As if we were born

Twin flames

Can’t be together

Can’t stay apart

Love continues burning

Both our hearts

A childish couple

Teasing each other

Playing silly games

We both are losers

Never learning

From our mistakes

We fight and neither of us

Wins the battle

Nor agrees to surrender

So we end up

In separation when

We both are hurting

But pretend

It doesn’t matter

We both are suffering

But stubbornness

Makes us lie

Saying we were

Never better

Till one day again

We long for one another

Reach for each other

Return together

Start all over again

With new burning flames

And more silly games

The dew drops

At dawn

The luckiest woman

On the earth

The queen of the world

Crying On The Ashes

One day, years ago

You promised me that

You would be faithful me to

But you betrayed me

You promised me that

You would always remember me

But you forgot me

I lived after you

Hiding my tears

Suppressing my groans

And one day, I gathered

All the things that

Reminded me of you

And set them on fire

Then I sat crying on the ashes

My heart burning with regret

For the memories that

The flames burned

And I felt angry at myself which

Has not gotten over you

Despite the passage of time

World Kindness Day

Happy World Kindness Day!

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” (Leo F. Buscaglia)

Today I discovered that there’s a World Kindness Day that is celebrated globally and annually on November 13th, so I wish you all a Happy World Kindness Day!.

In my point of view, spreading kindness is exactly what the world needs today, many people are in extreme need of help, so let’s celebrate, if you can do any act of kindness in your surroundings or further than that, don’t hesitate, one day you will reap its fruit, as the saying goes, what goes around, comes around!.

Your head near my heart

You would have heard music

Not an ordinary heartbeat

If you would have embraced

My heart between your palms

You might have burned

Your hands from the heat

If you would have looked

Deeply into my eyes

You would have discovered

A passion you have never seen

I would have taken you

To magical worlds

Where you have never been

But you walked away

Took another path

You chose another apple’s half

And broke my heart
