Confusion Divides
1 Corinthians 14:33
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
God does not cause churches to be divided. God does not make different denominations disagree with one another. God does not make it hard to understand the Bible. People have gave into their own thoughts. They have let there own opinions divide the churches. They have let traditions make one denomination despise the other one. The enemy does not have to do much to co fuse Christians. All the enemy has to do is plant one seed of doubt between churches and they go at each other. This is not what God wants. He wants us to come together. God wants us to help each other no matter denomination we were raised in. Let’s set the confusion and bickering aside and be Christians united together. Let’s help each other pray and seek the word of God. That will make it to where the enemy cannot confuse us.

No Testimony Without A Test
John 11:36-37
36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him!
37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?
God if you would just heal me I wouldn’t have such a hard time. God if you would just give me a financial blessing I wouldn’t have to struggle to buy groceries. God you have worked miracles before can you not do one for me. God why. Yea, we all have asked these. We all think why doesn’t God just fix our problems before they happen? Well, a preacher once said, with no test there can be no testimony. You have to go through the struggles in life for God to bless you. You have to overcome struggles so you can have a testimony. Stop asking God to protect you from problems and instead rejoice when you go through a trial.

Little Light Of Mine
Matthew 5:16
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Ever hear the song, this little light of mine I’m going to let it shine? Everyone has. Well that song has the simplest truth of how to be a Christian, let your light shine. That means you are a beacon to a lost world and not hiding it to blend in with the world. You are to live close enough to God that you can let your light shine.

The Devil Is Liar
John 8:44
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
The enemy will try to murder your dreams. The enemy will tell you that your are not good enough. And the enemy will tell you the church does not want you. Do yourself a favor and know that everything the devil says is a lie. He will lie to you in hopes that you will become afraid and let fear stop you in your place. Tell the enemy that he is a liar. If you are a child of God, he has made you worthy. He has made you good enough and because of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice, you have redemption. So when the enemy begins to lie to you, tell him that he and his fear are liars.

All You Need
Philippians 4:19
19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
People confuse this with thinking that God will give you the things you want. It clearly says, your needs. A need is needing the blood of Christ to cover your sins. A need is when you have done everything you can and you need God to intervene. A need is when you have just have no more food, the kids are hungry, and you need God to give you a blessing. You may not have steak every night, but God will make sure you are fed. You may have to learn the hard way that you can fix something, but God will intervene for the need. None of us deserved the sacrifice that Jesus did for us but we all needed it.

Head Of The House
1 Samuel 3:13
13 For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not.
If you claim to be the head of the house, you are the one who will stand in account before God for what has went on under your roof. While your children live under your roof, it is your job to raise them according to the bible. So many times Christians will say that as long as it is not them doing the sin they are good. They are sadly wrong. It is our job to keep sin out of our home. If you don’t just remember that one day you will give an account for what you let go on under your roof.

Grandparents
Proverbs 17:6
6 Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.
The other day I was thinking about how my dad spoils my kids. Then I set with him and watched as he lit up watching my brothers chase after their children. There was a sense of pride in his eyes. Then I realized why he had a right to spoil his grandkids. He had raised his sons to be good men in God. You see, we as parents get mad at the grandparents because they spoil our children, but if they are spoiling them that means they are not raising them. That means they did what the Bible taught them to do. Raise men and women. That means that they know they did their job and they can relax and do what our own grandparents did, spoil us. So stop getting mad when your parents spoil your children and thank God for the people who raised you because they did a good job.

The Rock
Psalms 62:2
2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
No politicians are going to save your soul. No actor/actress is going to protect you from evil. Nothing on this earth is strong enough to stop the attacks from the enemy. God is and always will be. He is your rock and your strength. The very reason you can stand against the enemy. Stop looking for a politician to save you. Stop listening to movie stars and stop looking for something man made. Turn to Jesus and make him your rock. He is the only salvation this world needs.

Never Alone
Hebrews 13:5
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee
There will be times in life that you look around and you are all alone. No one to talk to, no one to help you get through the hard times, and no one to hold you up when the wieght of the world is to much to carry. It will seem like you are forsaken, but you are not alone. You have to know God is still there. He is there to carry you when the weight is to much, God will lead you through the hard times, and God will listen to you when you speak to him. You are never alone as long as you have God in your life.

Come Home
Luke 15:17-19
17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
We all have been in a distant land before. We felt unworthy and did not feel worthy to even set on the porch of the church. We were sinners. Some have wonder away from church and felt they are unworthy to come back in. All I can say is come home. Come home to the loving arms of Christ. God is the father waiting for his children to return. He is waiting for the orphan to adopt them into the family of God. No matter who you are or what you have done, there is plenty of room for you in God’s family. Come home, the Father is waiting and his arms are opened wide.
