29. How to handle and take care of your children from a spiritual perspective
Every child comes with their own unique journey and their own unique set of good and bad prarabdha karma. As parents you cant do anything about the prarabdha karma created due to their past actions of past lives but you can always motivate and guide them to do good karma and actions in the present to have a better prarabdha in the future. As parents you should always remember to keep a balance between love, assertiveness and discipline because too much love can spoil the child and too much discipline and control can push your child to revolt. After every assertive and disciplinary action please explain the child why you did it. To communicate this to the child is very important. Every person needs a little space and understanding in life including children so learn to give them their space and try to be understanding towards them. Dont try to be overprotective because that will not let your child grow and learn. You need to accept the fact that no child can learn to walk without falling and making mistakes, so please let them make mistakes and let them fall once in a while so that they can acquire wisdom, maturity and learning. Always explain to the child the consequences of their actions especially if they are bad actions and tell them that they will be responsible for their actions so that in future they dont blame you for their own actions. Once you do and follow all the above mentioned guidelines then the rest you need to leave it to God and their karma. Pray to god to take care of your children and do the best for them but always remember even God cannot interfere with the law of karma but he can always guide your children and show them the right path.
One more important thing you should remember that whenever you need to shout at your children to discipline them , then dont do it with real anger because by doing this you will transfer your negative energy of anger or hidden fear to them. You can always do fake shouting meaning shouting without anger but with love and care so that even when you are shouting, the energy of love and care is transmitted to your children. Subconscious mind of your child can sense everything so please be cautious. There might be times when you will be feeling real anger towards your child and it would be better if you find some way to release all your anger before saying anything to your child. No child is perfect ….they will all have their imperfections coming from their past lives which we need to understand and accept before we start overreacting.
Every child is unique and different and have come with their own unique journey so never compare your children with other children because comparison is an act of ego and it will only strengthen the ego (I) of the child. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your children and talk about it with them. Dont just keep praising the child always because that will spoil the child and again strengthen his ego. Also dont keep criticising your child always because that will also affect the ego in a negative way. You need to be truthful towards your child about their strengths and especially their weaknesses in a loving way. Most of the parents dont wish to see the bad side of their children. If you will not do that then it will not help your child. Before telling about the weaknesses , you should always first talk about their strengths so that their ego is not badly hurt. You need to strike a right balance and always prepare them for this discussion in advance.
Always remember and accept that whatever your child has to face ….it will face eventually, be it good or bad. But it will be all for his spiritual learning and growth. Its upto every individual how much he or she can learn and grow in one lifetime. Sometimes people might not learn anything and keep making the same mistakes over and over again but we have to give them the freedom to do so. We cannot force anyone to learn and grow…..any advice or guidance forcefully given will never be truly accepted. So after giving guidance and advice and showing the path we need to leave the rest on God and their prarabdha karma because we cant control everything. Even God will not control everything that is why he has given us free will to choose the path ahead. I understand that till your children are very small, you need to guide them and take care of them and sometimes even discipline them but the moment they reach a point in their lives where they are capable of taking their own decisions and choosing their own path whether good or bad , then you need to give them the freedom to make their choices provided you explain to them the consequences of their choices or actions without reacting negatively. Be supported and positive towards them and believe me they will always love you and respect you for that .

28. Good and bad are two sides of the same coin and the coin here is the ego
Good is as much a part of ego as bad is because they are two sides of the same coin. If you think you have no ego just because you are good then it is absolutely wrong. It is your jeev atma or ego or “I” who is doing good or bad. Most of the people want to be good or do good to please others so that they can take advantage of them or they do it because they ( their ego ) want to be liked by everyone. This is all an act of ego. Most of the people do good to satisfy the needs of their ego. Only when you go beyond both good & bad, then you go beyond your ego & experience your soul or become one with your soul, which is neither good nor bad. To go beyond your ego is not easy because to do that you have to go beyond all your desires, needs, attachments, all good and bad karma and become nothing, with no identity. Till the time you have desire to do good or be good , you are still caught in your ego. The people who have experienced the ultimate truth will tell you that bad is always hidden underneath good and good is always hidden underneath bad. That is why people who are good or do good have the potential in them to become equally bad anytime and people who are bad or do bad have the equal potential to become good anytime. As i said before till the time ego exists, there is always potential of this energy becoming positive or negative because good & bad are the two sides of the same coin called ego. People who are extremely conscious & aware and who are at the higher consciousness planes can have the ability to be aware and conscious of their ego and go beyond their ego and act according to their soul ( higher consciousness & energy ) which is neither good nor bad, it is completely and totally selfless. These are the people who have become one with their soul. So dont think yourself to be an egoless person just because you are a good person or you do good. To do true selfless acts , you have to first go beyond your identity, or self and become desireless. It should not matter to you whether someone likes you or dislikes you, whether someone appreciates you or criticises you. If you do anything to get an appreciation or respect or love or any pleasure or fame, then you are doing that act to simply satisfy your ego. A true and honest selfless act can come through a person who has no desires or needs , who has no attachments, who is neither bothered about doing good or bad , who has truly gone beyond all good and bad within him and outside him. Even the desire to do good comes from the ego. When i say desireless, it means having no desire of doing either good or bad. You then simply act through your soul ( higher consciousness & energy ) or through god ( supreme consciousness & energy ) which is neither good nor bad , it is only the best possible action in the given situation , which is beyond good and bad.

No deity or guru or siddha is God and can never be for the simple reason that no limited form can be god. This is because god is formless and infinite without any confinements or limitations of form. God cannot be limited to any bodily form because he is infinite Consciousness and Energy which can take any form it likes. All bodily forms like Shiva, Krishna, Jesus, Buddha, Mahavira, Sai Baba, Paramhamsa Yogananda , Maha Avtaar Babaji etc are just forms or mediums to reach the infinite, formless, supreme Consciousness & Energy. So rather than worshipping the outside bodily form of these deities or gurus or siddhas , it would be better if you connect to the Supreme Energy and Consciousness within them. The truth of God lies within them , not in their outside form. That is why you have never seen any deity or true guru or siddha claiming himself to be god. The moment you say i am God then this “I” itself shows the ego and the separation from God. So please dont limit God to any one bodily form of a deity or a guru or a siddha , rather try to see the limitless , infinite dimension of God which is nothing but supreme, infinite, formless, pure Consciousness and Energy. This is also the reason why miracles are not actually done by these bodily forms of gurus or deities or siddhas , but the miracles and the healings happen due the the Supreme Consciousness and Energy flowing through their bodies or forms. So please dont give the credit of any miracles or healings to these bodily forms of these deities or gurus or siddhas but give credit of it to the Supreme Energy and Consciousness flowing through their bodies or forms.
26. Significance of keeping photo of any deity or Shiv Linga or Meru at the alter
A Shiv Linga is the symbolic representation of Consciousness and Meru is the symbolic representation of Energy. Similarly all photos of deities like Shiva or Krishna or Jesus etc are symbolic representation of Supreme Consciousness and all photos of deities like Durga or Kali or Saraswati or Gayatri etc are symbolic representations of different forms of energies present in the cosmos. Keeping a photo of Guru in the alter is also a symbolic representation of Guru Consciousness or Guru Tattva present in the cosmos. These forms or symbolic representations or mediums help us to connect to the formless dimensions of Supreme Consciousness and Energy within us.

25. Why God created us & this existence ? Why he created this whole illusion or dream or drama of life and death ?
In the beginning of my spiritual path when i was around 18 or 19 years old, i used to do kriya yog meditation , during that time i used to inquire about the purpose of this whole creation or existence , as to why god created us and this whole existence , what was gods purpose behind it.
One day when i was meditating, i intuitively got my answer and the answer or revelation i got was this. It was a very deep intuitive realization and understanding which happened suddenly out of nowhere without using any intellect or mind. I realized and understood that this entire creation including us is done by God Consciousness and Energy so that God can realize and know himself through his creation. The creation which is made out of his own consciousness and energy will help him to realize the potential and dimensions of his own energy and consciousness. Through this play of his consciousness and energy he is understanding and realizing his own nature , his own being……knowing the depth of its infinite self , trying to understand the true nature of its own consciousness and energy through his creation.
Another realization and understanding that had happened during that time was, that this creation or existence is nothing but a dream of God and we are all part of this dream. When someone gets enlightened he or she comes out of this dream consciousness of god and becomes one with that part of supreme consciousness or god consciousness which is conscious and awakened. There is unconscious part of God Consciousness & Energy also which is totally asleep. So in other words there is one part of God Consciousness & Energy which is sleeping or unconscious , then there is another part of God Consciousness & Energy which is dreaming or in subconscious state and there is third part of God Consciousness & Energy which is totally awakened , enlightened and conscious. So then the role of conscious and awakened part of God Consciousness & Energy is to help the sleeping & dreaming part of God Consciousness so that it also gets awakened and conscious or enlightened. That is why the so called conscious and enlightened beings try to help or awaken the beings who are still dreaming or sleeping.
So by understanding this you will know that God is doing all this to enlighten himself or awaken or enlighten his entire consciousness which is still sleeping or dreaming. And this awakening is only the beginning , his entire consciousness and energy has to reach the ultimate spiritual peak or flowering, and what this ultimate is, no one knows….some people call it bliss, some call it shoonya or nothingness, some call it pure consciousness and some call it freedom or moksha or nirvana !
You can also understand this by understanding that the part of Gods Consciousness & Energy which is in sleep or dream state is continuously evolving & growing, and this creation & existence is the result of this. And this creation or existence will come to an end when Gods Consciousness & Energy will move from sleep & dream state to a state of Supreme and Pure Consciousness & Energy.

Can you achieve enlightenment or self -realization or moksha ?
Spiritual healings and will power
In pranic healing we dont use divine cosmic energies, rather we use pranic energies and use our hands to remove dirty pranic energies and send fresh pranic energies, so if you are not careful you can take on other persons karma on yourself…..especially if you are using your will power to do it.
