‘Stormy Weather.’
So, no spoilers yet for THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER?
Surprising. Usually there’s a lot more by now. I mean, THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER is coming out in six days, which is plenty of time for stuff to come out. Then again, they managed to keep things largely under wraps for the last Dr. Strange movie until it actually came out, so maybe Marvel’s just better at keeping secrets when Tom Holland isn’t in the movie.
Not that it matters. I’m going to the next Thor movie as soon as I can. No arguments, no delays, do not pass Go, do not collect $200. It promises to be gloriously stupid, in the way that I like.
The PRINCESS Hulu trailer.
I dunno. On the one hand, I’m guessing that whatever ostensible message THE PRINCESS has is probably going to be highly annoying. On the other hand, there’s just something about a red-haired girl with a sword, covered in (mostly) somebody else’s blood. Judging from the trailer: a lot of somebodies, really.
And, on the gripping hand: since this is direct-to-Hulu, and Disney owns Hulu, does this make her a Disney princess? — Because that would be funny.

Setting more of the scene!

He looked down at her calling card. The visible information on it was almost as blandly uninformative as the data on the tiny chip on its bottom right corner: Major Alexandra Spencer, Directorate of Military Intelligence. There wasn’t even a phone or email address. He looked back up at her, giving her what Jim hoped was a bland smile. “So, how can the Infrastructure Repair Office help the DMI today?”
“IR? Not that much. But Sir James Adams, hero of the Bristol Drop and stalwart paladin of the Windsor Restoration?” She leaned forward. “Him we could use, rather badly.”
“That was two years ago, Major Spencer,” Jim said after a moment. “I’ve been behind a desk since the Coronation Jubilee.”
“Indeed you have, Sir James. Are you bored of it yet?”
Jim found that a difficult question, since the answer to that was ‘yes.’ “Infrastructure Repair’s what I asked for, Major. Something civilian, something sensible, something that needed doing. I get up in the morning, go to work, and do my job, and every week a little bit more of the country starts doing the same thing. Derring-do and desperate adventures are for the young. Haven’t you heard? They make you late for dinner.”
Book of the Week: Resolute (The Lost Fleet: Outlands Book 2).
Resolute (The Lost Fleet: Outlands Book 2)? Meh. Just another goram spectacular Jack Campbell Lost Fleet novel.
PS: JUSTICE FOR ENSIGN DUCK.

GURPS stuff on Bundle of Holding.
GURPS 4E Essentials, GURPS 4E Fantasy, and GURPS 4E Space. I can recommend the game line: I have all of the stuff available in print, of course, and most of the PDF-only materials. Even at forty bucks for the extended deal it’s good value for the money. You’ve got a few weeks to acquire them, although the extended deal price will only go up…
