Daybook 4.0 Sneak Peek

30daysweek  week2

budget

Ooh la la, here’s a sneak peek at Tranquility du Jour Daybook 4.0 in DRAFT. We’ve been working non-stop behind the scenes on this gem for months.

I took ALL of your feedback to heart and added menu planning, monthly budget review, monthly review, tick boxes on the weekly layout, and more!

You’ll also find a few of my own additions such as a travel checklist and 30 days of tranquility.

If you’d like to be considered as beta reader of the full draft, please email me  as your input means everything. Nope, not exaggerating. Everything!

Also, I hope to have a sewn hardcover AND spiral softcover option for you to choose from = everyone’s happy. Yep, we had a close tie on that decision, so I’m striving to offer both.

Thanks for your support in the ongoing evolution of this baby! Truly beyond grateful. x

Tranquilosophy: Journal

writing circle

Week 35: Journal

Thoughts and emotions wash over me, they bubble up, and I’m unable to contain them.

It’s early, the house is still sleeping and I’m sitting at my desk surrounded by writing supplies, but paralyzed by where to begin.

I reach for my notebook and pen, sink into the plush damask chair, and release the inner cacophony onto the page.

And this therapeutic process is called journaling.

Studies show that this simple act helps stimulate creativity, bring mindfulness to a wandering mind, process post-traumatic stress disorder, increase sleep, decrease stress and anxiety, and even decrease cancer symptoms.

Tranquilosophy: Seasonal Style

11311325_1016128408418691_442043614_n

Week 34 of 52 Weeks of Tranquility

Red lips. Leopard-print scarf. Hasbeen clogs. Black head to toe. Plastic black rose ring. Faux pearl earrings. Nude-colored mani. Gold pleather tote.

Washi tape. Handwritten thank-you notes. Colored pens. Overuse of words like “hot mess,” “sweet pea,” and “dude.”

Pink walls. Twinkle lights. Scented candles. Black furry creatures. Fresh flowers. Chandeliers.

Black matte frame, pink detailed white wall wheels.

Above describes my signature style in dress, communication, home, and transportation. The photo to the left showcases my Farm Sanctuary style and, yes, I was the only one in a skirt and polka-dot trimmed rain boots playing with pigs.

How would you describe your signature style?
