Florida Vacation Homes for Chinese and the World
As a world traveler and global property specialist helping foreign buyers and sellers, I understand how important buying the right vacation home is.
Having been to 60 countries and lived in several continents I have some experience with the nuances and ins-and-outs of foreign real estate and vacation homes.
The Chinese are responsible for 7.5% of all foreign real estate purchases in the United States annually.
Having lived in Hong Kong, China and Taipei, Taiwan, I love and understand Chinese culture, mindset and objectives for vacation home buyers and truly enjoy being with and serving my Chinese friends across the world.
I even was asked to serve as the English Pastor for 3 years at a Chinese speaking Church (Bread of Life) in Central Florida. They wanted me to lead the ABCs (American Born Chinese), children of parents' from mainland China. It was a joy doing so and I learned a lot about Chinese culture, history and family.
Truly the Chinese are brilliant, hard working, intelligent, charming and loyal people!

Pakistan Religious Intolerance, Violence and Societal Unrest
A dear friend in Faisalabad, Pakistan contacted me today saying:
"I am sad to inform you that Last night hundred's of Muslim people threw stones on the Church in Warispura, Faisalabad, Pakistan. This morning from 4am to 6 am there were announcements from the different Mosques planning to attack on Christians House in warispura Faisalabad, Pakistan. We need your prayers that God will protect us in this situation."
Given the societal unrest, religious intolerance and political instability please pray for peace, reconciliation and peace across Pakistan.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be known and called the sons of God across the earth.
