WHERE ARE THOU ACCUSERS?

Let's go to the Bible in John 8: 1-11. You may be familiar with this passage that I find to be so full of mercy and grace by our Lord Jesus Christ.

I hope you agree with me that SIN is SIN, there is not one sin greater than another sin.

In this chapter of John, we see a lady that was taken in adultery. Not just a say-so incident, as we hear so much in the news of politicians, and movie producers, so much that we hear about that started the " me too" movement., but as this scripture points out the accusers said they had the actual proof. She was actually caught in the very act of this sin.

So what does Jesus do when they drag her before Him to point out the terrible sin?

He stoops down and "writes " something in the sand.

Have you ever wondered what Jesus is writing in the sand?

Can I say that He is writing all the other sins these accusers are guilty of? That would be my Jesus because He knew there were none-standing there without sin in their own hearts.

The scripture tells us in verse 7, Jesus says," He that is without sin among you; let him first cast a stone at her." It was the custom in those days to stone those caught in the act of adultery.

Then Jesus stooped down and begins to write again verse 8. Verse 9 tells us they that heard Him became convicted of their own sins and dropped their stones and began to walk away.

Jesus then asked the woman caught in the act of adultery," where are your accusers, hath no man condemned you? She replies "no one man, Lord. ", Jesus then says," neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more."

Do you need to hear this message today, my friend? Do you understand that no matter what sins you have commented, they are all sins? We all have sinned. But we have a Savior that took that sin, no matter what sin, and paid for it on the cross of Calvary.

We can hardly believe that as bad as our sins are, Jesus said, "I'll pay the price for that sin."

Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing Blood, are you washed in the Blood of the Lamb?

Let no man accuse you of any sin IF you have asked Jesus for His cleaning power and trusted in what He did for you and I / by dying on the cross for our sins. Then you never have to worry of any accusers, never have to listen to Satan bringing up your sinful past, never have to worry that you have any accusers, because if you have Jesus as your own personal Savior then NO ONE can accuse you. Your sin has been paid in full by Jesus our Savior.

Don't ask; where are my accusers,?. Because; YOU HAVE NO ACCUSERS.

Not when you have Jesus that paid for your sin. That's God's Amazing Grace!

Don't you want that, my friend? I surely want it for you.

I'm Kind of Homesick for that City

That city, I've never seen before, but I've been told just how beautiful it will be.

I got up this morning to yet another day that the news is not what I would have loved it to be.

I saw the sun and said, " thank you Lord for the sunshine".

Then I turned on the news to see that there is yet more struggles, pain, suffering all over the world.

At this date there is a terrific hurricane on it's way into my sisters area. A sister I dearly love and wanted to see her for her birthday this year, in October, but was warned that this is not the best time to come and visit Florida. It's Hurricane season.

Then I hear that inflation is rising higher and higher, interest rates are on the climb making it rough for people to buy a home that they were so inticapating.

The homes of families are suffering as they try to provide food, shelter, gas for their cars.

Lord, this could be a very " hopeless time", but I know , because I know you, that nothing is catching you by surprise. I still must confess,my Savior that I am thinking more and more about all my loved ones that have already gone on before.

Those that I knew, without any shadow of doubt that they had accepted you, Jesus as their own personal savior, and I know they are there with you as I write this blog.

I must admit, Lord, I am kind of homesick for that city. The city of God that I will no more have to wake up and shed tears over this sad, evil world that we are in right now.

So, I reach out to you, my heavenly Father and say, I know our time is drawing closer and closer to your lifting those of (us that have trusted Jesus as Savior,) out of this sin-sick world. But then I have to say, I'm kind of homesick, can it be soon Lord? Can you spare your children that are really hurting, struggling, reading about the mansion you have prepared for us in glory, and wanting to see our loved ones that have gone on before?

You say Lord, " I will take you OUT-OF, Thessaloians 4:17 and we know that in this world we will have tribulations, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33. So... I wait for that trumpet sound that we will hear that ushers us up into the heavens, wishing that many more would have prepared for their home-going before it is

TOO LATE! Today is the day of salvation, friend seek the Savior.

I took Jesus as my personal Savior in 1969. From reading 1John 5:11-12. I knew then that I have eternal life. Thank you Jesus, for the blood. Now I find it hard to wait, I 'm kind-of homesick for that city. The city of God.

HE IS WORTHY, Yes, SO WORTHY

Let us consider something we may all have to look forward to;

Is yours, one more year I will graduate with my bachelor's degree, and I'll start my new career. Or. soon I will have this dreaded credit card paid off.

Whatever may be your something you're looking forward to, I'd like you to consider with me the final, finish of our lives.

When we as Christ believers will cast our crowns at the feet of Jesus, as the scriptures tell us will be one day. Revelations 4:10-11

We will do as the 24 elders, fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives, they lay their crowns before the throne and say; you are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will, they were created and have their being".

Have you thought about that, my friend? life has many ups and downs. Many hurts, many struggles. And there are also, rewards, happy pleasurable times. Like when you met your husband, you found real joy in the birth of your first child.

Seeing the sun come up after a long bed-confined sickness, or a beautiful moon lite sky hovering over the ocean at the beach.

But can I tell you there will be no greater reward than this one!

"Casting our crowns at the feet of Jesus the one that died for you and me. "

He left his home in glory walked this earth, was arrested, beaten, hung on that old rugged cross, and bled great drops of blood just so we would have a redeemer, a Savior that could take away our sins.

Regardless what we endure on earth a priceless crown will seem like a paltry offering, but it will be the best gift we can give him, we will be so overcome with gratitude because of what he did for us.

Yes, someday we that know Christ as our own personal savior will have that great reward that we can look forward to; Casting our crowns at the feet of Jesus.

Don't you want that? Aren't you looking forward to that one day?

He is worthy, yes, so worthy, Jesus Christ my Lord. we fall down, we cast our crowns at the feet of Jesus.

Giving you HOPE, till the storm passes by.

The pain is so great, my financial resources are growing thin, My friends all need prayer, and there seems to be no end to the chaos in our lives.

Is this something you find yourself pouring out your heart to Jesus more than you want to admit?

It sounds like the lyrics to a country song. I put on radio headphones as I do my early morning walk. The radio station that comes across with the most clarity is a country station, so I hear these sad, downhearted lyrics penetrating my ears.

The lyrics in country-written songs always tell life as it is. We may not like hearing those sad lyrics, I even find myself crying to the feelings they are telling me, but they are saying with clarity just how life goes.

But, friends I am here to encourage you. Give you hope that there is an answer to these sad times we are facing.

Go ahead and say what you want to say about your struggles, Jesus already knows them anyway. But, what if I told you He will change those words to words of victory if you will just let him?

God's written Holy word tells us: "I have told you these things so that you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, But take courage, I have overcome the world. "

John 16:33 . I don't want you to think, that your struggles aren't real. I know they are because I like you, have them also. But this would not be an encouraging blog without the HOPE that I personally, know to be true.

See our God is a consuming fire, He won the victory for ALL our struggles and sin when he paid for them on the cross of Calvary.

God never wastes a problem you encounter in your life without turning it into a victory. I love the story of the flight of Joseph in the Bible. What a struggle he had. Genesis 37-50

He had brothers that hated him, were so jealous of him, and tried to kill him, but then sold him into the hands of the Ishmeelites for slavery passing through. Joseph eventually became a steward to Potiphar of Egypt, one of the Pharaoh's officials.

He gains the favor of the pharaoh of Egypt.

The story goes on to tell how Pharaoh's wife invited him to "come to lie with me", but Joseph would not. So she accused him saying he had tried to assault her. Landed the innocent Joseph in prison. But, that's not how the story ends. Victory happens because Joseph had a gift of interrupting dreams and he was called upon by Pharaoh to interrupt his bad dream. Yep! you got it. because of his ability to do this for Pharaoh, he was taken out of prison and made first in command during the famine in Egypt.

I love how the Bible says over and over in this story, " And it came to pass". That was God working all along for Joseph because Joseph was one of God's children.

He ends up feeding his brothers with the saved, stored grain during the famine in Egypt., which Joseph had warned in his interruption of Pharaoh's dream.

Nope, you never as a child of the Most High, ever go through anything that God does not give the victory. So, my child, wait upon the Lord. He will deliver you.

Your HOPE till the storm passes by.

The Truth be told...I'm fine yes I'm fine, oh, I'm fine...

But I'm NOT!, I'm broken. Is this you today, my friend? I was there before I found the answer.

Lie # 1 You're supposed to have it all together, when they ask how you're doing just smile and tell them " never better".

Lie # 2 Everybody's life is perfect except yours, so keep your messes and your wounds and your secrets safe with you behind closed doors, the truth be told, the truth is rarely told.

I say I'm fine, yeah I'm fine, oh, I'm fine, but I'm not, I'm broken. And when it's out of control say it's under control, but it's not and you know it. I don't know why it's so hard to admit it. when being honest is the only way to fix it. There's no failure, no fault, there's no sin you don't already know, Lord, so let the truth be told.

There's a sign on the door that says, " come as you are.". but I doubt it. Cause if we lived like that was true every Sunday morning pews would be crowded.

The church is like a hospital, many come in with hurts, struggles, and heartaches, and instead of letting that truth be told, we say, " oh, I'm fine, yes I'm fine, yeah, I'm fine, when I'm not, I'm broken.

Can you read this and say unashamed, "God your love for me won't change," so let the truth be told. That's why I write and want many hurting to read my encouraging blogs.

Ask yourself, " am I the only one that says, "I'm fine, yes I'm fine, yeah I'm fine when I'm not?" Let the truth be told, that's the only way to fix it.

It's time to bring your burdens, failures, and sins to the feet of Jesus. Our churches are full of souls that say, " I'm fine, oh, I'm fine, yeah, I'm fine when we're not, we're broken.

Jesus is waiting for your to say, Lord, I'm broken. I need you to take my heart and fix my problems, that's the only way... is to admit it. Let the truth be told.

Remember, Romans 3:23, for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. We all need the Savior, Jesus Christ our Lord. He is the way, the truth, and the life.

Please don't say, I'm fine, yeah, I'm fine, when you're not, You're broken. Jesus will hear your prayer. He knows all about you. Let Him set you free. Let the truth be told.

God is never blind to your tears, never deaf to your prayers, and never silent to your pain. he hears, and he will deliver you!

LORD, The Battle Belongs to YOU.

As I write this blog today, I can honestly say, " we are in a battle. "

The good and the evil, are at war.

See, Jesus loves you so much and is not willing that any should perish, but ALL will come to Christ, in repentance, acknowledging Him as your own personal Savior. 2 Peter 3:9

( paraphrased)

There is a war for your soul my friend. The war is between Jesus that died for your sins, and the Devil that wants your soul, Oh, yes, there is a devil. He fell from heaven and took many angels with him because he wanted to be God. ( he was so jealous of God as our supreme being.) The scripture says " he wanted to be like God." Isaiah 14:12-15.

But, God is our creator, our Savior sent to earth in the flesh, ( God with skin on) in the form of Jesus to die for our sins. Jesus is our redeemer our hope of glory to live with Christ in eternity.

Satan is a liar from the beginning, the accuser, and this war between he and Christ is for your soul.

You, my friend, do not have to let him win your soul. As I started this blog, you read," Lord the battle is yours." When all I see is the battle, You see my victory, when all I see is the mountain, You see a mountain move. Your love surrounds me, there's nothing to fear because I am safe in You."

So when I fight, I'll fight on my knees, with my hands lifted high, oh, God, the battle belongs to you. Ever fear I lay at your feet, the battle belongs to you.

And, God, if you are for me, who can be against me.? Romans 8:31. For Jesus there is nothing impossible for you. Nothing can stand against the power of our God.

God, You go before us, you fight every battle, NOTHING can stand against our GOD!

This is your HOPE today. Call of Jesus, He is your battle victory!

They said it was impossible,...But, God, they don't know you like we do.

I'm about to tell you a true happening that most would say, " that's not possible".

But you see when the parties involved know the Great I AM, then we can say with confidence, " move the immovable, change the impossible, God we believe, we believe you'll do a miracle".

That's just what God did in this story. It's not a coincidence, it's not a well, maybe, no, " it's a miracle."

See my son had under contact his home and it was contingent on the closing of his home to make the one they were purchasing close. To add to the confusion: the buyers for their home had a contingent contract on the one they were selling in order to purchase my son's home.

In real estate, we call this a 3 chain effect that must all come together in order for all 3 to close as scheduled. All in one day!

My husband and I went over Thursday evening, the day before the closings to help with last-minute cleaning, etc. The Uhaul was packed, and our son and wife were in distress. Our son said, " well, we may be doing all of this for nothing". Why? we ask. He begin to tell us that their buyer's house contact on their home had hit a snag with the VA lenders. When we saw all that was already packed, and closing to be TOMORROW @ 10:00 am, we said, "IT WILL CLOSE".

Now as my reader would say, that doesn't sound possible. In any other case, I would have to agree. But...God. That's just what He did. We begin to pray. I contacted my prayer groups, they began to pray for what had to be a MIRACLE. to happen in one day. And the VA just doesn't call a lender on behalf of the VA buyer, EXCEPT in this CASE! THEY DID!

I want to include in this blog one of the powerful prayers that a dear friend in "God is Love" wrote on Facebook. Debbie Jo Blackwell. I ask permission to share this prayer because it is the Kingdom kind of prayer that God honors. When we believe for it, He moves the immovable, breaks the unbreakable, He has the final say. You said it, I believe it, God your name is POWERFUL! Please read this prayer and see how there was no doubt that we

meant Kingdom business with the Lord.

I will forever give Him praise for all three home closings that happened that next day as scheduled. God, You changed the impossible, You moved the immovable because we believed in the power of Your name. We saw a MIRACLE, You said it, we believed it. It is done. The prayer by Debbie Jo Blackwell:

Abba Father, You know what this family has been through. Right Now Lord they need you to do the Possible when man says it's impossible. Lord please move in a Mighty Way and get all the paperwork lined up and correct that it may be signed today. Provided there is a problem with something else Lord please make a way for everything that has to be done to close on this house today to be a done deal and ready at the same time of the signing. Lord, we Love You and

Praise You for handing them the keys to their new home today without any issues. For we know it is already done.Right Now!

In the Mighty All Powerful Name of Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior. and all God's Children Say

AMEN AMEN...#SoBeItLord

#NewHomeOwnersToday!!

#GodIsInControl. #HaveFaith

#BELiEVE #NoRoomForDoubt

#ThatsMyGod #LookWhatGodDid

Thank You, Jesus, for the blood applied...

Thank you, Jesus it has washed me white, thank You, Jesus you have saved my life, brought me from the darkness into glorious light.

I love the story in Luke chapter 8: verses 28-40 It's about a man that had been filled with devils for a very long time. And when Jesus came by, Jesus wanted to see him. When the demon-possessed man saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, saying, with a loud voice, " what have I to do with thee, Jesus, Son of God most high?" But, Jesus stopped and asked him, " what is your name?" The man answered, Legion."

There was a herd of swine feeding on the mountains, so Jesus commanded the devils from Legion to go out of him and enter into the swine. When the devils entered the swine the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake and were choked.

The story continues where the people all around were so afraid because of this mighty power that Jesus had just done.

The part that I love so much, is that the once devil-possessed man desired to stay with Jesus, a close relationship. But Jesus sent him away, saying," return to your own house and show how great things God has done unto you. " So the once old devil filled Legion, went his way and shouted it from the housetops, shouted it in the streets, ( my paraphrase), he told the whole city how great things Jesus had done for him.

Friends, how many times has Jesus done great things in your life, and you have just passed it off, not giving God the praise that is due His Holy Name? If you have trusted Jesus and His redeeming blood for the forgiveness of your sins, this will be the most important decision you will ever make.

This present earth is temporal, eternity is FOREVER. You need to shout it from the housetops, shout it in the streets. Jesus Saves!!

This is only one of many stories in the Bible telling how Jesus saved, Jesus healed, and Jesus washed our sins away, never to be remembered again. Buried in the deepest sea. What a Savior is Jesus Christ my Lord.!

Thank you, Jesus, for your blood applied, thank you Jesus it has washed me white. thank you Jesus YOU HAVED SAVED MY LIFE! Brought me out of darkness into your glorious light. Don't you want that too my friends?

YOUR ONE TRUE HOPE!

Are you in a hopeless situation, thinking that there is no one to understand, why am I here with all my struggles?

You may feel this way today, my friend, but I am here to give you an encouragement that will change your whole life.

See, life is filled with tribulations, sometimes more unhappinessness than " good times".

Was we not told in the Holy Scriptures;? that in this world you WILL have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33. He says, in ME you shall have peace.

Now, I know you will say, WHEN? , When will I have peace,?, don't you see how much chaos is going on in this world? And I answer you, " yes, I do. I am witnessing it also". The only difference that I can have " peace like a river" is because, I have learned in whatever state I'm in, God is still in control. Isahiah 35:4" say to those with fearful hearts," be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution; he will come to save you". That's the justice, Lord, I am looking for. The old testament is such a hope in that He did it before, and he will do it again. Remember; God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. That gives me hope!

What hurts my heart, and hopefully you that are reading this blog, is that I am so concerned that many that are in this world without the "ONE TRUE HOPE". And, that hope is found only in Jesus.

We that have trusted Jesus as our sin redeemer, our Savior , our soon coming King, know that He is our everything.

Yes, I have struggles, just like you do, but then my heart always looks to the " one that died for me", and he always assures me that He is in control. Why does bad things happen to you, as it is said to " good people" because, we do not think like God, we do not see the path ahead as he does, we only think about the " right now!". Well, God has His plan and whether you believe it or not, " his plan is perfect".

Take a little walk with me down memory lane. That loved one that was suffering, you didn't know what tomorrow would bring, but, they knew the Lord Jesus as their own personal Savior, then at your dismay, God took them home to be with him., Not your plan. you wanted them to live several more years, but, to know where they are and what they are enjoying right now, who would not want that for your loved one? That's God's plan, not yours, and it is perfect!!. As a Christ believer, " absent in the body, present with the Lord"

2 Corinthians 5:8

So, no matter how you are struggling, hurting, crying, IF YOU have Jesus that

" One True Hope", Then you can make it. He will never leave you or forsake you. That you can count on!! Deuternomy 31:8

My Hope for You...We can face uncertain times...Because He lives.

Friends, do you need your days ahead to be better than the days gone by?

Do you feel you are fresh out of HOPE?

I have been there, and to be truthful, I am still human, and, find myself in some of those weary days like you. But, I can give you HOPE, as I find it to always be true no matter what seems to lie ahead.

I know many have heard the beautiful song written by Bill and Gloria Gather, called.....

"Because He lives, I can face tomorrow". there is so much truth to those words.

No doubt we are living in perilous times, God said we would as the latter days unfold

2 Timothy 3. 1-17 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

It tells us all the things that will be occurring in these latter days.

I know, it's not pretty, it says so many bad, evil things will be happening...But I take my HOPE in verse 14 where I read, " But continue in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing of whom you have learned them."

Yes, we look around and we feel fear as we face uncertain times, but, then we do not lose HOPE, because He lives. Do you know that Because Jesus lives, He resurrected from that grave, we also that have Christ Jesus will be resurrected,? either from our grave, or we will be " Caught Up" as the scripture says in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 -17 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the arch angel,, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first; Verse 17, Then we that are alive and remain shall be " Caught Up" with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall be ever with the Lord.

Do you see? that because Jesus lives, we can face uncertain times, knowing we in Christ shall live. Keep saying, knowing, no matter what uncertain times we see, " we can face those uncertain times," Because we KNOW, I KNOW, who holds the future, and life is worth the living, just " Because He Lives."

He walked out of that tomb, and so will we that are in Christ Jesus, our Lord.
