March 29th 2020 Update
I have several pieces of news to share today, so I may as well get started. First off, while better than last week, I did not get much writing done this week either. Queen of Diamonds is a little over 80,000 words, and moving along at a steady pace. Im hoping I can shake off the writing funk that came over me, but for the moment Im focusing on only a single project, and the release of Hives & Heroism could very well be pushed back.

March 22nd 2020 Update
I didnt get much writing done this past week. Between the news, distractions from family, and Utah apparently being panic shoppers, I only got a single day worth of writing in. Im sorry about that, but theres little I can do. I hope this week goes better, but well see, hm? Im probably going to set aside a couple of days during the week to do something thats purely offline, just to try to distract myself further.

March 15th 2020 Update
Queen of Diamonds is up to ~72,500 words, and still going strong! Im not sure how much longer itll be, if Im being honest. Im almost certain itll hit 100,000 words, but I wont know until I get there. Much better than when I was concerned that it wouldnt break 90,000 words, but I always am unsure of how long a book will be.
Hives & Heroism has taken a solid backseat this time around, and Im not entirely sure why. I suspect its the same funk thats been slowing down my writing for the past few...

March 8th 2020 Update
I’m not feeling well as I write this, so I’m going to keep it brief.Queen of Diamonds is up to about 63,000 words, and I think it’s going into the final third at this point… but I’ll see what happens when I get there. For all I know, it could get far longer than I expected.
I’ve also approvedWebs & Wards for publication on Audible, but I’m afraid it’s going to take longer than normal to go up. Apparently, Audible has a huge backlog due to the holiday season, and they’re currently saying it...

March 1st 2020 Update
Queen of Diamonds is up to about 52,500 words, and coming along steadily. Several ideas have merged together in the story, so I now haveno idea how things are going to turn out, exactly… which is half the fun, if you ask me! I know where the book is going to end, but beyond that, I’m not sure. It’s certainly exciting, if you ask me!

February 23rd 2020 Update
Queen of Diamonds is up to about 42,500 words, and coming along nicely. Iam a touch concerned that the story is going to be shorter than I anticipated, but we’ll see when I get there. This week might be slightly abbreviated, writing-wise, but hopefully it won’t be too bad in the end. Ireally hope I don’t have another power outage… they’re getting rather old.

February 16th 2020 Update
Queen’s Move will be out in the next day (or is already out in some parts of the world), so I’m really excited to see what people think of the return to Lilith’s Shadow! Speaking of which,Queen of Diamonds is up to about 32,500 words, or about a third of the way done. It’s coming along slower than I want it to, but I haven’t been feeling as well of late. I’ve also been doing a little work onHives & Heroism, so both of those are coming along.
That said, neither book is going to be coming out...

February 9th 2020 Update
First off,Queen of Diamonds is now up to ~25,000 words, which I consider about a quarter of the way done! That makes me happy, and I’m hoping that I’ll keep being able to keep up my productivity over the last week. All that said, I’m trying to be cautious about making commitments that I might not be able to meet, so not promises on when I’ll finish.
