G B Ralph author interview in the Manawatū Standard (print edition)
It’s me! In the paper!

If you want to find out more about the books, or explore Milverton for yourself, you are most welcome. In fact, I insist!

Manawatū Standard author interview: G B Ralph
I recently caught up with Manawatū Standard journalist George Heagney and photographer Warwick Smith for coffee.
We had a great time talking about books, writing, publishing, The Milverton Mysteries, worldbuilding, international readers, cosy mysteries, Agatha Christie, Richard Osman, my upcoming book launch, and all the rest.

Ashhurst Village Voice book review: Murder on Milverton Square
Ashhurst is a town with a population of about 3,500 residents, located just ten minutes’ drive up the road from me. Unfortunately, Ashhurst had to go, so I wiped the town from the map. But why? To make way for my fictional town of Milverton! I couldn’t have two small towns just across the river from each other, right?
I like to think of Milverton as the greatest hits of small-town Manawatū, Tararua, and Wairarapa – borrowing the best bits from each and mixing them all together into something ...

Book launch: Death in Douglas Glade

Would you believe it’s been four weeks since the ebook release of Death in Douglas Glade? Now it’s time to launch the paperback i.e. a real, physical, hold-in-your-hands, flip-through-the-pages book!
How exciting is this? For the previous books, we’ve had friends over to the house for dinner and drinks to celebrate publication, but have never done something so public. However, with much enthusiasm and encouragement from the teams at Bruce McKenzie Booksellers and Palmerston North City Lib...
