To celebrate this event, the obvious thing to do is for me to offer you a chance to grab a bunch of books in a Thanksgiving Book Bundle, where there are thrillers, dystopian nightmares and other fodder waiting for you to pick up a copy at no cost to you.

Steamy stories…
A different chance to get yourself some steamy romance stories, some of which have thrills a-plenty. This is a Steamy Romance collection and includes The Girl with the Striped Bikini, as well as many others.
Needless to say, there are one to two bare chests, but if you avert your gaze long enough, you will find some great – but steamy – reads.
Fill your hob-nails.

Steamy tales…

This opportunity to grab a bunch of free stories is called Hot and Steamy and indeed, the books have content that is hot and steamy, so if that is not to your taste then pass this by. Of course, if that is exactly what you are looking for then check it out and fill your high-heeled leather boots.
Some of the novels are romance rather than thrillers but there is a whole mix of different kinds of tales in this promotion.
Hard nut stories for hard nuts

Today is an opportunity to grab some darker thrillers. Expect these tales to not end happily because this promotion is called No Happy Endings. It comprises a set of hard-boiled and noir books which should have you turning pages until the bitter end.

St Valentine’s Day Massacre and I am EXCITED

Just a quick note this week. I am heading toward the end of the Eastside Hustler and I am just about to write about the St Valentine’s Day massacre and I am soooo looking forward to it, I can hardly wait.
Without writing my own spoiler, suffice to say that the main character is going to find himself in the middle of history as he struggles to achieve all that he desires. And don’t worry, this is one of my stories so the bitter taste of disappointment, pain and anguish will not be far behind.
Enjoy your weekend.

Sex and violence anyone?

An opportunity to read a book crammed with sex and violence – and a thriller to boot. So if you haven’t read Until the End of Time I suggest you pop over and give it a try. As ever, the blurb tells you want you need to know…
Seth Wright and Jane Ellerton are messed up. Really messed up. Their violence and love of excess makes them a perfect match and together they make a formidable couple. Life should be good in their screwed-up world, but there are far too many people who have an agenda and want to destroy them.
No one can be trusted.
This dark, obsessional and downright dangerous pair will do anything to ensure no one gets in their way and they do bad things. Very bad things.
Drugs, guns and murder – along with Seth’s escalating paranoia and Jane’s erratic behaviour throws them further into chaos, madness and debauchery and their promise to love one another until the end of time turns into a war. A war not just against everyone around them, but with each other.
Can they get their lives on track or will one of them finally snap, meaning they will both forever have to live with the aftermath?
After all, obsession is a deadly downfall and love does not necessarily conquer all. Especially when it is well and truly warped.
Money!

I know I’ve mentioned this book before but I wanted to remind those of you who are long-standing followers of this newsletter – and introduce newcomers to David Fuentes too. His book is called Follow the Money and is a collection of novellas that trace the wild lives of bank notes. The blurb explains matters far better than I can possibly do justice…
‘Follow The Money: A Tale of Tales’ is a collection of immersive Crime Adventure Novellas that follow the lives of different banknotes on their journeys, as they pass from one doomed soul to the next, through London and New York respectively. Both of these banknotes undergo …A TWIST OF FATE in the second installment of each story that sends them on a completely new journey into the unknown; so fasten your seat belts and brace yourself for the ride of your lives. YOUR JOURNEY AWAITS…
Book 1 ‘The £20 Note’ Delve deep into the murky underbelly of Britain’s criminal underworld whilst discovering a side of London that you never dreamt possible. Prepare to be shocked and amazed by what you find on your journey from drug dens to strip clubs and more whilst following a day in the life of a single £20 note; but tread carefully, your next step could be your last.
Book 2 ‘The £20 Note: …A Twist of Fate’ What would have happened if you took a different path in life, what may have been? Inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow’s mesmerizing portrayal of Helen Quilley in the British rom-com Sliding Doors, and set in the same city, we follow our original story as we discover what could’ve been had things played out just that little bit differently, but be warned, this is not for the faint of heart.
Book 3 ‘The $20 Note’ Money makes the world go round and nowhere is this saying more prevalent than in the Big Apple itself; where the streets are paved with everything but gold. Discover what those glamorous tourist brochures would rather you never knew about as you follow the path of a single $20 note on a disturbingly revealing journey into the very heart of New York; one that you will never be able to forget. An eye-opening tale of tales.
Book 4 ‘The $20 Note: …A Twist of Fate’ Is New York really a concrete jungle where dreams are made of? You thought you knew New York; well think again. Crime & Narcotics run rampant across the streets of Manhattan as we discover what really happens in just a single day in New York. Prepare to be astonished at the lengths people will go to to have a bite out of the Big Apple. A story not to be missed.

Packing a Punch

A brief update on the writing and publishing. Pitstop has launched and is now back at its standard price and we are less than two weeks away from the arrival of The Bowery Slugger, a tale about a teenage boy who lands in New York and rises in the ranks of the Kosher Nostra.
I must admit to be fascinated and energised by this first slice of a seven part story which is going to follows Alex Cohen’s life through to the 1970s. Jewish gangsters in America has been an area of interest of mine since the first time I visited Manhattan back in 1990.
And now I am a few weeks away from completing the sequel, called Eastside Huckster. As you can imagine, I’ll let you know more about it nearer the time.
Have a good week!
