More About Sell More With WebinarsWhat I loved most was how practical and approachable the content is. The authors don’t just talk about theories—they share real stories, actionable strategies, and step-by-step processes that feel achievable, even if you’re starting from scratch. Their personal journeys—going from unfulfilling 9-to-5 jobs to running successful webinar-driven businesses—add authenticity and made me believe that webinars are possible for anyone willing to learn.
The core of the book is built around a powerful four-step framework: craft your story, present your unique solution (they call it the “vehicle”), handle objections, and create an irresistible offer. This framework isn’t just for product launches—it’s about connecting with people, offering value, and creating trust. Even if you’re not selling something directly, you’ll learn how to position your message in a way that makes people want to listen, engage, and take action.

What stood out was the emphasis on storytelling. The authors explain how personal stories build trust and turn audiences into loyal followers. As someone who loves connecting through words, this resonated deeply. They break down how to craft a story that not only inspires but also builds credibility—something I can see working across blogs, books, courses, or even reader Q&A sessions.
I also appreciated how they tackled common fears head-on. Afraid of public speaking? Don’t be. The authors argue that imperfection is actually an advantage—people connect with authenticity, not a perfectly rehearsed presentation. Worried about tech issues? They break down tools that simplify the entire process, making webinars easier than I ever thought possible.
Another eye-opener was their section on automation. I’d always assumed webinars meant showing up live over and over again, but the authors reveal how you can set up automated webinars that run on autopilot. Imagine creating one great presentation and letting it work for you 24/7—such a brilliant concept for anyone juggling multiple projects or creative pursuits.

What makes Sell More With Webinars truly valuable is its practicality. Every chapter comes with detailed action steps, templates, and even free resources available at GetWebinarKit.com. They leave no stone unturned, from crafting the perfect webinar pitch to overcoming objections and closing sales.
By the time I finished the book, I felt genuinely excited about the possibilities. Whether you’re selling a product, promoting a book, building a personal brand, or sharing your expertise, this book offers a roadmap for creating meaningful connections that translate into real results.
If you’re ready to expand your reach, build trust with your audience, and explore new ways to share your message, Sell More With Webinars is a must-read. It’s not just about webinars—it’s about mastering the art of communicating, connecting, and growing in today’s digital world. Highly recommended!

The Unschooler’s Educational Dictionary- A Witty Guide to Rethinking Education
When I first picked up The Unschooler’s Educational Dictionary by Jonas Koblin, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be a refreshing, witty, and thought-provoking exploration of education that challenges many traditional norms. Divided into two parts, this book combines humor, critique, and practical insights.
What is The Unschooler’s Educational Dictionary All About? The first part, “A Truant’s Encyclopedia,” is a satirical take on the educational system. Written like a dictionary, it offers witty definitions of terms and concepts related to schooling. Koblin doesn’t hold back on his criticism of standardized tests, outdated teaching methods, and systemic issues like inequality and rigid curriculums. For example, entries like “12 MINUTES” sarcastically describe the average attention span of students, while “ACTIVE LEARNING” highlights the stark contrast between engaging learning techniques and passive classroom environments. The humor is sharp, but it’s also a reminder of the serious flaws in the system that many of us take for granted.
The second part, “Guide to Alternative Education,” introduces various educational models, from homeschooling and unschooling to Montessori and Waldorf schools. Koblin shares his belief that education should be tailored to each child’s needs and individuality. He discusses the pros and cons of these approaches without pushing a one-size-fits-all solution, making this section incredibly useful for parents and educators exploring alternative paths.

One of the things I loved about this book is its relatability. Koblin’s personal anecdotes about dropping out of high school, working odd jobs, and eventually becoming an educator add depth to his arguments. His journey shows how non-traditional paths can lead to success and fulfillment. I also appreciated how the book includes QR codes linking to additional resources, encouraging readers to explore topics further.
My ThoughtsThe writing style is engaging and accessible. Even though the book tackles serious issues, it’s written in a lighthearted tone that makes it an easy read. The illustrations and layout add to its charm, making it visually appealing as well.
If there’s one critique, it’s that the satirical tone might not appeal to everyone. Some readers may find it too blunt or dismissive of traditional education. However, I think this bold approach is what makes the book stand out.
The Unschooler’s Educational Dictionary is a must-read for anyone interested in education—whether you’re a parent, teacher, or just curious about alternative ways of learning. It’s a book that makes you laugh, think, and question, all at the same time. I came away inspired to look at education from a new perspective and to consider how we can create a system that truly serves every child. Pick up your copy on Amazon.

Jonas Koblin, the author of The Unschooler’s Educational Dictionary, has led an extraordinary life that combines personal exploration, entrepreneurship, and a passion for education. Born in Munich, Germany, and educated at a Waldorf school, Koblin’s journey took him from dropping out at fifteen to founding nonprofits and successful businesses. He is best known for creating Sprouts, a platform offering engaging, open-access educational videos in multiple languages, reaching millions of students worldwide. His work on Active Learning with Nobel laureate Carl Wieman and his commitment to innovative education through initiatives like Sprouts Kindergarten highlight his dedication to transforming learning. Koblin lives in Bangkok with his wife and three children, continuing to inspire with his creative approach to education. Find out more about Jonas and his venture Sprouts.

5 Simple and Positive Things We Can Do to Start This Year Right
Ahh… Finally 2024 has come to an end.
Some of us thrived – Some just survived!
Nevertheless, we all made it!
To be honest, this year has been a roller coaster ride for me. Full of ups and downs, twists and turns, and moments of exhilaration and fear. It was a mix of thrill and anxiety. However , the journey becomes meaningful and enjoyable when you embrace the ride, trusting the track and savoring each moment. As we step into a new year, there’s an undeniable sense of hope in the air. It feels like a fresh start—a chance to shake off the challenges of the past and step into a brighter chapter. But instead of overwhelming ourselves with rigid resolutions, why not focus on small, positive changes that bring more joy, peace, and meaning to our lives?
Here are five simple yet powerful ways to begin the year on a positive note.

Laughter truly is the best medicine. It lifts our mood, strengthens relationships, and even boosts our physical health. But how often do we let ourselves laugh freely?
This year, I’ve decided to seek out moments that make me laugh—whether it’s watching a funny movie, playing silly games with loved ones, or just laughing at my own mistakes. Life is too short to take everything so seriously. I encourage you to find humor in the everyday moments. Let’s laugh more, stress less, and embrace the joy that laughter brings.
2. Take Small Steps Toward Big GoalsWe often dive into the year with lofty resolutions, only to feel defeated when we can’t keep up. But here’s the secret: small steps are the key to big changes.
Instead of overwhelming myself with huge to-do lists, I’m focusing on one small thing at a time. For example, if you want to exercise more, start with a five-minute walk each day. If you want to read more, commit to just one page a day. These small actions build momentum, and before you know it, you’ll be much closer to your goal.
Let’s trade perfection for progress this year and celebrate every little step forward.
3. Declutter Your Life—Inside and OutA cluttered space often leads to a cluttered mind. This year, I’m starting with a fresh slate by decluttering my home, my schedule, and even my thoughts.
Physically, it might mean clearing out a drawer or reorganizing a closet. Emotionally, it could mean letting go of old grudges or unhealthy habits. Decluttering creates space for what truly matters—peace, creativity, and freedom.
If this resonates with you, pick one area of your life that feels cluttered and take small, intentional steps to tidy it up. You’ll feel lighter and more in control as you move into the year ahead.

One thing I’ve learned is that time is the most precious gift we can give. This year, I’m making an effort to connect more deeply with the people I care about.
It doesn’t have to be extravagant—sometimes, a simple phone call, a shared meal, or a heartfelt conversation is enough. Prioritize the people who uplift and inspire you. Let go of toxic relationships and focus on building meaningful connections.
Life is richer when we surround ourselves with love, kindness, and understanding.
5. Start and End the Day with GratitudeOne of the simplest yet most powerful ways to cultivate a positive mindset is through gratitude. It’s easy to get caught up in what’s going wrong or what we don’t have, but shifting our focus to what we do have can change everything.
We can make it a habit to begin and end each day with gratitude. In the morning, I take a moment to appreciate something I’m looking forward to or something good in my life. At night, I reflect on three positive things that happened during the day—big or small.
It could be as simple as enjoying a peaceful cup of tea, receiving a kind message, or finishing a task I’d been putting off. This practice helps me stay grounded and reminds me that even on challenging days, there’s always something to be thankful for.
Why not try it for yourself? You might be surprised at how this small daily ritual can brighten your outlook and bring more positivity into your life.

As we begin this year, let’s focus on adding more joy, simplicity, and connection to our lives. We all have goals (most of us, if not all) to work on, but let’s not forget to live a few moments in the midst of all the chaos.
Remember, it’s not about being perfect or achieving everything at once. It’s about making small, meaningful changes that bring more positivity into our days.
What’s one positive thing you’ll do to start the year right? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Let’s make this year one filled with growth, happiness, and love.
If you found this post helpful, don’t forget to share it with someone who might need a little positivity to start their year.

The Wright Leader: Not Just Any Leader – A Worth Reading Book by Dr. Nathan C. Wright
As I read The Wright Leader: Not Just Any Leader by Dr. Nathan C. Wright, I found myself diving into a deep and practical exploration of what it truly takes to lead effectively. This book isn’t about flashy theories or cookie-cutter advice; it’s rooted in real-life experiences, detailed analysis, and actionable insights. Dr. Wright draws from his decades of leadership in the military, corporate roles, and academic research, giving the book a unique and credible perspective.
What is “The Wright Leader” all about?
One of the key themes in the book is the distinction between transactional and transformational leadership. Dr. Wright carefully explains why transactional leadership—focusing only on rewards and punishments—is not enough to drive meaningful change. Instead, he advocates for transformational leadership, which motivates teams by inspiring them, fostering innovation, and addressing their individual needs. His storytelling brings these concepts to life, from his time as a recruiter in the Navy to his corporate successes, where he applied these principles with outstanding results.
Dr. Wright also challenges the traditional approach to leadership training, pointing out its flaws and calling for a shift toward leadership development. He argues that true leaders are not created through lectures or rigid models but through mentoring, real-world experiences, and coaching tailored to individual needs. I appreciated his use of examples, such as the Navy’s training versus real-life mentorship, to make his points relatable and impactful.
One of the most striking parts of the book is the focus on ownership leadership. Dr. Wright believes great leaders take full responsibility for their roles and create an environment where others do the same. He integrates this philosophy seamlessly with transformational, authentic, and strategic leadership to present a well-rounded framework. His actionable advice, such as how to nurture team members’ strengths and align their goals with organizational objectives, is both practical and inspiring.
My Thoughts About the BookThe Wright Leader is a powerful resource for anyone serious about becoming an effective and transformative leader. It’s a call to action for leaders to move beyond surface-level training and invest in authentic development.
While the book is rich in content, it does require careful attention due to the depth of its insights. Some sections, particularly those diving into academic research, may feel a bit dense, but they add credibility and reinforce the book’s practical advice.
If you are serious about becoming a transformative leader, then the book is a “must-read” book for you. Grab your copy on Amazon.

Dr. Nathan C. Wright brings more than four decades of leadership experience to this book. From his early days as an electrician in the Navy to his role as a business owner and consultant, he has lived through leadership challenges at every level. He holds advanced degrees, including a doctorate in organizational effectiveness and leadership, and has developed a trademarked approach called Wright Leadership®. Dr. Wright’s hands-on experience and academic rigor make him a standout voice in the field of leadership development. Know more about Dr. Nathan C. Wright on his website https://tps-solutions.com.
