If you like art, writing, or just free stuff like a specially wrapped and signed ARC, Hot Topic gift card, iTunes gift card, bookstore gift card, t-shirt, Victorian Gothic jewelry, loads of other stuff and, to top it all off, candyyyyyyy, you need to mosey on over and check it out.
And that, my sweets, concludes my blogging at this site.
Please please, PLEASE continue to follow my progress over at www.michellezink.com. I know it doesn't show

Let the Countdown Begin...
Pictures of the 2009 Teen Author Carnival are posted on my site at www.michellezink.com. I had SO much fun!
This is one of my LAST posts on this site. June bring my first BIG contest for a VERY big nice swag bag, but details will only be posted at www.michellezink.com, as will all posts after June 1st, so please bookmark the other site.
I'd hate to lose you along the way just when things are getting good.

Trailer Stills!!!!
I know it's hard to get used to the new www.michellezink.com web address, so I'm going to help you guys out and tell you there are some AMAZING pictures there of the photos shoot Vania of Reverie Book Reviews conducted yesterday for the Prophecy of the Sisters book trailer she's filming.
They are worth the detour, I promise!

A Chair, A Fireplace & A Tea Cozy
So now that we're getting closer to the release date for Prophecy, I'm going to start linking to reviews.
And yeah. I know my counter says 71 Days, but that's set to August 1st which is the OFFICIAL release date. The whole release date thing is a bit of an enigma, really. Here's how it works; the publisher sets an official release date, but the book actually starts shipping about a month before that date. Stores can put the book on the shelf at any point after receiving the shipment, unless it's

Misc. Monday + Music
So, I'm sorry.
There. I said it.
I know I didn't blog last week after Monday's post, and I missed you guys. I really did. But I think I'm finally starting to get the whole author vs. writer conflict that I once heard someone mention (Melissa Marr, maybe? I don't know, but if it wasn't her, take this opportunity to check out her site anyway. I LOVE her work!). Yanno, a writer is someone who writes but an author has to promote, market, etc, etc....
Last week everything kind of exploded for me. I sud

Music Monday - U2
As a teenager of the 80s, I'm always horrified how many people haven't heard of U2.
U2? The greatest band of all time?
Seriously, just based on their body of work alone and the sheer awesomeness of said body of work, U2 deserves the title.
Say it with me;
U2 is the Best Band of All Time.
Here's one of my favorites (impossible to pick just one);
Oh, and for the record, I reserve the right to use U2 in future Music Mondays.
Just sayin'.
Happy listening![image error]

Under the Radar: The Society of S
I just realized that I completely forgot my Under the Radar Post this Week.
In the words of Homer Simpson; D'oh!
And I can't believe I forgot, because I have a good one, too. It's not YA, technically, though the MC is a female teenager. It's a supernatural thriller that I found, of all places, in the Bargain Bin at Borders.
Now, let me just say that I have learned from experience that trolling the BB is an endeavor fraught with peril and uncertainty. In all the years I've spent in pursuit of Bargai
