It’s Okay to Feel Whatever You are Feeling.
As the world around us shifts because of the Coronavirus pandemic, a lot of us are feeling fear and uncertainty to different degrees. For those of us lucky to be at home and work from home, that anxiety might be on the edge of our days or bubbling under the surface.
We might even have had some slow-living moments that make us feel glad to be home and glad to be connected to family. A lot of people are sharing how they are connecting in deeper ways with their loved ones at home and online....

How INFPs Make Decisions, INFP Career Choices & “Selling” as an INFP!
I have come across a bunch of INFP-related ideas recently that I have been thinking about. One of them is about how INFPs make decisions. The other is about good career options for INFPs.
I know that our extended lockdowns have brought out many INFPs challenges with decision-making. I have definitely had my moments of indecision in the past few weeks. I also know that some people are using this time to go inwards and reflect, so I thought I would also share an interesting INFP Careers post I...

Responding to COVID-19: Are you getting a sore throat from watching too much news?
In the past few weeks, I have had a couple of physical symptoms. One of them is a sore throat that comes and goes. Its been quite cold here in the Bay Area, so that might be a part of it. With all the Coronavirus fears, I have also had thoughts about whether it could be an early symptom of that. But, touchwood, I have been okay otherwise.
Its been showing up pretty randomly, so maybe, theres also something else going on here. Recently, I was reading Shelley Klammers newsletter when...

Healing Colors: Nourish yourself with pink, green and orange!
Whats your favorite color? How I always hated that question! I couldnt ever choose. And then, I realized thats like asking a music lover what note they love and decided to lay a claim on all colors. I LOVE all colors although I do feel a deep affinity with certain colors like purple and pink.
Using color is also one of the easiest ways in which we can nourish ourselves. In the past few weeks, as we all feel the uncertainty thats hanging in the air, I have seen green and yellow-green appear...

Responding to the COVID-19 Situation: Move with Your Fear, Don’t Sit with It.
I hope you are doing well wherever you are in the world and keeping safe in this unprecedented time in our shared history. The last few weeks have been interesting for me. I am trying to use this challenging time to learn more about my fear and where to direct my attention.
While the danger is real, so is the truth that a lot of us are more fortunate than others. If we can stay at home, that means that we are already in a better circumstance than millions of people around the world. This...

Responding to COVID-19: The Language We Use is Important!
If you are anything like me, you have probably had some fear come up in the last few weeks. Some fear is natural. After all, we are in an uncertain situation with this pandemic, the likes of which we havent seen in our lifetimes. Here in California, we are under stay-at-home orders, which means we can only go out for essentials like grocery shopping.
Its also true that some fear is protective.
It helps us plan for the future, think about whether theres danger ahead, and take precautions...

Fill Yourself Up With Your Own Energy.
This weekend, I corralled together a bunch of art materials, threw a bedsheet over the dining table & started painting. It was raining outside. I didnt know what I wanted to paint and I didnt feel like planning. So, I just dipped my fingers in the chocolate-brown and deep red acrylic paintboxes I have and started covering the white canvas with the colors. Then, I cut out some sheets of collage paper and stuck them on the canvas.
For some reason, I wanted to cut little triangles, so I...
