Savage Wolverine #4 – At The Temple Steps

Things go from bad to worse for Wolverine, as he encounters the secret guardians of the forbidden temple. Here’s a partial peek of what Wolverine will be facing in the upcoming issue. You can see from my ink work that this issue is my nod to the great Ray Harryhausen and Willis O’Brien.
Issue #4 and #5 of the Savage Wolverine are insane, where everything is revealed, including new villains and the ultimate showdown between Wolverine and a certain opponent from his past.
I hope that you guys will enjoy it as much as I enjoy drawing it.

2013 Big Wow Comic Fest’s Jungle Queen!

Attention, all you art collector’s out there. Hot off my drawing desk. Here is the Jungle Queen piece that Big Wow Comic Fest will be auctioning off soon. This original art measures 14″ x 24″ on bristol board, and done with pen and ink. Other original art by various artists will be also auctioned off.
This Jungle Queen pin-up will be published in the annual Big Wow Comic Fest convention book, an exclusive hard cover art book that will be sold only at San Jose Big Wow Comic Fest.

Sorry for the late blog today. Things are about to kick into high gear soon and I’m busy tying things down and preparing myself.
First of all, I wanted to thank all of you again for making Savage Wolverine a huge hit at Marvel. I knew it was going to do well but I never expected to do this well. Here’s a sneak peek of the big epic battle in Savage Wolverine #3 in COLOR!!!
Savage Wolverine #3 will hit all comic stores in about 3 weeks.
Also, I just filmed a special segment for a big creator owned project. (Big thanks to Scott, Ron and Stephen.) Look for a huge announcement next month at Kickstarter.com. You guys are gonna love it.
Well, that’s all for now. I have to get back to work, prepping for all the awesome crap coming down the pipe.
