We’re at the final home stretch of finishing up the “Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method” book. We are at the editing and tweaking the book layout stage. As matter of fact, we just finished designing the cover to the Publisher’s Edition of “Drawing Beautiful Women” book. Ain’t she a beaut?

What is “Publisher’s Edition of Drawing Beautiful Women” you ask? It’s a special edition hardcover that has 16 extra pages of art and interview. This Publisher’s Edition will only be sold through Flesk Publications and me at conventions. No one else will carry it. Almost finished. We’re dropping the final few illustrations into place and will start the final edit in few days before sending “Drawing Beautiful Women” book master files to the printer. John Fleskes and I have been working around the clock on this.

…And it’s almost done. Here are couple of partial peeks of the art from the book.

The good news is that the book is now available to pre-order for fans, domestic and foreign, who missed out in the initial Kickstarter campaign. The book will be out November to the public. San Diego Comicon ‘JUNGLE QUEEN’ Art Print

Yikes. San Diego is only 3 weeks away. And I have to create my annual art print for the show. So I decided to kill two birds with one stone. I’ve decided to use one of the Jungle Queen images from my “Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method” Kickstarter book.

Here’s a quick pencil image of the art print. Again, my main man, Brandon Peterson will digitally paint it. We’ll have the final colored image up once it’s done.

And now back to editing and tweaking “Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method” Kickstarter book.

Ask and you shall receive. “Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method” Kickstarter book is now available for pre-order on the Flesk Publications online store. The book will be out on November 1. (The Kickstarter backers will get the book weeks before the general public.)

Very stressful but fun week. John Fleskes, my publisher, flew in from California, stayed with me all week and put the “Drawing Beautiful Women: The Frank Cho Method” Kickstarter book together.

The entire book is pretty much laid out and I’m in process of finishing up the final few pieces. Then it’s off to the printer this week.

Crazy hectic week, folks, at Casa Cho. John Fleskes, my publisher, flew in from California to lay out the entire “Drawing Beautiful” book with me. We’re working around the clock to get everything done and send the files over to the printer next week.

I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel.
