As a parent, I hate the app, and I too can’t quit it. When my daughter stops following some kid I know, it’s like she has killed off a character on my soap opera.

Always on our minds...children who were in our care and were eventually adopted. Many of them have families who contact us, and we're happy to share what photos and histories we have. Others we do not hear about again once they meet their forever families. We would so love to share what histories we have on these children! We are in absolute awe of Li Bing (Child Development Expert of our Children’s Model and Training Centre in Kunming, Yunnan Province). Li Bing is a positive, open minded and motivated individual who brings so much knowledge, experience, warmth, love and hope to our precious orphaned children - some of them with special needs. Li Bing’s relocation to Yunnan Province required her to leave her beloved family and friends ( including her treasured piano!) but everyday she embraces her role with an infectious smile and with abundant enthusiasm and dedication - THANK YOU Li Bing : we couldn’t do what we do without you ! To read more on Li Bing and her inspiring Half the Sky journey, please visit: http://halfthesky.org.au/en/news/journal/5946.
