Russian Spy Anna Fermanova Smuggling Night Goggles For Sale

A Russian spy or a Latvian entrepreneur who lives in Texas and Moscow, Russia? Anna Fermanova is being labeled a sexy Russian spy - not surprisingly by tabloids and TV pundits seeking ratings and a spike in sales of rag mags.

Anna Fermanova's attorney Scott Palmer things the accusations and charges are ridiculous. When this goes to trial the facts will fully be brought to light and the judge and jury able to decide for themselves.

Until then the media will have much to say about Russian spy Anna Fermanova. LOL

Hats off and honorable mention to U.S. Homeland Security for being vigilant and arresting the infamous Russian spy (even though she's from Latvia) to safeguard U.S. interests and security technology. Hereafter the courts can decide her innocence or guilt.

Nevertheless with approximately 100,000 Russians living in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, NY - should we be surprised a couple are being paid by Moscow to spy on us?

When God Gives You the Desires of Your Heart

Purify your heart and rejoice with others when they are blessed. As you do God will undertake to give you the desires of your heart.

God gives ....He is a giver and loves people.

Last night I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at a Brazilian restaurant during a friend's birthday celebration. Afterward we all went to a cupcake place for dessert.

Not particularly interested in dessert, since I was satisfied after dinner (and had a good workout at the gym that day), I simply sat down and watched everybody sort through what cupcake they wanted to to purchase for themselves.

Nothing looked overly delicious or appealing to my eyes, except a chocolate raspberry cake, which was amazingly moist and not dried out (which I later learned some of the cupcakes were).

Nevertheless I didn't get a dessert and just contently enjoyed the company of my wife and friends, while they indulged. Then just before closing time to my surprise the store manager brought out several pieces of the chocolate raspberry cake I had previously noticed in the distance.

She graciously and generously gave us all several slices for free. It was delicious and very enjoyable (moreso for me because I wasn't on my second dessert after dinner as most). Therefore most of my friends just had a bite of the cake and never bothered to finish it. Hence I finished mine and politely grabbed a box (with the permission of the manager) to ensure all the delicious cake was not discarded.

My wife feeling a bit shy and bashful in the presence of friends tried to discourage me from bringing the cake home, saying she'd not be eating anymore. I laughingly said, "Yes, not today, but tomorrow..." Many laughed and enjoyed my comical references to my blond boss.

When I arrived home I put the lovely chocolate cake in a tupperware container so as to avoid ruining it in the frig. The next day after some fruit for breakfast, I had a piece of the coveted chocolate raspberry cake (which yes, my wife happily jumped right into - unlike she said publicly :o).

And I rejoiced in God who gave me the desires of my heart, without me ever having to open my mouth or spend a cent. Moreoever God blessed me with more than enough and even filled my friends, so I didn't have to feel guilty leaving with the blessing.

My wife agreed the cake was far better than the cupcakes!

This experience continually will remind me that our God is a loving heavenly Father that enjoys blessing His children when we simply live happily no matter what our circumstances. As we rejoice with others in their blessing, God always intervenes and orchestrates amazingly to ensure we get a blessing to rejoice in ourselves.

Therefore I encourage you to cherish the desires of your heart and love God because He cares about you!

Holiness without Happiness Leads to Misery and Self-Righteousness Not Spirituality

Some are holy, but aren't happy. Others are happy (outwardly), but not inwardly holy. As for me I'll embrace and cultivate both. Nevertheless not one is good or holy in God's eyes - so with childlike faith I shall embrace Christ's supreme sacrifice and be made holy because of what He did for me and humanity. Nevertheless salvation without sanctification is powerless and void of fruitfulness. Thanks be to God who by His Holy Spirit enables and empowers we who live in flesh and blood to live in the Spirit and be godly, holy, happy and live victoriously.

Identity Theft Speakers: ID Theft Protection Speakers to Secure Your Assets and Good Name

As the victim of identity theft twice, I personally know the hardships involved and the rigorous demands of battling fraudulent users of your credit cards, bank accounts and other assets.

Of most value however is your good name and valuable reputation by which fraudsters apply for and access credit.

Most accurately the Bible declares: "A good name is better than riches" (Proverbs 21:1). Undoubtedly it is the good name that is the foundation of public goodwill, meaningful social and professional relationships, trust and future business dealings... without which you are in for a challenging road ahead.

When my Canadian wife moved to Florida to live with me, she too shortly thereafter was victimized by identity theft. Together we have successfully fought fraudsters, negotiated with banks, credit cards and companies to resolve these matters and restore our good name (while getting refunds for unauthorized debits).

A dynamic North American alliance together we are identity theft speakers - id theft protection speakers prepared to teach the fundamentals of securing your assets and safeguarding your good name.

Costa Rica the Richest Country on Earth: Costa Rica Living Well Considerations

Costa Rica has been named by many as the "Richest Country on Earth."

Depending on how you evaluate wealth and being rich, the national rankings for the richest country on earth could differ. As for me however health, personal wellness and daily enjoyment are extremely important - no amount of money in the world could replace these and make me happy.

If living healthy, peacefully, happily and less expensively is important to you; then you owe it to yourself to check out Costa Rica.

As a world traveler who has been to 60 countries (including Costa Rica) and lived in several continents, allow me to provide some fast facts about Costa Rica. Then you can decide for yourself if Costa Rica should be named the richest country on earth.

100,000 United States citizens live in Costa Rica. Why? It’s beautiful, “pura vida” – pure life at its best!

Here are my top 4 reasons why Costa Rica is a fantastic place to live both for expats and families, making it the richest country on earth in my book.

1. Costa Rica's health care system is affordable.

Costa Rica's health care has been said to be equal to that of the United States and far less expensive without the red tape of insurance companies and legal loopholes for insurers unwilling to pay for your health care.

Socialized medicine has gotten a bad rap, but the fact of the matter is when you need health care - humans in need don't care about government ideology. They just want immediate health care and that without a stack of legal documents, interrogations about health insurance and rude medical receptionists that dehumanize them.

Costa Rica works differently. Insurance co-pays and deductibles are not the norm. Hence the costs of health care are substantially lower and far less aggravating then in corporation nation (the United States).

Since Costa Rica has no standing military, Costa Rica invests its money into education, health care, infrastructure and its people rather than war.

It has been said Costa Ricans live longer than people in most countries on earth, being second only to Canadians.

2. Real estate is reasonably priced in Costa Rica.

You can rent a quality place near the beach for $600 a month in Costa Rica. Often with a bit of negotiation you can get a home to rent that is fully furnished, including internet and lawn maintenance. For only $1,000 a month you can rent a home on the beach.

Many expats buy homes in Costa Rica to enjoy during the cold winter months and then rent during the rest of the year as a source of rental income.

3. Costa Rica is a healthy place to live!

"Pura vida!" is the mantra often heard throughout Costa Rica - meaning pure life!

Undoubtedly this is no exaggeration as Costa Rica has an amazing tropical rain forest, lush green mountains, incredible volcanoes, gorgeous beaches (without all the shark attacks in Florida) with warm water, delicious food, a lively nightlife and far less legalistic society.

Since stress is the number one killer (as stated by Dr. Oz) and premature ager, it is a wise investment to reduce stress whenever possible in your life.

As a world traveler myself, living abroad where I can more easily stretch a dollar certainly is the first way to reduce stress for me.

Clean air and water thereafter are vitally important, which Costa Rica has both of in plenteous supply.

You won't find excessive chlorine, chemical additives and immune depleting flouride in Costa Rica's water supply. The air quality is also very good and invigorating.

The Costa Rica government is also committed to using renewable energy sources. American University and the University of Peace in Costa Rica have a sustainable development program that is receiving international praise and recognition.

4. Costa Rica is a friendly place to live!

I have traveled from Mexico to Argentina and Latinos in general (not to generalize while generalizing in a positive fashion) are very friendly people. Even more so in Costa Rica - a land surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Pacific Ocean.

Let's face it! People in warm climates are typically warmer socially. Costa Rica doesn't disappoint.

I was shocked at how trusting the local Costa Rican guy was in Jaco to let me rent his surfboard - requiring no deposit, just my U.S. drivers license.

Excessive contracts and legalities don't permeate the culture. Certainly good for sizeable real estate purchases, but not in every minute detail of everyday life.

Since Costa Rica is predominately Catholic and Christian, heartfelt charity abounds and the people are given to family life that cultivates a sense of community.

5. It is relatively easy and fast to start a business in Costa Rica.

With 100,000 American expats in Costa Rica and foreigners from elsewhere around the world, the business landscape is welcoming of foreigners and isn't overly interested in impeding economic progress.

Hence Costa Rica is a marvelous place for business owners - small and large alike.

There is so much more I can share, but I think it is time to wrap it up for now. You can contact me for further info about renting, buying and living in Costa Rica!
