NEW ☕️Tea with Kimberly 18: Journal Prompts

In this latest episode of Tea with K, I share eight journal prompts to help navigate this time.

Light a candle, grab paper and a pen, and spend a few moments in reflection. Your soul will thank you!x

Questions:

1. What am I noticing about myself during this time?

2. List 5 good things about this day, week, or month.

3. What adjustment can I make to help things flow smoother right now?

4. What do I notice in my body at this moment?

5. In what ways can I surrender expectations of myself and others?

6. What most needs attention?

7. How can I bring nourishment to this new normal?

8. Who can I reach out to today?

More episodes here.

Tea with Kimberly: Curbing Anxiety 2

In this episode, I share additional anxiety-reducing tools to help during the COVID-19 outbreak (and beyond).

Learn to incorporate writing, set aside “worry time,” stay informed (not obsessed), limit social media, fill self with inspiration (read, listen to podcasts, watch documentaries, listen to music), nourish the body, notice where anxiety shows up in the body, get curious, and listen to your body.

Sending you so much love and can’t wait to connect on Sunday for TDJ Live! x

Tea with Kimberly video: Curbing Anxiety

How are you doing? Hanging in there? I’m working on a variety of support systems for you and in the first of four newly-recorded videos to help you during this tough time, I’m sharing tips on reducing anxiety.

Learn how to “take your thoughts to court” and avoid catastrophizing, make self-care a priority, keeping routines, getting ready in the AM (here’s the article I mentioned from The Washington Post, staying present, exercising, talking to someone, placing your hand on your heart, being gentle with yourself, shifting your energy, and creating a list of what CAN do. Bisous. x

Resources

What a delight to start my week with you Monday morning! In case you missed our gathering, here’s the audio replay.

I recently released the latest Tea with Kimberly video highlighting eight seasonal Tranquility Tools.

I’ve also recorded four videos that I’ll be releasing over the next week with tips to help ease anxiety, adjust to life/work at home, and support others.

In addition, we’ve got TDJ Live happening Sunday night and the event guidebook is ready for download over on your private page (sent when you registered). Not signed up yet for our seasonal gathering? Here’s the skinny.

Finally, I’ll be offering another Zoom gathering shortly. It was so fun to be with you! Please let me know if there’s anything in particular that would be most helpful to support you during this time. I’m on it!

Sending you and yours much love, ease, and deep exhales. Bisous. x
