Nine of Swords (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day

“Stand up to your inner-saboteur.”

Nine of Swords (Upright) | Tarot Card

The Nine of Swords has been called the “worst card in the deck;” it represents a time of anxiety or deep worry.

Although the imagery isn’t as jolting as some of the other cards, it is called the “worst” because it represents the potential of mental shadows to attack you from within. Fear, shame, guilt, feeling utterly alone...these are all tools our inner-shadow uses to sabotage us. The brighter the light you shine, the greater the shadow you cast. Sensitive, kind, and creative people who bring light into the world must be especially strong when facing their shadows. Inner shadows are like nightmares, they are scary, but they don't really exist. You are stronger than your inner saboteur, but you must stand up to it when it tries to overtake your mind.

The Nine of Swords invites a confrontation with our fears, not a surrender to them. It urges self-compassion and self-awareness, recognizing that our thoughts can become our worst enemies if we let them. Often, the things we fear the most are mere creations of our mind, lacking substance or power over us. By shining a light on these shadows, understanding their origin, and challenging their validity, we can disempower them. This card calls for courage, resilience, and an unwavering belief in our own strength and goodness. It's a reminder that our fears do not define us, and that we have the power to overcome even our darkest thoughts. Acknowledge your fears, face them with wisdom and grace, and let the process of healing and empowerment begin.

Nine of Swords (Upright) 🗡️😨 | Tarot Card of the Day | Aug 9: Face your inner shadows and stand up to your inner saboteur.

YouTube video for the Nine of Swords (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day by Elliot Oracle

Have you ever encountered your inner-saboteur?

Have people ever told you that you are a talented, amazing person…. and yet you can't believe it? Have you been letting your shadow sabotage you, and thwart what you think is possible for your future?

The man on the card just can't sleep. His mind has been overthrown by shadow thinking. He's in the dark, the realm of anxiety. His mind has been racing all night cycling from fear about the future, to guilt about his past, to self-loathing for not having control in the present. His inner-saboteur is holding him hostage, making him forget his light and how valuable he is.

Look closely at the paneling on the bed. He is submitting to his attacking inner-saboteur. But even now there is still hope. He just can't see it now because he is covering his eyes. Look at his quilt.

Blankets are shields. They can comfort us and remind us that we are actually safe. His blanket is covered with roses. The roses symbolize that he is still vital, and still has a wonderful life ahead of him, despite what the shadow tells him. His quilt is also covered with the signs of the zodiac, the star patterns of the Universe. This symbolizes that he can free himself from fear if he remembers to view himself in the context of Spirit. The man pictured here is actually a thread in a greater universal tapestry. He is a vital part of a bigger (Universal) plan. To escape the fear, he must view himself from a higher, universal perspective. This card reminds you that you do deserve to live and thrive, but you must know yourself and see the truth of your light that exists beyond your shadow.

Everyone is given a security blanket when they're born. It's also the first thing they pass out to aid in disaster relief. Hold onto the knowledge that you are not alone and are a vital part of a greater design. You wouldn't exist if there weren't something important that you were here to do. Life is school for the soul. You are not garbage and never will be.

Affirm your value to yourself and the shadow will lose all power.

The inner-saboteur is like anything, it wants to survive and continue to exist. The more you affirm it with self-loathing, guilt, shame and fear, the more it thrives. Turn off the spigot and transfer your attention to loving yourself and respecting how far you've come.

Today stand up to shadow thinking. When your inner-saboteur says you can't do something, you do it anyway. When it says you should feel like crap, do something good for someone. If it seizes you in the shadows, light a candle and go to a mirror. Remind yourself that you are luminous, loving, and have a life’s purpose that doesn't include shooting yourself in the foot.

If you periodically struggle with shadows, it's just proof that your spirit radiates a unique and luminous light.

The Emperor (Reversed) | Tarot Card of the Day

“Take charge, confront fears, and reinforce what's unstable.”

The Emperor (Reversed) | Tarot Card

If the Emperor appears reversed, he may be asking you to identify what feels unstable in your realm at this time.

Often this instability results from procrastination on pressing matters that require confrontation. Sometimes this card alerts you to embodying too much passive "Empress energy." Confrontation can seem like an uncomfortable concept. It brings to mind a messy conflict, or a period of discomfort. In truth, avoiding and procrastinating lead to a perpetual sense of inner conflict and anxiety that is much more difficult to exist with. Confronting issues or projects that have been avoided will revitalize you and restore your sense of order, control, and self-confidence. Take responsibility for all that is under your charge. It's time to lead, not follow. The Emperor's role is to defend, promote, and protect all that he cares for.

The Emperor reversed emphasizes the importance of self-discipline, assertiveness, and confronting fears or challenges head-on. Rather than avoiding issues or surrendering control, this card urges you to step into a leadership role, to fortify your boundaries, and to face your responsibilities. It's a wake-up call to assess your foundation, identify weaknesses, and make necessary reinforcements. By doing so, you can rebuild your confidence, regain control, and lead your life in the direction you desire. The Emperor reversed is not a symbol of weakness but a reminder of the strength that lies within you, ready to be harnessed.

The Emperor (Reversed) 🛡️👑 | Tarot Card of the Day | Aug 7: Take charge, confront fears, and reinforce what's unstable.

YouTube | The Emperor (Reversed) | Tarot Card of the Day

Do you feel disrespected by others, and that your personal boundaries are being tested?

The Emperor is an archetype for establishing firm foundations. He also teaches you that "feeling secure" can only exist when you act assertively and protect your boundaries. If you don't speak up for yourself, you are wearing a sign that tells others that they can take control of your life and its direction. To the Emperor, this is the same as ceding his crown to an invading warlord. The Emperor’s personal honor code forbids it. The Emperor is the personification of the voice within your head that wants you to speak up assertively when something isn’t right. If you feel angry, that others are thoughtless or disrespectful toward you, it's probably because you haven't been letting your "inner Emperor" speak up.

The Emperor is seated on his throne, decorated with rams. Rams charge, defending their territory and their mates. The Emperor wears armor under his robes. This symbolizes that he ready for action at any time, to stand up and protect his realm. His beard symbolizes thoughtful maturity. The Emperor is never "aggressive," just to prove his masculinity. He takes action only when his world needs to be stabilized and protected. The mountains surrounding him are protective barriers. They are also his seat of power. From their peaks, he can survey all of his realm, and take action to protect his boundaries from barbarian invaders. He is completely relaxed with the scepter, and the orb. The scepter it a symbol for "male," the orb is a symbol for "female." The Emperor holds both in balance, and understands that each are equally indispensable.

The Emperor is a firm figure, the complete opposite of his soft-featured wife, the Empress. The Empress sits  relaxed in her garden, dispensing love, peace, and nurturing to her children. However, her garden can only exists because the Emperor protects its borders, giving her a safe space to do her important work. Within you, there is not only an Empress, but an Emperor as well. Both are vitally important to being a balanced human being. If one archetype is ignored, inner turmoil will result.

When the Emperor appears reversed, he is reminding you to step into your majesty.

Stop fooling yourself into thinking you "can't do this." Instead of avoiding that which needs to be reinforced, dive in and change it. Take charge and create the stability you wish to see. Face the issues confronting you and take action. The Emperor is the archetype of pro-activity. Meet your deadlines take charge of your life. Confront your finances, take care of that cavity, dust off your "to-do" list. The Emperor exemplifies not only control of his empire, but self-control as well. Your self esteem will skyrocket when you summon the courage to do what needs doing.

Ace of Cups (Reversed) | Tarot Card of the Day

“Replenish your spirit.”

Ace of Cups (Reversed) | Tarot Card

If the Ace of Cups appears reversed, it reminds you that pouring your energy into what brings you joy, is never wasted energy.

You would think that a cup turned upside-down would lead to emptiness, but this image turned on its head is actually refilling the pond. The cup pours its waters toward the dove, a universal symbol for Spirit. Your energy (symbolized by the water) that is spent on the pursuits of your Spirit (the dove) replenishes you (the pond) and is never wasted. When reversed, the "W" on the card becomes an “M”. Most languages across the globe start their word for "mother" with the letter "M." The Mother is the ultimate archetype of nurturing. Perhaps you are being reminded to lovingly nurture yourself, to replenish the source of your energy.

This card is a powerful symbol of spiritual renewal, self-care, and the cyclical nature of giving and receiving love. When you invest in your passions, in nurturing yourself, and in the pursuits that align with your soul, you refill your emotional well. It's a reminder not to neglect your inner self, but to find balance by pouring love and attention into your spirit. The act of self-nourishment is a gift to yourself and a way to ensure that you can continue to give to others without draining your own resources. The Ace of Cups reversed is a loving call to self-care, self-compassion, and spiritual replenishment.

Ace of Cups (Reversed) 🕊️💧 | Tarot Card of the Day | Aug 6: Replenish your spirit

YouTube video for the Ace of Cups (Reversed) | Tarot Card of the Day by Elliot Oracle

Maybe it’s time to immerse yourself in that favorite subject that you love to get lost in?

The Ace of Cups is a symbol of new beginnings and encourages us to renew our love for ourselves and our experiences. Love is everywhere and is always available to us, even in the midst of challenges and difficulties.

By opening ourselves up to love and letting it guide us, we can find inner peace and joy. Love is our natural state and is at the core of our being. When we release our resistance and allow love to be the solution to our problems, we can experience miracles and transcend our limitations.

The Ace of Cups is a powerful symbol of renewal and rebirth. It reminds us that no matter what challenges we may be facing, love is always present and available to us. So if you're feeling lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed, take a moment to connect with the love that surrounds you and let it guide you towards a brighter future.

If you feel depleted and need to feel a burst of renewed energy, then it is time to nurture your Spirit

Pour your energy into what you love...what really brings you joy. Stop depriving yourself of enjoying the moment by allowing "how busy you are" be your excuse. Do something you enjoy today… more still, do something that feeds your Spirit. Do you need to re-read that special book that reminds you of magic? Perhaps it’s time to reconnect with nature. Allow yourself to dive into activities for no other reason than that you enjoy them. When the Ace of Cups is reversed, it symbolizes a relationship it indicates that you must replenish yourself before you can give to another.

Ace of Cups (Reversed) in a Love ReadingNew Relationship

The Ace of Cups reversed can signify a time where you need to invest more energy into yourself before giving to another. Upright or reversed, this card can signify a mutual attraction. However, this card can warn of one partner pouring more of their heart into the relationship than the other. Ensure this partnership is equally invested in before committing your whole heart.

Long Term Partnership

The reversed Ace of Cups can signify a relationship where one partner feels depleted. They may have sacrificed a great deal to ensure their partner’s happiness or success. However, they may feel let down that they have not placed enough attention on their own goals. This partnership will thrive if the depleted partner feels supported in attaining their own desires.

Seeking Romance

When the Chalice is turned upside down, all pours out. However, there is no bottom to the Ace of Cups. If you are experiencing a challenge where your love life seems turned upside down, take heart. Love is infinite. You may not see it in this moment, but there are boundless future opportunities for your love life to reawaken. Give your heart what it needs now to stay strong.

Six of Wands (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day

 “The fame card.”

Six of Wands (Upright) | Tarot Card

The Six of Wands represents gaining attention through excellence.

This card reminds you that nobody does you like you! Everybody has a gift, talent, or personal strength that they really excel at. This card advises you not only to embrace your talents but to display them unapologetically. Only you have your unique recipe of abilities. The best way to improve your life is to love yourself fully, and this includes the gifts that you bring.

In the broader context of the tarot, the Six of Wands is often associated with victory and success. It signals a time when you have overcome obstacles and are now enjoying the recognition and rewards of your efforts. This card encourages you to shine and be proud of who you are and what you have accomplished. It is not a time for false modesty but rather a moment to acknowledge your achievements and allow others to celebrate you. Embrace this opportunity to stand tall and recognize your unique gifts and contributions to the world.

Six of Wands (Upright) 🏆🌟 | Tarot Card of the Day | Aug 4: Shine With Your Unique Talents.

YouTube video for Six of Wands (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day

Do you diminish your abilities and belittle your talents so others don't think you are "better than them?"

Were you taught that it’s immodest and rude to call attention to your gifts? (A huge epidemic in the Midwest!) Are you speaking up, and getting compensated appropriately for the work that you do?

The man on the card is the center of a triumphant procession. He is elevated by his peers because of his gifts. His regal bearing shows that he is completely comfortable with his self-confidence. He isn't being arrogant, he is simply owning what makes "him," him. The others in the procession carry their own wands, but only his wand is wreathed with glory. He is "standing out," and he isn't afraid of it. His horse is richly dressed, this guy is not afraid to put on a show. Most people love it! It appears that he saved the town, or is a marvelous celebrity. However, if you look closely behind the man riding the horse, there is another face in the crowd. This face holds an expression of jealousy and envy.

It's a sad fact that the people who shine brightest will often be the targets of others who are insecure with their own abilities. Sometimes this fear of being targeted causes talented people, with extraordinary gifts, to hide their gifts. And yet, it really isn't about others. If you are following your passion, and loving every moment of it, then it won't matter at all what others think. If you truly believe in your value, and your worth then there should be no question that you should own your best-self. If you are afraid to be yourself because of a backlash from others, then you probably have some serious self-loving to get to! In the end, it's not about what others think about you, but what you truly believe about yourself. Do you feel worthy enough to reveal the "real you?"

Today, it's time to fully embrace your talents, abilities, and your worth.

It's time to stop throwing yourself under the bus, to appease the wounded egos of the weak. The people that you actually want to attract will love when you are confident. You will actually attract other individuals who are comfortable in their own skin. The people who are repelled by your light will go away. And good riddance! Buh-Bye! The only thing you need to do is follow your inner compass, and stop conforming to what the bovines want you to be.

So ask for that raise! Stop apologizing for yourself to make others feel better. Raise your prices if they are way too low. Let your thoughts be known (respectfully). Call attention to your talents and promote them. Go for that promotion. Stop following and lead your own life. "Own it!"

Go out and be your own best cheerleader!

Six of Wands in a Love ReadingNew Relationship

The Six of Wands can signify an engaging and charismatic partner. Your new love interest shines brightly and is likely attracted to the confidence you also exhibit. Avoid acting overly apologetic with this person. Lack of confidence and neediness is a huge turn off. Occasionally take the initiative and make the first move. Be radiant, dazzle, and shine.

Long Term Partnership

The Six of Wands can signify an extroverted partner who likes to take the spotlight. This relationship works well because the other partner doesn’t mind playing the role of the supporting cast. In many ways, this relationship is on full display. Ensure that there is occasionally time for just the two of you.

Seeking Romance

If you are single, the Six of Wands encourages you to keep increasing your self-esteem by engaging in whatever makes you shine. If you step into the spotlight, the arrow of love will find its mark. This card can also signify better relationship opportunities after the achievement of a personal accomplishment.

Three of Swords (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day

“Embrace the Power of Forgiveness, Release Resentment, and Heal Your Emotional Wounds.” The Three of Swords symbolizes the wounded heart.

Everyone experiences betrayals, cruelty, unkindness, and even abuse to varying degrees. These traumatic events can feel like swords driven into the heart. Like any penetrating trauma, the shrapnel must be extracted for the injury to heal. Likewise, the swords pictured on this card here need to be drawn out and released from the heart so that it can heal. Sounds easy, right? Well, it's not that simple. The only way to release the sword from the wound is through forgiveness.

The Three of Swords serves as a stark reminder of the power of forgiveness in our lives. Forgiveness does not necessarily mean forgetting or condoning the actions that caused the pain; instead, it is a conscious decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. By forgiving, we free ourselves from the shackles of past wounds and move toward a path of emotional healing and peace.

This card often appears when the wounds are still fresh and the pain is still raw. It's a call to dig deep and find the strength to forgive not only others but also ourselves. Sometimes, the hardest person to forgive is ourselves, especially when we feel responsible for the hurt. The process of forgiveness might be painful and slow, but it's a journey worth taking. The act of forgiveness liberates us from the heaviness of pain and sets us on a path towards healing, growth, and emotional freedom.

The image of the three swords piercing the heart on this card is both brutal and beautiful in its honesty. It doesn't sugarcoat the pain; it emphasizes the reality of hurt and the necessity of forgiveness. Whether it's a relationship that needs mending or self-forgiveness for past mistakes, the Three of Swords asks us to confront the pain, accept it, and move through it with grace and compassion.

Three of Swords (Upright) 💔🗡️ | Tarot Card of the Day | July 31: Embrace the Power of Forgiveness, Release #Resentment, and Heal Your Emotional #Wounds.

YouTube video for the Three of Swords (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day by Elliot Oracle

Are you unable to forgive individuals from the past who betrayed you?

Do you still get angry and feel victimized? What emotions do you feel when you conjure the image of this person up? Hatred, revenge, rage, sadness?

The heart on the card is the victim of devastating injury. Three large swords symbolize wounds inflicted by three past traumatic events. The swords are weighing the heart down beneath grey clouds. Rain continuously pelts down on the sunken heart. And yet look at the proportions... The floating heart is quite large when compared to the swords. This symbolizes that the heart is stronger and more resilient than any wound to it. It also symbolizes that the wounds can weigh down a normally buoyant heart. This negative energy prevents the heart from rising above the clouds, to bask in joyful sunlight.

The Three of Swords reminds us that even though “another” may have put a metaphorical sword in your heart through a past betrayal, we perpetually betray ourselves by not letting go and releasing the resentment. So, if the only thing that will unburden the heart is forgiveness, then why is there such resistance to letting the swords go?

Swords represent power... Righteous indignation is seductive and can give a false sense of empowerment. The heart may want to hold onto the swords because it feels that somehow it now possesses more power. Although it gives an immediate illusion of being the moral victor (we are not the bad one after all), it also leaves us feeling hollow and empty.  This sense of "power" is held onto for dear life, so that we aren't suckers caught off guard again! And yet, the heart remains heavy and isolated, and we miss the joy of the sunlight above the clouds.

Practicing forgiveness allows for releasing the negative energy within, so that you are not carrying it with you everywhere. Each day you refuse to forgive, you are deciding to continue carrying all that toxic poison within you for another day. There is an anonymous quote that says, "Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to drop dead!" Think about our world affairs, and how lack of forgiveness perpetuates war, hatred, and conflict.

The Three of Swords indicates that it’s time to let go of any painful people or things that are weighing your heart down.

Forgiveness does not mean "condoning" the reprehensible behavior of another. It doesn’t mean you need to call your abuser over for tea and pretend nothing happened. Forgiveness is less about them, and more about you. The wound happened, but it's not still happening today unless we choose to hurt ourselves with it. This means that you also must forgive yourself for holding onto this garbage for so long. Forgiveness gives you the power to let the painful past go, allowing you to move on in your life unencumbered and free.

Forgiveness doesn't come overnight! It takes time and continual affirmation before the swords are released. An opportunity for major healing is being presented to you now. Like the rising phoenix, let your heart ascend above the rain clouds, and into the realm of light.

Three of Swords in a Love ReadingNew Relationship

This card can signify that another person, interest, or thing is pulling your love interest’s attention away from fully investing in a partnership with you. This card can also warn of beginning a “rebound” relationship, where one partner’s heart has not completely recovered from a past breakup or emotional betrayal before rushing into their next relationship.

Long Term Partnership

The Three of Swords can represent a partner that consistently leaves you for an “other love.” However, sometimes the other love isn’t a paramour, but rather a family obligation, friendship, career, creative pursuit, or ambition. You will have to decide if you are willing to share your partner with this other obligation.

Intimacy

The Three of Swords can represent deception, lies, or even cheating from your partner. If you ask your cards the direct question “Is he cheating on me?” and this card appears, the answer is most likely “yes.” If you even need to ask that question about your partner, then this should serve as a huge red flag that the relationship is not rooted in transparency or trust.

Seeking Romance

If you are single, it’s time to release old wounds and make some room in your life for a new love. However, you may have to let go of an old, emotional attachment that is still hurting you. It’s time to allow for new beginnings and healing. Before beginning the next chapter, the baggage of the past must be released.

Nine of Swords in Love (Upright) in a Love ReadingNew Relationship

The Nine of Swords can signify a relationship partner with an unresolved past. They may be experiencing the aftereffects of a major setback or disappointment. This person may not be ready to rush into a new phase. This card can also symbolize a new love interest who struggles with mental health issues. It's important to approach this relationship with empathy and understanding, recognizing the emotional baggage that may come with it. Patience and compassion will be key.

Long Term Partnership

The Nine of Swords can represent unresolved grief or sadness in a relationship. However, the grief in question does not always stem from a relationship issue. Sometimes it originates from a major disappointment, such as failing to achieve a goal. This card encourages open communication instead of isolating from one another. Facing the issues directly and working through them together can foster healing and strengthen the bond between partners.

Seeking Romance

If you are single, you may not feel emotionally ready to move beyond a past relationship. Allow yourself to come to terms with your loss. Tears can be immensely cleansing. Feeling your authentic feelings will loosen their hold on your heart. Take your time. Resolving the past will set you up for future success. Recognizing and honoring your emotional state is the first step towards moving forward and opening yourself to new opportunities in love.

The person you are inquiring about has made a dramatic life change and is still on a shaky road toward recovery. While their life is improving, they’re also plagued by uncertainty. This card can also signify excessive fear of getting hurt, which may be clouding your perspective. Do not allow your mind to be overthrown by worst case scenarios. Wait and see. Being supportive and giving the relationship time to grow will help ease fears and uncertainties.

Long Term Partnership

The Nine of Swords reversed can represent a relationship partner who is slowly crawling out of depression. They may still need time to recover their motivation, but they are on the mend. This card can also signify someone who is still processing a personal loss. Continue to provide support and understanding as your partner heals. This shared journey can deepen the connection between you.

Seeking Romance

You’ve decided to move on from a situation that has caused you an abundance of grief. Resist the urge to go back to the source of your unhappiness. The closure you seek will not come from ruminating on the past. Leave the nightmares of the past behind. It’s time to start over. Embrace your personal growth and newfound wisdom as you open yourself to new relationships, keeping in mind the lessons you've learned.

Temperance (Upright) | Tarot Card of the Day

“Seek Balance & Moderation for Inner Harmony.”

Temperance (Upright) | Tarot Card

Temperance signifies balance, moderation, and slowing down. This card represents your inner "stress barometer" which notifies you when your mind and body are under too much strain. When Temperance appears, it is time to give your body more of what it needs right now, in order to restore your equilibrium. The card encapsulates finding the right balance between two opposing forces, to restore harmony.

The angel on the Temperance card represents your higher self, which knows just how much of anything you can endure. The angel is pouring just the right amount of water from one cup, to replenish the other. This represents your need to replenish what has been depleted. The angel also has one foot on dry land, and the other foot in the stream. This symbolizes that although he is operating in the "real world" (the dry land), he keeps one foot in contact with what his inner self needs (the stream). The path behind him leads to a bright destination. If you follow the angel's example and look after your equilibrium, you will also find a healthier, happier future awaiting you.

As you connect with the energy of Temperance, take a moment to ask yourself what you truly need at this time. Listen to your inner voice and honor your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. By embracing balance and moderation, you can find inner harmony and make choices that support your overall well-being.

Temperance calls you to step into your power, acknowledge your worthiness, and embrace the limitless potential for growth and happiness that awaits you. Release any self-limiting behaviors or thought patterns, and welcome the opportunity for positive change and personal transformation. By aligning with the energy of Temperance, you can open the door to a renewed life filled with authentic love and soulful choices. The path behind the angel leads to a bright destination, and by nurturing your equilibrium, you too can find a healthier and happier future awaiting you.

Do you listen to your inner needs when you are spread too thin, or do you "power" through, depleting yourself further?

Does your body "act up" when you’re stressed? Do you get strange sensations that make you worry you might have something seriously wrong with you?

Temperance is sandwiched between two challenging cards: Death and the Devil. It is an oasis stop in the journey through the Major Arcana. It symbolizes a place of self-care and restoration before getting back in the ring. The many Angels that appear in the tarot represent your Higher-Self. The location of Temperance in the Major Arcana symbolizes the need to reconnect with the transcendent, “big-picture,” while amid difficulties. Stressful situations can deplete you quickly. It like holding your breath under water and endlessly swimming. The symbol of Temperance is much like returning above the water’s surface, to replenish yourself with a full breath of sweet air. Temperance enables you to go back beneath the surface renewed and revitalized.

Temperance reminds you to listen to your body, quiet your mind, and spend some to come up for air.

You may think that life is just too demanding and busy, and that you don’t have the time for self-care. Many people give all the energy they have and feel strained, stressed and even crazy from burning the candle at both ends. No matter what demands are being placed on you currently, you need to replenish yourself.

Not wanting to disappoint others makes us jump through impossible circles and hoops, attempting to be Superman or Superwoman. All the while we slowly deplete ourselves to a point where we need rescuing! Temperance gently guides you to protect your own health and well-being first. In this way, you will have plenty to share with others.

To restore your balance, what is your body signaling to you that it needs? More water? More rest? Some quiet time? A vacation? A break? Time with your favorite books? A reading?

Wrap yourself in the angel's wings, and lovingly give your body what it needs. The Angel of Temperance is guiding you back toward what you need for balance. Taking the time to restore your equilibrium will ensure that you have an abundance of energy to invest in all the people are goals and improvements that are waiting for you.
