I am a spiritual teacher and guide and want to talk about various spiritual topics to give clarity and remove all doubts. 54. Crystal cleansing, charging/energising and programming.

All the crystals can be cleaned by keeping them in salt water for 24 hours. They can be charged and energized by keeping them in sunlight for 3 days. You can also energize them by sending divine cosmic energy to it if you are initiated in it like reiki, pranic or bioplasmic energy or sanjeevani energy. Finally you can program the crystals by keeping them at your third eye or at the point between your eyebrows by telling the crystals to do what you wish them to do, for example telling crystal citrine for prosperity, peace and happiness. Similarly telling a crystal like amethyst  for spiritual growth, peace and good sleep and relaxation. Every crystal has its own purpose which you can read online or through books.

47. What is the spiritual and worldly purpose of your lives ?

I have come across lot of people trying to know and find out the purpose of their lives. I would like to give you some clarity on this. Everyone will have a different worldly purpose depending on their desires, talents, skills, attachments, responsibilities, ambitions, etc. But the ultimate spiritual purpose for everyone is the same which is to attain moksha or liberation which means freedom from the cycle of birth and death. It might take many life times to attain it but it does not matter,  we have to keep working towards it. But before attaining  moksha or liberation we also need to first attain peace, experience and give unconditional love, experience the spiritual truth about god, self or soul which people label it as enlightenment, self realization or god realization.

51. Chakra scanning, aura scanning and spiritual healing

Aura is a subtle energy field around your body. You can read about 7 chakras online. There is lot of literature available on it. A lot of you are interested in aura scanning or chakra scanning. Even i had done a course on it 15 years back. But i soon realized that even if you know how to do this scanning it does not help you much on the spiritual path. The reason is that the subtle energy of your aura and your chakras keep changing because this subtle energy is dependent on your emotions and thoughts. And because your thoughts and emotions keep changing throughout the day, so does the results of the scanning. For example if your thoughts and emotions are negative in a given situation then the scanning will give a result which will be different from the result when your thoughts and emotions are positive.

This scanning might help you only during spiritual healing if you can scan the negative and diseased energy in body , chakras or organs to heal and keep healing till you feel all the negative and diseased energy is gone. You can sense heavy and dense energy in your hand as diseased and negative energy. Once the healing is complete then this heavy and dense energy sensation is completely gone. Even after the healing the next day when you are healing again you might feel or sense the diseased and negative energy again in your hands and it will keep happening everyday till it is completely healed. Healing is a process where you imagine the whole body of the person in front of you and send the cosmic energy from both your hands to the body and mind and chakras of the person or imagine the whole body  in your one hand and cover it with your other hand and then send divine cosmic energy from your hands to heal the body, mind and chakras of the person. But you need to get initiated into this divine cosmic energy before you can heal anyone. For example reiki healing, pranic healing, sanjeevani healing, etc.

Purification leads to emptying your mind from all the garbage which you have accumulated over years and lifetimes ( negative psychic impressions, memories, thoughts, emotions, conditioning’s , beliefs, etc ). The more pure you are from within the easier it becomes for you to go deeper in dhyan or samadhi which automatically happens because of inner purification.

I have mentioned about Release meditation and Forgiveness, Gratitude and Unconditional love meditation in my other articles and also my book because these two meditations have helped me to purify my inner being which has led to my spiritual growth.
