This is Not Your Story – Book Review
Let me be frank, I did not find the first book of Savi Sharma compelling enough to garner such great reviews and attention. Although there were certain aspects of the book or her writing that I thought could have gone much better. You can find all about it in my review here. Picking up her second book This is Not Your Story was not a deliberate decision; I had ordered both and therefore decided to go forward with it.

Everyone Has A Story – Book Review
I am often much more generous while reviewing the books that mark the debut of writers as an author. Being a writer and a self-published author myself, I can understand the difficulties one goes through while getting their first book published traditionally. Everyone Has A Story is the debut work of Savi Sharma. I picked up the book out of curiosity because it has been doing so well in sales.

Love A Little Stronger – Book Review
I have often said it and would like to quote myself again – “As far as relationships and emotions are concerned in Indian literary world, Preeti Shenoy is the reigning queen.” She’s one of those authors, I would keep picking up in future without even caring for the plot of the book. It is true that I might not have liked a couple of her books to an extent that I expect from her books, but that’s only because every reader is different and expects different things. Love A Little Stronger is bas...

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Book Review
When I picked up Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the first time, I felt something in my heart; something I cannot describe in words. ‘Yay’, because all the mysteries will now be resolved and Voldemort will be killed, but ‘Nay’ because this would also mean the end of the world I have been in love with over the past few months. If you have read the series, you can definitely understand this feeling. If you haven’t, trust me, it is one of the most difficult things to do.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince – Book Review
As I’m progressing with Harry Potter Series, I’m falling more and more in love with J.K. Rowling. What a terrific writer, she is! It’s not just about how well she has woven a fantasy world, but also about how neatly she has infused emotions into it; there’s so much to learn, more than you can find in those motivational books. But let me keep my feelings for another post and concentrate here on reviewing Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Till Death Do Us Part
Marrying their true love is something everyone yearns for. It’s a whole different deal once you tie the knots, but you are willing to make those little adjustments just because being together is the only thing that matters the most. Your peers warn you about how your life is going to change and how it won’t be the same cheesy affair where you can embrace love by merely holding your hands as the sun hides below the horizon. Life goes way beyond that and living together brings the alarming conf...

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix – Book Review
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the fifth installment of the Harry Potter Series (like you didn’t know it already). It is the thickest book of the entire series, which I had noticed the moment I had opened my boxset, but does being thick means anything when it’s J.K. Rowling penning it down?

How is it like to marry an ugly woman in India?
Before you jump to any conclusion, I have not come up with the question on my own. I was browsing through my Quora feed and stumbled upon it. In my answer, I just asked the guy a simple question – When you ask how is it like to marry an ugly woman in India, do you mean a woman ugly at heart?
But here are some more. What are the actual criteria for considering someone ugly? Why do you think that anybody gives a shit about the parameters that you have jotted down in your mind to segregate? Why...
