Leadership Speaker: Leadership Lessons from the American Revolution
When General George Washington led the colonies to victory over the British army, thereafter instead of crowning himself king, he crowned the country the United States. The battle cry of the American Revolution heard throughout the colonies: "No king, but King Jesus!" WikiLeaks - The Larger Message Being Missed by the American People
Someone needs to leak the 28 pages from the 9-11 report concerning Saudi Arabia's involvement, which former Florida Senator Bob Graham - a former national security advisor wanted declassified for the American people to be fully informed. Power to the people! Keep everyone honest and bring on MORE wiki-leaks!!!
The bigger message most are missing is that these documents were known as of 2004, meaning Pres. Bush knew Pakistan was aiding the Taliban. Why then give them hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars? After I worked at ground zero the first week of 9-11, I went to Pakistan twice and always felt Bin Laden was there. Nevertheless neither Bush nor Obama are taking the war to Pakistan. Hence the larger message is not the documents leaked, but the main purpose of the wars we fight and the geographic locations chosen - always oil rich or useful to lay an oil pipeline to serve petro companies (and no doubt get a cut under the table for those in the White House who comply, if not now perhaps at a later date). Pres. Bush's admin team were former big oil execs. Hmm? Pres. Obama doesn't seem to have the guts and backbone to do anything different geopolitically and militarily. His talks of diplomacy and peace that got him elected have long been forgotten and forsaken in true political incongruent fashion.
The United States has proven over 6 years it can neither govern Iraq, nor Afghanistan. Unless it works with Iran and Russia, when the U.S. becomes war weary and/or bankrupt it shall leave both countries and be far worse than before.
By alienating Iran (America's only hope of maintaining stability in the Middle East), it is only further driving Iran into the arms of China and Russia. Is that what the United States wants?

Living in America: Getting in America Entry Visa Ideas and Immigration Consultant
Getting in America is not as hard as you may think, but it requires knowledge, paperwork and perseverance.
Since helping my Canadian wife getting in America through the immigration process I have learned some things. Mind you it wasn't an easy process, even though Canada has special status and a close relationship with the United States.
My wife's documents (after we took days to complete them) were first lost. Then when she finally got her documents through after an interview the 2nd time, her name was improperly spelled on the permit. Nevertheless we persevered and got her resident status.

As someone who has traveled to 60 countries and lived in several continents overseas, I personally understand and know what it feels like to be a foreign national. Lender Discrimination of Pregnant Women for Maternity Leave Possibility
Being a global properties consultant and the author of "Empowering & Liberating Women" I was boiling mad when I heard about lender discrimination against pregnant women.
In Canada where my wife comes from pregnant women are treated like royalty and get full salary while on maternity leave and are treated with the utmost respect.
Unfortunately however here in the States as the birth rate continues to decline across the country and the economic troubles continue, lender discrimination is not helping pregnant women seeking maternity leave to care for their newborn babies.
Women are increasingly claiming they are being discriminated against on the job because they're pregnant. To make matters worse, now lender discrimination is making it hard for pregnant women to buy a home.
The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has announced that it will launch multiple investigations into the lending practices of certain mortgage lenders to determine if they illegally denied families mortgages because the mother is pregnant or a family member is experiencing a short-term disability.
According to Mortgage Professional Magazine the action follows a report published in The New York Times outlining the lending practices of some lenders which might possibly violate the Fair Housing Act.
"Denying a mortgage to people just because they're having a baby is flat wrong," said u.s. Vice President Joe Biden, Chair of the White House Task Force on Middle Class Families. "Mothers on maternity leave have jobs, they have income, and they shouldn't have to lose their deal to close on a house because they had a baby. I applaud HUD for taking action on this practice that could potentially affect untold numbers of families."
HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan said, "Lenders have every right to ascertain the incomes of families to determine whether they are eligible for a mortgage loan but they have no right to use a pregnancy or a short-term disability as a cause to deny that family a mortgage they would otherwise qualify for. Having a child should be a time for a family to celebrate and must not be a cause for unfair lending practices."

Filipino Nurses: Filipino Nurses, Best Health Care Workers in the World
Filipino nurses are arguably the best health care workers in the world.
As someone who has traveled to 60 countries and lived in several continents, I can attest to the character of the wonderful Filipino people. Filipinos culturally genuinely care about people.
I have traveled to the islands of Luzon, Mindanao and Surigao and was warmly greeted and welcomed by Filipinos in each place. The litmus test however was when I was serving at a local church one month during a brief visit. Upon being discouraged by the Pastor's inability to invite and welcome new people to church, I decided to go door to door throughout the neighborhood on foot.
I was shocked and so surprised to experience the warmth and hospitality of the Filipino community and people. Nearly every home I visited respectfully welcomed me in and treated me like royalty, providing me the utmost hospitality, often serving refreshments and earnestly listening to my every word. Such kindness would rarely happen in Western countries if an absolute stranger and foreigner showed up at the door for conversation.
Filipinos however are sweet, sincere and very kind people. This is why Filipino nurses are notably recognized and esteemed throughout the world, because they are professional and innately caring toward people.
As someone who was raised by my grandparents and cared for them in their old age, I know the intense challenges involved in health care and the amount of patience required when caring for the sick, elderly and terminally ill.
I also know what it is like to be sick and dying, as I had typhoid in Thailand and for a few days nobody knew what was wrong with me. Meanwhile my kidneys were shutting down, my urine was brown like Coca-Cola and my body ached with pain.
I was so angry when for a few weeks my grandmother was neglected in a nursing home, which she had to remain in while undergoing rehabilitation after a horrible fall that caused her to break her hip.
My Nana (grandma) had sores on her feet because she was not being rotated and given opportunity to move around and keep her circulation and blood flowing.
I believe American nursing homes are often understaffed and the workers under paid. Hence the health care is often poor and the nurses resentful toward the companies they work for.
Nevertheless tenderhearted Filipinos graciously have a way to kindly look beyond these industry challenges and focus on the suffering patients for whom they were hired to care.
For this reason I esteem, honor and admire Filipino nurses and as a world traveling motivational speaker who knows what it is like to live overseas want to offer myself to help Filipino nurses living abroad and seeking to succeed in this world, while lovingly serving humanity.
Here is what I am willing to do for Filipino nurses:
1. Provide global property and real estate investment advice and help you buy your first home.

As someone who has traveled to 60 countries and lived in several continents, I can attest to the character of the wonderful Filipino people. Filipinos culturally genuinely care about people.

Canadian Buyers Bank of America Drama, Snags, Contract Problems
Canadian buyers of real estate and homes in the United States have recently discovered just how corrupt business can be south of the border.
Since my wife is Canadian I pay close attention to these scams and methods by which banks, mortgage brokers and real estate developers prey on the unsuspecting sincere foreign buyers coming from afar to "live the American dream" and escape the cold Canadian winters.
Sadly what is far more cold than the Canadian winters is the way some in the United States do business and deceive good hearted people with pure intentions.
Ready, willing and able Canadian buyers desirous of taking banks' toxic loans off the books, are being told sometimes they cannot use their Royal Bank funds and must use domestic banks to finances their home purchases.
Why would anyone want to finance with someone like Bank of America which is said to be 130% over its head in debt? Let's not forget folks Canada has the best banking system in the world. Why then are banks trying to force them to buy a home with their funds rather than allowing them to access their own? It's all about greed and making a bit more money for desperate U.S. banks sinking, but it seems like a contradiction to complicate a purchase of a home which the original borrower defaulted on.
God knows we complicate things way too much here in the States - the most litigious and arguably bureacratic nation on earth.
If Canadians cannot use their Royal Bank monies, they most likely need a social security number to make purchases otherwise through U.S. banks ...further slowing down the purchase.
These bureaucratic hoops for Canadians must be eliminated, lest they up and leave and take their money elsewhere in the world to buy property (I can help my Canadian friends with these other options across the globe and in the States if they have a bit of patience and staying power).
No buyer should be made to stick around for a year while a bank figures out how to fix its bad books, dump defaulted loans and sell abandoned homes.

Several economists predict, including 'Doctor Doom' Nouriel Roubini and Goldman Sachs' chief economist Jim O'Neill, that China is set to relax or remove the renminbi's unofficial dollar peg. This has been in place since July 2008.
As the Money Week reporter wrote: "Most analysts agree it undervalues the renminbi (or 'yuan') by around 25%-40%. Currency traders got excited last weekend when the governor of the People's Bank of China, Zhou Xiaochuan, hinted that a revaluation – or least appreciation – was on the way. Zhou said the currency peg was a 'temporary' policy for dealing with the financial crisis."
Given the fact the United States is in over its head with $13 trillion in debt, between 60-70% of national GDP (Gross Domestic Product) being used to service its debt and the reality that China is the biggest holder / banker financing U.S. debt (presently around $1 trillion) ...it is a no brainer that China holds the keys to the United States economic future.
What that says for China's renminbi / yuan is great stability and upward mobility, meaning it is only going to go up baby. Whether it happens now or later, it assuredly will happen. The greater concern for U.S. citizens seeking to protect your savings is to realize that the dollar is bound to go down and lose value rapidly when the artificial governmental bursts of stimulus stop - which they eventually will.

Good fences
Make good neighbors
Yet what about the current horrors?
Domestic violence and international wars
Nobody loves walls
Intended to keep us out
Or giants
That want to make us doubt.
The promised land
Is for whosoever will
Even if they be uneducated and without skill
For all human beings have God-given gifts
Talents and abilities of some sort
Therefore let not politicians
Of us make sport
Neither academians who think
They know it all
For pride precedes a great fall
Humility however
Enables us to learn, grow and stand tall
As for arrogance
It incites rivalry
Divides humanity
Verbally spews profanity
Causing societal insanity
Often leading to a brawl.
